Under the guidance of Shisui and Obito, Reiki followed them to the Uchiha ancestral temple. 

The ancestral hall, with its solemn Nanga Shrine plaque, radiated an imposing aura, reflecting the strength and pride of the Uchiha clan—one of the largest clans in Konoha.

Inside, familiar faces greeted Reiki warmly. Over the years, many Uchiha members had benefited from his medical expertise.

"Reiki, Medical Ninja, thank you so much!"

"Reiki, my eyes feel a bit dry. When can you check them?"

"Reiki, Elder Madara and the clan leader are waiting for you inside."

Despite their notorious pride, the Uchiha clan treated Reiki with utmost respect, their usual arrogance absent in his presence.

"Uh-huh. Did you strain your eyes recently? Be sure to rest them," Reiki advised one of them. "Thank you; I'll check on you all once I'm done inside."

Reiki entered the inner chamber of the ancestral hall, where core members of the clan—Uchiha Ze, Uchiha Shu, Uchiha Natsume, Uchiha Fugaku, and Uchiha Madara—were gathered.

Typically, only outstanding clan members were allowed in this sacred space. For an outsider like Reiki to receive an invitation was unprecedented—even the legendary Senju Hashirama had not been granted such an honor.

"Reiki, Medical Ninja, thank you for everything," Uchiha Fugaku said, stepping forward. His gratitude was genuine, acknowledging Reiki's invaluable contributions to the clan and to Fugaku personally.

"You're welcome. It's part of my job," Reiki replied politely before turning to Madara. "Madara-sama, you called me here. What can I do for you?"

Madara gestured for the others to leave. "Natsume, Nagasawa, step outside," he instructed. The clan members obeyed without question, leaving the three of them alone.

With a subtle chakra pulse, Madara activated a secret mechanism. A hidden staircase appeared, leading them to the Uchiha stone tablet.

Reiki's eyes widened. **"So, this is the stone tablet that records the Eye of the Moon Plan,"** he thought to himself.

"Fugaku, read what's inscribed on the tablet. Use your Mangekyō Sharingan," Madara instructed.

"Understood, Great Elder." 

Fugaku activated his kaleidoscope eyes. A surge of powerful ocular energy illuminated the tablet, revealing hidden text. As he read, his expression shifted to shock and disbelief.

"This… this is incredible. These revelations are far more than I've seen before," Fugaku said, astonished. The last time he read the tablet, it had only mentioned the Sharingan's abilities and the conditions for unlocking its powers. Now, it spoke of acquiring ultimate strength by seizing the Senju clan's abilities—something entirely new to him.

Madara sighed, a tinge of regret in his voice. "It seems you've noticed the inconsistencies as well. I acted rashly in the past," he admitted, reflecting on his own missteps.

"Madara-sama, this tablet presents an opportunity," Reiki interjected.

"Opportunity?" Madara asked, his disappointment turning to curiosity.

"Since the contents of the stone tablet can be altered, why not use that to our advantage?" Reiki suggested. "Surely, Madara-sama has the means to adjust what's written here."

"Tamper with the tablet?" Madara echoed, puzzled.

"Precisely. Fabricate a message," Reiki said confidently. "The current text incites division and conflict. We can rewrite it to foster unity and inspire the clan to strive for harmony with others."

Madara's eyes gleamed as realization dawned. "Fabricate…" he murmured, considering the possibilities. 

Reiki pulled out a scroll and began drafting a new inscription. Both Madara and Fugaku peered over his shoulder as he worked. The original text, which encouraged the Uchiha to seize power through force, was replaced with a message of compassion and mutual respect. The rewritten tablet emphasized that the Sharingan's true strength came from love and the desire to protect others. It declared that the Uchiha's greatest power—the "Guardian Eye"—would manifest when they fought to protect what they cherished.

As Fugaku read the new message, he was stunned. "If I hadn't seen the original text myself, I would believe this without question," he admitted.

"This will help change the mindset of the clan," Reiki explained. "Deep-seated beliefs won't shift overnight, but with Madara-sama leading by example, progress is possible."

Madara's somber expression softened. A smile crept onto his face. "Guardian Eye," he repeated, chuckling. "Yes… the Sharingan of the Uchiha clan is the strongest protective eye! This is brilliant, Reiki."

With Madara's approval, the original text was carefully obscured, leaving only the fabricated message visible. Any Uchiha with Sharingan would now see the rewritten contents.

"It's up to you now, Madara-sama," Reiki said, rolling up his scroll.

Madara nodded, his confidence restored. "Very well. This will be the beginning of a new era for the Uchiha clan."

Fugaku, still processing the implications, couldn't help but feel a surge of hope. Perhaps, with this step, the Uchiha clan could finally move toward a brighter future.
