He quickly finished the bowl of porridge, still feeling somewhat unsatisfied.

Lin Shen placed the bowl and spoon outside, then resumed practicing the Hidden Strength Technique.

If mastered, the Hidden Strength Technique could maintain energy in a very stable and restrained state.
