Raising the Elf’s Genius Slayer

Chapter 66

Chapter

“Tsk tsk… such a lack of dignity. This is why I don’t even want to associate with those superficially decent elves.”

“Could you succubi at least dress up a bit more properly?”

“Oh? I don’t think I’m in any position to take advice from a spinster who reeks of virginity!”

“Hah! What about that smell coming from your lower region? Ugh, I feel like throwing up.”

A tense air flowed between the succubus and the elf. Enok blinked, observing the scene, and lightly tapped Undine on the shoulder.

“Wait, is it true that succubi and elves don’t get along?”

[They represent the beauty of their respective races. They rarely meet, but when they do, it usually ends up like this. It’s said they instinctively feel disgust for each other.]

“Oh ho.”

Enok’s eyes sparkled as he confidently strode toward the succubus.

“E-Enok…!”

Rionne wailed from behind him, but he chose to ignore her for now.

“Whew, looks like men know who’s more attractive after all?”

“Yep.”

Enok smiled lightly and nodded.

“Of course.”

Swoosh—! In an instant, a hand imbued with ki lunged toward the succubus’s abdomen. The succubus flinched and quickly twisted her body away.

Slash-!

A faint scar appeared on her white belly, blood splattering as the succubus grimaced in rage.

“What the…! Coming at me with that innocent face!”

“Innocent? I don’t recall that being the case.”

Enok smirked and activated the Ki Eye in his left eye. Kiing—! A low sound echoed as the ring began to spin.

Yet, the succubus merely smiled and gently caressed her belly. As her wound quickly healed, she playfully winked at him.

“Not bad. But…, a man can never defeat me.”

A sensual fragrance enveloped the area.

Succubi are born with two powers. One is the ability to traverse dreams, and the other is—

“Men prioritize below rather than above.”

The power to seduce men. The succubus whispered with an enchanting smile.

“My name is Erzebet. Little gentleman? Might I know your name?”

“No…!”

Rionne’s eyes widened as if she were ready to draw her sword. Enok was in the prime of his youth; for even the innocent Enok, resisting the succubus’s charm was almost impossible.

It’s close to instinct. While succubi may be lewd and treacherous, their allure is genuine.

When news of a succubus’s appearance spreads, men, regardless of their status, can naïvely lose their lives to her charms.

If Rionne were a man, even she would find that temptation exceedingly troublesome. So, right now…!

Rumble—!

Lightning crackled. Startled, Erzebet flapped her wings and swiftly retreated.

“W-What…!”

Is she really not going to react at all!? This doesn’t make sense, even for a man, no, even for someone castrated.

“Ugh…”

Enok frowned and shook his ears. This was all just annoying whispering, irritating him.

“Lady.”

“What, what…?”

“Don’t press your body against me. I’d like to rip you apart.”

Kiing—! The ring inside his heart began to spin.

Pathos. It’s the great magic that circulates his feelings toward Rionne. For Enok, who had achieved a degree of understanding, seduction wouldn’t work.

Ultimately, he only has eyes for Rionne. The deep feelings that linger in his left eye are his sole vow dedicated to her.

He wouldn’t be swayed by some scantily clad harlot.

“Oh?”

Rionne blinked and slowly sheathed her sword. That wasn’t a power she could easily resist. For whatever reason, it seemed like a great victory for Enok.

“Try again.”

That Enok grinned. While he effortlessly resisted, being touched by the succubus’s charm made him feel seriously awful. He could want nothing more than to tear her apart.

“If you can seduce me, then it’ll be your victory.”

If the Pathos is cut, he’ll die right there.

“This, this lady lady…!”

Boom—! An enraged Erzebet stomped her foot. Instantly, countless footsteps echoed through the cave as monsters began pouring out.

“Brace yourself, little one…! I’ll tear you apart before that elf and feast on you…!”

Whoosh—! The pink aura that burst from her body surged toward the monsters.

– Grrrrr…!

– Kyaaaaa!

The monsters’ eyes turned blood red, their muscles bulging as if they would explode. If one were to glance down, grotesque beings would be staring back at them, making the situation all the more disgusting.

“Before Rionne…!”

Boom—! As she stomped again, the cave lit up and began to plasmaize. Enok swung his gloved fingertips, manipulating the plasma like thin threads.

“Dare to approach that disgusting thing…!”

Siiiing──────────!!!

With a sharp sound, the monsters were torn apart. Enok brimming with killing intent burrowed into the fray.

– Grrrrr…!

The hellhound, entranced by temptation, thrust its spear forward. Simultaneously, Cerberus and other unknown monsters lunged at him. Enok scanned the entire scene in a short moment.

With a step—

All attacks missed. Kiing—! Once more, the ring in his left eye revolved. The trajectory connecting all the monsters was clear. He swept his hand along the line.

Slash─────────!!

Gore and innards scattered everywhere. Enok’s eyes widened as he took in the carnage.

“Ugh…!”

Erzebet trembled at their locked gazes. In her empty eye sockets swirled a ring with dark bolts of lightning. The pure focus of pure killing intent was incredibly unsettling.

“Useless things…!”

But Erzebet wasn’t incompetent. She promptly shook off her momentary fear and swung her tail like a whip.

Clang—!

Her claws clashed against the tail. Enok deftly dodged the fast-swinging tail and the relentless assault from monsters appearing from all directions.

Bang—!

Even amid the chaos, the temptation from Erzebet that stirred his Pathos burned fiercely. His head felt hot, and he wanted to tear that harlot apart right then, but connecting attacks was more complicated than he thought, making getting close impossible.

“Annoying…!”

The motions of his body and the flow of mana create his spellcasting. With the power of Heavenly Carnage Thunder God Technique, he unleashed magic. Railgun; a merciless force launched a sphere of plasma.

Whoosh────────!!

“Where do you think you’re aiming…!”

Erzebet swiftly countered. She had seen this magic once through Cerberus’s eyes. She had already concocted a countermeasure in her mind.

“Lift it up!”

One hellhound wrapped itself around Erzebet’s aura and jumped up. Boom—! The force from below propelled the bullet upward, piercing through the ceiling as it vanished.

The monster taken care of was merely one hellhound that charged with its body. Enok ground his teeth.

‘How peculiar.’

Despite the rising killing intent, his mind remained clear. The aura emanating from the succubus felt different from mana; it was coarser and stickier.

It was unstable and violent compared to mana. It seemed he had heard of it before. That must be demonic energy.

‘Analyze and counter it.’

If necessary, he could possibly follow along. While obliterating the surrounding monsters, he pushed the Ki Eye to its limits.

The similarities with mana, the differences. Can he mimic it? Why did the attack seem to lose power?

He plumbed deeper beyond what was visible, dissecting every single particle. The more he comprehended demonic energy, the more his attacks struck with lethal precision.

‘Essentially, it’s the same as mana.’

It must have once been one; it was merely a branch that split off due to some reason. In that case…

Thump—!

This is? A heart that shouldn’t exist is beating. No, it’s Eri. The energy within the Central Dantian screamed out.

[Listen up!]

‘Ah, so that’s what it was.’

Spirit power is similar to demonic energy. Ultimately, it’s just a branch of mana. Now that he understood demonic energy, the spirit power wouldn’t be that different.

[Not that!]

Zzap! Eri’s ki spread throughout him. Enok dodged the trajectory read by his Ki Eye while grasping the spirit’s intention.

‘By the way, did Eri communicate with me while in the Central Dantian?’

[So frustrating!]

A scene suddenly flashed in his mind. Rionne, merging with Undine, pulled down every storm cloud in the sky.

[Ah…! Finally!]

Spirit fusion. He had forgotten about it. At some point, Eri had been effectively assisting him from within the Central Dantian.

[Hmph.]

With a snicker, something overlapped. Me and Eri. Two yet one. The moment he realized they could peer into each other’s hearts, something erupted from within him.

Rumble────────!!!!

Lightning flashed, incinerating the surrounding monsters.

“Whew…”

Enok exhaled. The ki that mixed in with his breath dispersed all around him. As he opened his eyes, the pupils of his right eye elongated into slits.

“Beastman…?”

Suddenly enlightened by Rionne’s clear voice. A strange sensation emanated from above his head and near his backside. Fox ears and a tail made of lightning emerged.

Enok swayed his five tails and narrowed his elongated pupils. His vision was clearer than ever. Every sound brushing his ear was precisely captured, and every scent was starkly differentiated, imprinting bright images in his mind.

[Gotcha.]

Pat—! Enok’s body disintegrated into lightning. Soon after, storms of electricity converged before Erzebet, reshaping into his figure.

“KYAAA…!”

Her eyes trembled visibly. Shock was evident on her face. Enok stared directly into Erzebet’s eyes as he slipped his hand into her pants.

“W-Whoa…?”

Remarkably swift, Erzebet regained her composure, naturally donning a sultry smile.

“If that’s what you wanted, you should have said so.”

Her eyelids narrowed beautifully. Enok plunged his fingers inside her.

“Ahh….”

And just like that, he exerted force.

“W-Wait…!”

Rip—! A sound reminiscent of something tearing rang out clearly.

“AAAAHHHH…! N-No, please no, no, no…!”

CRACKLE────────!

Enok’s hand soared high. It remained firmly clutching Erzebet’s lower body. Her front was completely ripped away, with her innards laid bare. Drenched in the blood gushing forth, Enok chuckled softly.

[Thought it would be dark and gloomy inside.]

Her insides turned out to be surprisingly vibrant red.
