Chapter Seventy-One:

Long before the Vampires exist, the Witches and the Warlocks lives on Earth. With the ability to control the entire elements that surrounds us, we are powerful though not as powerful as a God. That makes us to live freely with powers to use to help us in our daily lives. Though we thought that our powers are enough for us to live, when one of our kinds suddenly wants more, this person search for more power but the more this person search darkness comes to unfold.

He became obsess for a greater power the reason why the God of Darkness became one of his greatest foes since he wanted his position and his power, that result him of losing his soul just to have the power that he wanted so badly. Making him to put his love ones in great danger, but because of the sacrifice done by his sibling, his soul has been protected far from the obsess darkness within him. In order save his soul, his one and only sibling sacrifice everything in return of his kind soul. Not to be perish, not to be forget. Yet, to exchange she became one of them, a Vampire just like her brother though the difference her soul still intact on her and the curse that her brother had never been put onto her.

She lives freely out of darkness. She is the opposite of her brother she is the light. The hope of their clan while his brother preferred to be defeated by the darkness present to him caused him to lose his soul through the dark. Yet his sister never loses hope that he will return to the light and saved his soul to be perish. With the promise that soon, she will save him and defeat the darkness that possess him and put him out into the madness of obsession to take the entire powers of the Gods.

The only hope is her and she'll continue to live even if it will take her long to save her brother. She will always find a way to continue to find a great solution to finally free her brother's soul out of that misery. The only one left with a conscience and mercy, she will definitely save him no matter what it takes.

Yet the turn of events changes when the Elders of the new world suddenly alter the whole history of their clans. Creating two new clans as the other half of their clan that has his brother's blood runs through them lost their souls just to offer them for a greater power. While the other half that has her blood runs through them never lost their souls creating two knew clans and destroying the Cabot Tribe for good. Altering the history just to prevent the catastrophe that always happening whenever she and her brother awakens. And this is the truth that everyone wanted to keep away from the reincarnation of her.

Cullen Village Ruins

"What are you thinking my Princess?"

"I was thinking, what if 'he' never lives? What if once 'he' was born the Elders of the Old year decided to end his life leaving his twin alive since his twin was our only hope to hold? Then, this place won't be in ruin." I stated a fact.

"It was their parents' choice to believe that 'he' won't let the darkness controls him but…" Atlas paused and stays quiet.

I take a deep breath and he was right, the love and care that their parents had for their children was much stronger than what the prophecy unfold to them. Even though the Gods decided to help them to end 'his' life, the child they all called 'the curse one' lives on because of the love that their parents give and had proven made them to back down but not knowing that darkness slowly eating him whole. And before we know it, the God of Darkness suddenly burst in anger but no one knows that he will be defeated and his entire power will be transfer to 'the curse one'. Losing his soul and his conscience just to possess the power that he wanted from the very beginning, he is the greatest foe of the Gods and the Humans that they never expected to see and meet.

The thirst of blood runs through him that made him to go berserk into the human world. Everything that he sees he devours them, drink their blood to death. Sacrificing more of his sire and lose all their souls just to get greater power. Until Gods finally decided to end things with the help of his one and only sibling, his sister, sacrificing herself just to save his brother's soul and conscience. And yet it doesn't end there…

"I know what you mean," I finally answered. "But we cannot change the past. Now all we need to do is find a way to bring her back without letting 'him' to awake his entire memories of the past. We can no longer fight if that will happen. Because he has almost wiped out our race because of the strength of the power he possesses that even the Gods can do nothing since that he has the power of a God. And being a Vampire is just an excuse, because he is not just a Vampire, he is more of Demon that lurks in this Earth and I really hope, 'she' comes back without fail. I really hope so."

Atlas looks at me seriously. "But there is another prophecy."

"I know." I said and take a very deep, deep breath before I walk through the open field. "We can only hope that everything will end at the right time."

"Wei," I immediately called her once I came out of my room.

"Yes, my Lady?"

"Let's go to downtown before I meet Haimon."

"For what?"

"I wanted to surprise him on the centennial of our relationship, so let us hurry!" because I want him to have my best gift ever.
