Bai Xi and Han Zhuo were both a little surprised when they heard the word “pregnancy” because it was obviously a dangerous and abnormal marriage relationship, and the arrival of this new life might not be good news.

Daisy shook her head. “I talked to Zhao Xiaojuan. She plans to keep it a secret for the time being.”

Zhao Xiaojuan’s face turned pale instantly, and the quiet and happy young woman in the mirror disappeared, replaced by the Mrs. Huang that outsiders often saw—she opened the door cowardly and timidly, took her drunken husband from the driver’s hand, and then whispered her thanks.

“Watch out for me complaining to her.” Bai Xi smiled and pushed him away. “A glass of strong wine, without cream and syrup, thank you.”

“Little drunkard,” Han Zhuo shook his head but still mixed a glass of blue wine for him. A beautiful little star adorned the rim, and he pushed it in front of him with two fingers. “Try it.”

“Does it have a name?” Bai Xi asked.

“Yes,” Han Zhuo replied as he wiped the bar. “Nothing will happen next time.”

There were blue and white fragments flowing in the cup, as well as pink clouds and a small star. It was the most dreamy and girly color. But the taste was strong and pungent. Bai Xi frowned, feeling as if he had been punched head-on by a burly man weighing two hundred pounds.

“What’s wrong?” Han Zhuo asked. “Didn’t you like the sweetness of cream?”

“You are so boring. You even cheat when mixing wine,” Bai Xi said disgustedly, pushing the wine glass back. “Drink it yourself.”

Han Zhuo picked it up from in front of him and drank it down easily.

Bai Xi: “…”

“Do you admit that you are a child now?” Han Zhuo asked with a smile. “Let’s go. It’s past twelve o’clock. I will take you to see the fun.”

“There will be Cinderella who has lost her glass slipper. Do you want to take it?” Bai Xi followed him.

“Not just glass slippers,” Han Zhuo said as he opened the small door on the second floor, “but crystals all over the world.”
