Naruto : The ultimate Troublemaker

Chapter 158: All or nothing

The landscape lay desolate, reduced to a desert of ash and pulverized stone, a testament to the intense battle raging between Mikoto Uchiha and Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. The two adversaries clashed with an intensity and precision that transcended mere humanity.

Mikoto lunged forward, her right fist aimed directly at Kaguya's face. The goddess dodged with a fluid step, her hair rising like serpents ready to strike. In a swift movement, Kaguya pivoted, her palm striking Mikoto's side with a force that could have shattered a stone wall.

But at the moment of impact, Mikoto's body transformed into a cloud of black smoke, slipping out of harm's way. Kaguya growled, her piercing eyes fixed on Mikoto, who reappeared behind her.

She delivered a spinning kick aimed at Kaguya's neck, but the goddess blocked it with her forearm, the force of the blow sending a shockwave through the air. Mikoto used the momentum to pivot and strike with her other leg, targeting Kaguya's ribs. This time, the impact caused the goddess to take a few steps back.

Frustrated by Mikoto's incessant dodging, Kaguya intensified her attack. She leaped forward, her claws gleaming with chakra energy, aiming for Mikoto's throat.

Mikoto ducked just in time, rolling across the frozen ground to avoid the assault. But Kaguya, faster than lightning, thrust her knee towards Mikoto's face, forcing her to raise her arms in defense. The impact sent Mikoto flying several meters, skidding across the rocky terrain.

Mikoto rose, wiping a drop of blood from the corner of her lips. She charged once more, closing the distance between them in a split second. Her fists struck like lightning, targeting Kaguya's vital points. The goddess blocked each blow with an almost insulting ease, her claws occasionally grazing the air mere centimeters from Mikoto's face.

The battle intensified. Mikoto, with her speed and technique, managed to land precise strikes: punches to the face, kicks to the joints, and combinations designed to unbalance her opponent.

However, Kaguya's brute strength was unmatched. Even when one of Mikoto's strikes connected, the goddess showed no signs of weakness. Her wounds, though visible, healed almost instantly, leaving only fleeting trails of blood.

An irritated Kaguya increased her pace. She struck with her right fist, and Mikoto barely dodged, but a backhand from her left hand followed, catching Mikoto's shoulder and hurling her violently to the ground.

"You have no chance against me, mortal," she said calmly, advancing with her imposing figure casting a menacing shadow.

Mikoto rolled to the side, narrowly avoiding a heel kick that would have crushed her ribcage. She quickly regained her footing and retaliated with a spinning kick that struck Kaguya's temple, causing the goddess to stagger for the first time.

Pushed to her limits, Kaguya unleashed her All-Killing Ash Bones. She made bone spikes erupt from her arms, launching them towards Mikoto. But with each attack, Mikoto transformed into smoke, evading the deadly projectiles.

"You're playing a dangerous game," Kaguya murmured, leaping forward.

In a flash, she stood before Mikoto, her palm striking directly at her abdomen. This time, the brute force of the impact cracked the rock beneath Mikoto's feet, sending her crashing against a wall.

Mikoto rose, her breath short.

"You may have brute strength, but you lack finesse," she said, a light smile playing beneath her mask.

She transformed into smoke once more, reappearing behind Kaguya. She delivered a rapid succession of punches and kicks, each blow targeting strategic points. Kaguya parried some attacks, but others found their mark, leaving gashes on her face and arms.

Furious, Kaguya leaped back and concentrated her chakra in her fists. Her arms grew to gigantic proportions, surrounded by a pulsating blue aura. She struck the ground with titanic force, creating a shockwave so powerful it shook the entire dimension.

Despite her abilities, Mikoto was swept away by the explosion, her body thrown violently against a cliff. Kaguya rushed towards her, striking with her massive fists. Mikoto, though injured, struggled to dodge, her movements becoming increasingly imprecise.

"It's over for you," Kaguya declared, raising a gigantic fist above Mikoto.

But as she struck, Mikoto transformed into smoke once again, reappearing far from the impact.

"Not yet," Mikoto murmured, her breath ragged but her gaze resolute.

The battle, far from over, and Mikoto knew she had to find a weakness in Kaguya's armor, and quickly, as her chakra began to wane.

The torn sky, ripped by waves of chakra, and the shattered battlefield seemed to mirror Mikoto Uchiha's state. Standing amidst the ruins, she declared,

"All or nothing."

Mikoto's golden Susanoo ascended, illuminating the battlefield with a brilliant glow. Every movement of this colossal entity shook the earth, and its imposing aura enveloped the scene, even causing Kaguya to pause.

Shin Yari, a lance as imposing as the Susanoo itself, spun in the air with deadly grace, ready to strike. The intricate patterns engraved on the armor shimmered, revealing a power that seemed to defy the very laws of chakra.

"You think this Susanoo will change anything?" Kaguya scoffed.

Kaguya raised her arms, summoning thousands of chakra fists that materialized around her. Each fist pulsed with destructive energy, ready to reduce the Susanoo to rubble. With a swift movement of her hands, she unleashed this tidal wave of blows towards Mikoto.
