Whats's it like to have a fleet that can only recuirt female soldiers?

Chapter 1: Chapter-1

The old man was exhausted, his body and spirit weighed down by the years.

"Everyone knows that in this era, stargate technology is the cornerstone of interstellar navigation.

But stargates can only be built in galaxies with binary star systems. This limitation means that one-third of all galaxies are unable to support stargate construction..."

Zhao Chen opened his eyes groggily, his head spinning.

If he remembered correctly, he had stayed up late gaming last night, and his drowsiness caught up with him during class. Strangely, the notoriously strict Nun Miejue hadn't scolded him for dozing off today.

Suddenly, Zhao Chen froze.

Something was very wrong with the classroom.

The wooden desks were gone, replaced by sleek, pure-white surfaces made of some unknown material. In front of each student was a holographic projection screen, and their school uniforms now resembled those from a sci-fi Star Wars movie.

He reached out to touch the translucent display in front of him. To his surprise, it felt solid at first, but when he pressed harder, his hand passed straight through.

"...What the hell?" Zhao Chen muttered, his eyes wide as he scanned his surroundings.

The wall on one side of the classroom had been replaced by a massive floor-to-ceiling window. Through it, he could see a breathtaking galaxy, the kind he'd only seen in science documentaries.

On another wall hung several electronic scrolls, each displaying futuristic spacecraft. Some depicted sleek fighter ships, while others showcased massive interstellar battleships—nothing like the naval ships on Earth.

Then his gaze fell on the teacher at the podium.

Zhao Chen's breath caught.

The teacher wasn't human.

The creature wore clothes, but its hairless head was adorned with vine-like patterns, and its butterfly-wing-shaped ears fluttered faintly.

This couldn't be real.

As Zhao Chen struggled to make sense of the surreal scene, memories began to flood his mind like an unstoppable tide.

The Interstellar Era. The Star Empire. Galactic Year 3030. North Star Fleet Military Academy.

He gasped.

Zhao Chen... Third-year student in the Captain's Department...

The memories hit him like a sledgehammer. He clutched his head in pain.

"Old Zhao, are you okay? Feeling sick?"

A concerned voice snapped him out of his stupor. Zhao Chen turned to see a boy looking at him.

Li Wei. His best friend and classmate.

"I'm fine. Just stayed up too late," Zhao Chen mumbled, waving off the concern.

He forced himself to act natural, sitting through the lesson while his thoughts raced.

He had time-traveled.

Somehow, he had transmigrated into a futuristic era—an interstellar age where humanity explored the cosmos. His current identity was a student at the prestigious North Star Fleet Military Academy, training to become a starship captain.

Fumbling in his pocket, Zhao Chen found a small medicine bottle. According to his new memories, the original owner of this body had committed suicide over a failed relationship.

Lucky for me, his death gave me a second chance, Zhao Chen thought grimly.

Suddenly, a mechanical female voice echoed in his mind.

[Ding... Super Star Fleet System Binding... Binding Complete... Host: Zhao Chen...]

A virtual screen appeared in his mind.

[Newcomer Gift Pack Opened!]

100 system points obtained. Profession unlocked: "Top Starship Engineer." Item obtained: T3 Blizzard-Class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser Technical Drawings. 1 Random Special Attribute Extraction Opportunity unlocked.

Zhao Chen blinked, his disbelief giving way to excitement.

This is my golden finger!

He mentally activated the system interface, and a detailed virtual panel materialized before him:

Host: Zhao Chen

Profession: Top Starship Engineer

Special Attribute: None

Points: 100

Starships Owned: 0

Mission: Quarterly Mission (Not Received)

Warehouse: T3 Blizzard-Class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser Technical Drawings

Curious, Zhao Chen tested his engineering knowledge by searching for starship designs on the holographic computer. To his astonishment, he instantly understood complex concepts and could even deduce solutions to advanced problems.

"I can actually build a starship?" he whispered in awe.

The system's points intrigued him next.

Points:

Earned daily from system-built starships. Additional points awarded for completing system missions. Redeemable in the system mall.

The system mall contained an array of technical blueprints and items, mostly at the T1 technology level. The T3 blueprint he had received, however, was leagues ahead—a rare and valuable asset worth billions of star coins.

Building the T3 Blizzard-class starship, however, was no small feat. It required millions in raw materials and resources Zhao Chen currently lacked.

The system's "Quarterly Mission" section also caught his attention.

Quarterly Mission: Own a Starship (System Product).

That's my first goal, Zhao Chen thought determinedly.

Lastly, he examined the "Special Attribute" option.

Special Attribute Selection:

Male Soldiers Only: Fleet combat power bonus and inspiring voice. Female Soldiers Only: Fleet luck bonus and Insight Eye. Non-Humanoid Soldiers Only: Fleet loyalty bonus and Universal Words.

Zhao Chen frowned.

"Is this system messing with me?" he muttered, shaking his head.
