Reincarnation of The Strongest War Goddess

Two beautiful silver eyes opened beneath the earth as it stared far beyond the reaches of the universe. Those eyes displayed absolute calmness at first, but then, a female face came to view, shocked and pale.

"No, this can't be happening!"

Her eyes were suddenly red. Something was going on. She moved from her position and vanished, causing the earth underneath her to twist and crack.

She stopped mid air and stared deep into the expanse.

Six figures joined her. They were the seven Sages of Elemental powers.

Earth is actually an ecosystem within many galaxies who's potentials seem to always surpass all other planets and within earth, there seem to be infinite possibilities. Many people on earth are actually cultivating so hard, trying to broaden their horizons and increase their power so that they would be able to locate these infinite possibilities.

Earth not only possess infinite possibilities, it also had the invincibility— a path. Vanessa Chen, one of the seven Sages, a talented cultivator whom also seem to be favoured by the universe. She is the only one who was trusted and is believed to have found the path.

However, the sudden appearance of danger had alerted many of Earth's geniuses ready to stop the calamity.

Immediately, space seem to tear and then the sky shattered.

Vanessa from where she stood was horrified.

This was peak power! She hurriedly retreated. She had not even seen who was attacking and it's power is capable of reaching this distance.

Boundless chill descended upon her and the other seven Sages.

"Aiko, I never dreamed that today of all day, we would be in a stalemate."

Aiko, who was the fire Sage turned towards Jared. "We should give in our all if it means dying in the battlefield." Her lavender eyes seem to spark and flames ignited.

They were seven Sages, Aiko is the fire elemental, Vanessa is the Wind elemental, Jared is Water elemental, Dax is Earth elemental, David is a Sage who controls dangerous lotus flowers and whenever it's flowers explodes, it rains poison. Trisha is a Sage who controls lightening and Elevora controls space.

All seven Sages locked gazes at the appraoching calamity and their determination steeled.

Suddenly, a man appeared before them in an instant and the void shattered. Vanessa retreated two steps but was immediately halted in her steps.

Unable to move, she controlled wind and the air around seem to distort.

The man glared at all seven of them like trash. He pointed his index finger and an indescribable force descended. David's lotus flowers exploded, but the damages it caused was unable to stop the attack of the man, David was blasted backwards by the power.

He glared at Elevora and smiled, revealing skeletal teeth. Elevora seem to panic for a moment, but then, space expanded almost infinitely.

However, the man tapped out at the void around it and space was torn. Elevora spat out a mouthful of blood.

Aiko and Dax teamed up.

Fire and earth intertwined together creating a terrifying blemish. The air around distorted and the void shattered completely. The man simply glared at them to display their power. However, it was useless.

It couldn't defend against his undefeatable power. The flaming earth was shattered and the impact sent them flying.

Trisha and Jared took action.

Normally, when lightening and water coexist, it becomes the nemesis to humans. Now, Trisha and Jared wants to use this concept to overwhelm the man.

Jared moved, water flashing out in all directions. The world shook and trembled. Trisha was covered in blue and red electric arcs which moved seamlessly towards the water and bonded defiantly.

Waters formed walls and it encompasses the sky and pressed down. The man glared at the descending water sky and he pointed his index finger again.

Whenever the man points that finger, Vanessa herself feels a terrifying chill coming from it. It was as if he hadn't even used his true strength. What kind of an existence is this?

Her face was pale, her silvery eyes were red.

The finger pierced through the water, shattering it completely. Then, he threw a palm strike that sent Jared and Trisha flying.

The seven Sages were gravely injured except Vanessa who's expression changed.

She was the last of them, her eyes burning with a mix of fear, determination and hesitation. She did not want to attack, but she had to attack.

Vanessa immediately moved and the sky cracked under her feet.

She was the strongest, and the easiest to be seen through.

Wind shattered the void as it moved towards the man who's empty eyes widened in surprise. But then, menacingly he realized something.

This human was close to the path of invincibility, if she inadvertently completes the process, she would definitely transform and she would be an existence not to be trifled with.

His eyes instantly grew icy and he moved.

She must be killed.

His mission here is to massacre earth and find that path to invincibility. However, he had been having fun with the seven Sages. No more.

He immediately moved and the sky shattered.

He moved one hand and grabbed at the sky which caved in. Vanessa's face turned pale, however she did not give up. Her wind power transformed into a collosal figure and the void around cracked intensely blocking the palm strike of the man.

'She is indeed strong!'

He took mental notes.

The void was immediately pressed down and the universe compressed, which pressed everything within down. Vanessa was horrified, but her wind power has already taken the steps towards invincibility. If this man had come anytime later, she wouldn't be as pathetic as she looked now.

The sound of wind whips extended from the earth to the sky, it held up the descending power of the man, actually cracking it which surprised the man.

'She still had more power?'

'Ok, I've underestimated invincibility.'

His voice immediately showered down like a bad premonition which caused the people on earth to cower in fear.

"I've played enough, now die!"

Suddenly, the sky was replaced. The heavens roared. There was an intense power of suppression and Vanessa found herself unable to move. She hurriedly shouted. "Let's join hands!"

Jared held Vanessa's hands, Trisha held, Aiko held too, her face very pale. David, Elevora and Dax held hands. As long as they connected round and their essence circulated, passing through Vanessa to the others and returning back to her, the seven Sages saw themselves healing at an alarming rate.

However, their essence drifted and formed a whirlpool that collided with the man's finger power. Vanessa cursed.

He seem to want to crush this earth with a single finger. But then, fear filled her person. He might be able to do it, but is only holding back.

She had even used all of her ultimate moves except one. Vanessa closed her eyes. Would they really die?

Ancestors, where are you?

Vanessa's eyes became sharp and she disconnected from the seven Sages. And moved towards the sky. She immediately pulled strings after strings and the world groaned.

Vanessa opened her eyes and locked gazes with the man. There was no eyes in his eye socket, just a blank hole where the eyes used to be. However, his entire person radiated a divine energy.

"You're finished."

This time, he moved his both hands and space expanded and shattered, the universe instantly shrank and Vanessa was horrified. She grabbed one end of the universe and the other end preventing it from closing in on everything.

At the same time, she glared at the man and a terrifying power exploded from her, but he raised his index finger.

'That finger again!'

And he stopped the attack with a deafening sound.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The shrinking universe was torn wider and the man glared at Vanessa in surprise. She had actually surprised him to have lasted up to this point, but no more!

He closed his eyes and opened.

Then, he pressed a hand down and the universe started to close. Nothing could be done at this moment, Vanessa had exhausted her ultimate moves, she had no essence to continue. In the end, it was death.

She watched as earth was overturned, lives were swallowed by an unfathomable force, he saw them been devoured completely.

Then, the universe shrank and Jared died, followed by Aiko then Trisha.

Blood simply splattered everywhere. Everything was been returned to the origin. It was being returned to the very beginning, the void.

Dax died, Elevora died too.

Then, David.

It was left with Vanessa. There was a mocking smile on the man's face and then he said:

"What's the invincible path and I might let you live."

It was as if the shrinking was suspended for a moment and Vanessa glared at him.

"You're already at the end of your goal. You can achieve it! What's the point of keeping me alive, there's no path to invincibility as it has been absorbed by me."

The man's expression darkened and with a casual wave of the hand, Vanessa died a horrifying death. What was left behind is only an inauspicious darkness that drifted endlessly through the void.
