Chapter 66: Infernal Torture
The old sage actually wants Alvah to stay for some days as he wanted to observe something from him.
Something was supposed to happen, definitely, he said to himself.
Alvah had thought of visiting Adalyn, but at the same time needed to stay with the old man. He promised himself that he would visit her when he was done with his combat training.
The old sage had sent his student the message quite a long time now, but the message had no reply.
Two months passed by. Alvah had stayed in the village for seven months.
In Elysian,
" Where is Zillah?". Aeron asked Keva and Cristal.
They answered, "We haven't seen her today".
Aeron observed for a while and he really didn't like how Zillah was behaving lately and not just him Omna too.
He reported to Omna about it, Omna told him to just keep an eye on her, but that was just impossible.
He went looking for her after he confirmed that she was missing and again.
Zillah was in the outskirts of Elysian, but not by herself. Ghazan had transmogrified back into his ghost self but Zillah could still feel and sense him.
She wasn't meditating but her mind was void at the moment. It was around 11 in the morning, when she remembered, she turned to her side knowing Ghazan was there although no one is seen and sked.
"Where is Alvah?". Ghazan smiled but couldn't reply, as he himself had no idea where he was.
" I don't know where Alvah is, he replied this to her but I'm pretty sure he told you not to worry or miss him".
" It's been seven months uncle and he told me, I won't take long I'll be back, she quoted his words. Seven months uncle". She repeated.
" Zillah, what he is doing, he is doing for you, if you can't have patience with him, you might as well make him feel that his effort is wasted".
" Why should you be angry? do you prefer to stay with him and be cautious or stay with him with no worries". He asked her this question.
He continued, " As you are upset with him, you are provoking me because what he is doing is risk taking and he knows that. Do not condemn him". He raised his voice.
" I'm sorry uncle", she immediately apologized realizing she had gone too far. He appeared to her and she could finally see him.
He looked worried. " Uncle". She called his name, looking at how worried he was. " You're worried too?".
" Zillah it's been seven months and he hasn't returned, how would I feel at ease?".
" Don't worry uncle, If I'm okay, he is okay".
Ghazan knows she was referring to the link that they once had, but then again the link was broken which means he really doesn't know if Alvah is okay.
'Here is Zillah thinking that since she is safe he is safe', he sighed.
Perhaps I could think of a way to restore their link. " Excuse me Zillah, I'll be back". He left her there alone.
About twenty five minutes passed and she was there speaking to her inner self as she buried her face in her knee that she pulled up to her chest.
She felt something and from afar, so she stood up, looking around her, when she looked ahead, she saw two male figures coming straight at her.
The distance was far so she couldn't see clearly or recognize anyone.
When she got a good sight of them, before she could teleport she found herself pinned by Ravana.
Before her eyes could raise up to look at him, she made a loud cry. Azazel who walked gently to approach her, gave her the infernal Torture; the flaming on the inside.
It's the same as what Alvah does. Azazel had taught him this, but Azazel's torture is incomparable to that of Alvah.
She cried out, loudly.
Ravana released her, waking back to where Azazel stood. His grip on her was actually what still kept her up as she collapsed to the ground when he let go of her.
" Where is Alvah?", Azazel spoke darkly. She couldn't speak as she was screaming loudly and crying thanks to the pain.
She held onto the grass, squeezing the life out of it.
" Answer me". He insisted and was persistent to get the truth out of her mouth.
She struggled to answer as the remaining breath she had was what she was using to cry and shout.
They looked at her expressionlessly.
"I.... I".... He worsened the torture.
" I.... don't know". She killed herself to speak. Where is uncle.... she thought within.
Azazel looked ahead, he felt something but it vanished quickly. He looked back at her.
"She isn't lying". Ravana said to him. Maybe he didn't know. "I know". He replied to Ravana.
As she was struggling to breathe after he had stopped, he walked closer to her and held her palm gently. He sent fire slowly through her palm which stopped at her elbow.
She screamed loudly, wishing for only death at this moment.
Then he stood up, leaving her with burnt bleeding arms. He began walking away.
Ravana came closer to her and crouched
to her where she laid on the ground and smirked. Stretching his hands to her he saw a hand on her shoulders.
When he looked up he saw Aeron glaring at him. He still dared to touch her looking at Aeron in the eye when a sword appeared at his neck.
He wondered how Aeron did that. He didn't intended for much trouble so he stood up slowly and walked away after glaring at Aeron.
Aeron looked at Zillah, he saw her bleeding arm, he quickly carried her and teleported to Omna in the library.
"Omna", he shouted. Omna moved to where he laid Zillah, her blood had dripped all over the place, tears filled her eyes, she couldn't cry as her hand hurt pretty badly.
Omna teleported with her to his room with Aeron. He couldn't hold her hand. When he tried to, she would only cry out again because of contact. He kept a little distance from her hands and sent the healing to her.
The pain was impair. She screamed a lot and began coughing. " Calm down Zillah". Aeron said to her.
With the internal pain and heat, she looked red compared to how she looked before the incident and was sweating profusely.
" Who did this?". Omna asked
Omna healed her slowly so the pain wouldn't be intense, although the process was slow, she had calmed down a bit.
