Multiverse Heroes: Magical Destinies(AmphibiaxSVTFOExTOH)

Chapter 39: Dangerous Multiverse

Morning came for the group of heroes who had retreat from Mewni. Marco was still in bed, having barely gotten any sleep from the previous night.

Between his friends being captured in The Boiling Isles, the weird head trip in Belos's mind, and seeing Mewni destroyed, he had a lot worrying him.

The fact that Marcy was still under the mercy of Andrias did not help matters whatsoever.

He sat up and looked around the room. All the girls, plus Hunter, Sprig and King slept on the floor in sleeping bags. None of them had crawled into his bed in the middle of the night, as far as he knew anyway.

Slowly he stood up and tip-toed out of the room, hoping not to step on any of the girls on his way out. Just before he left, he heard a voice call out to him. "Marco?"

The boy turned to see that it was Hunter who mentioned his name, the former Golden Guard looking confused. "Oh, hey Hunter, did I wake you?"

"No, I was already awake," Hunter said. "Honestly, I barely got any sleep."

"Neither have I," Marco said as he stepped outside his room, "Come on, we don't wanna wake the girls."

"Too late..." Came the voice of Polly as she slowly stood up.

"Polly, go back to bed," Marco said.

"Why? It's morning and I'm not lazy," Polly said as she walked out the room. "I'm going to grab something to eat."

"But..." Marco relented. "Okay fine. Let's go, Hunter."

"Right behind you," Hunter said as he followed the two.

In the kitchen, Polly began scrummaging through the fridge, checking everything that was there. "What do you have in here?"

"What do you like?" Marco asked.

"Um...I could go with a little candy if you have any," Polly said.

"Polly, it's morning, you don't need candy," Marco said.

"There's a difference between needing and wanting," Polly said. "I know I don't need candy, but I still want it."

"Well we don't have candy," Marco said. "I can make some pancakes. Or maybe some bacon and eggs if you want. Quite frankly, I should have food ready for everyone."

"Marco?" Angie said as she came into the kitchen. "When did you get home?"

"Oh mom, you're up early," Marco said.

"It's not that early, besides there's a new baby now, so I do have to get up earlier a lot more often," Angie pointed out. "I'm used to it, I remember having to go through this with you."

"Oh, sorry I interrupted your sleep," Marco said.

"Pfft, you don't have anything to be sorry about," Angie said. "It's a mother's job to look after her kids. I made the choice to be a parent, and I take full responsibility. Besides it wasn't terrible, what mother wouldn't want to spend time with her child?"

"Wow, lucky you Marco," Polly said. "You have one dedicated mother."

"Well aren't you sweet?" Angle said as she made her way to the stove. "Also, who's your friend there?"

"My name is Hunter," the boy said. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

"Hunter? Why does that name sound familiar?" Angie asked, this question causing worry for the boy.

"It's a common name, nothing to worry about," Marco said, hoping to cover up for the boy.

"Oh, well, okay," Angie said. "Anyway I can handle the breakfast."

"Are you sure? I don't want to burden you," Marco said.

"Marco, I'm your mother, cooking for you isn't a burden," Angie said. "I don't mind cooking for your friends either."

"Hunter and Polly aren't the only ones here," Marco said. "Star's here too, along with Anne, Sasha, Luz, Amity, Sprig, King and Janna."

"Wow...that's a lot of kids," Angie said. "But Janna too? Honestly I'm happy you two are getting along better nowadays. Seems like just yesterday you ran home crying because she stuck a worm down your shirt."

"Mom!" Marco shouted in embarrassment, glaring slightly when he heard Polly giggle.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh," Polly said. "But I'm going to anyway."

The young frog burst out laughing while Hunter did his best to avoid any eye contact.

"Janna wasn't that much of a bully," Marco said. "And I handled her just fine!"

"That girl Janna doesn't seem very popular with the others," Hunter said. "How well do you know her exactly?"

"I've just known her since Kindergarten," Marco said. "Basically since I was Polly's age."

"Has she always been mean?" Hunter asked.

"Not mean, just weird," Marco said. "She's good friends with my old crush Jackie, and later she and Star started to bond, so I got stuck hanging around her even more."

"That sounds...bad I guess?" Hunter said.

"It is, dude," Marco confirmed.

"Even Sasha doesn't like her, and that's saying something," Polly said. "Still, she's kind of interesting in her own way."

"I just wish she didn't take pictures of me and Marcy," Marco said. "That's just plain creepy."

"Yeah, that does seem weird," Hunter said. "But she has nice things to say about you and Marcy. Seems to me like she just wants that close bond you two have with each other, and with the other girls."

"I guess, but there's better ways to go about it," Marco said.

"No use whining about it," Polly said.

"Hey! I'm not whining!" Marco was quick to insist.

"Wow, you're quite the little firecracker," Hunter said.

"It's adorable," Angie stated as she continued cooking.

"I gotta say Marco, you know a lot of interesting girls," Hunter said. "Polly here seems to fit right in with how strong willed the other girls are."

"Yeah, they've got spirit alright," Marco said. "They're great girls though. Underneath the badass, they're very caring. I know Luz is happy that you've left your old life behind."

Hunter rubbed his head in frustration, "I still can't believe it. Everything I knew was a lie. My uncle, he's done so many terrible things. It's because of him that I don't even have a family."

"Hey, don't worry about it, alright?" Marco said while patting Hunter on the shoulder. "I know things are rough, but they'll get better."

"How can you be so sure?" Hunter asked.

"I can't make promises, all I can say is that you have the power to decide what you want your future to be like," Marco said.

"Yeah, just because your family is evil, doesn't mean you need to be," Polly said. "You can start over with us."

"You make it sound so easy," Hunter said. "How do I just turn away from everything I grew up with?"

"Well, do you want to go back to that?" Polly asked.

"Um...no, not exactly," Hunter admitted.

"Then quit worrying," Polly said. "You have plenty of options. For one, you can live at Star's castle."

"Huh?" Hunter replied. "Live in Queen Star's Castle?"

"Acting Queen, and yes," Polly said. "She's made room for Marco and Janna. She's very hospitable, isn't that right Marco?"

"Well she did give Amity and Lilith a place to stay as well," Marco admitted. "So the hospitable thing checks out."

"Exactly," Polly said.

"But some of those were more temporary things," Marco said. "Then again, she was fine with Eclipsa. But Eclipsa came with some drama. But she did bring Buff Frog over. Then again he worked there, and she wanted to build a better relationship between Mewmans and Monsters. But I suppose Hunter being there could-"

"Marco..." Polly interrupted. "Is this going to last much longer?"

"Uh...sorry," Marco sheepishly apologized.

"Hey, I get where you're both coming from," Hunter said. "But leaving The Boiling Isles might be a lot for me. Plus I don't know how it will affect Flapjack."

"Who's Flapjack?" Polly asked.

"His Palisman," Marco said. "You know, like that staff Eda has?"

"Oh, you mean Owlbert?" Polly asked.

"Exactly, Hunter's staff is called Flapjack," Marco said. "Which reminds me, Luz mentioned she had a hard time getting a Palisman. Was it hard for you as well, Hunter?"

"No, he just came to me," Hunter said. "Even now I don't know why he's so attached to me, but I guess I just got lucky."

"Guess he figured you just needed a good friend," Marco said. "Luz always believed you were nicer than you presented yourself as."

"Geez, one jouney in Latissa, and Luz somehow formed a more genuine bond with me than I did with my uncle my whole life," Hunter lamented. "And I was foolish enough to turn her away at the time. Even now she's trying to be nice to me, after I did the terrible things I did."

"That's because Luz is a great girl," Marco said. "She likes to see the positives in others, even if it's not easy."

"Definitely not easy, even Sasha pushed her buttons," Polly said. "But because she saw Amity change for the better, she believed you could too."

"And to Luz's credit, she and Sasha did make amends," Marco said. "I think Sasha's great too, she's just got a lot of personal issues that she never worked out."

"That's barely scratching the surface," Polly said. "Sasha is just plain nuts."

"She is, and she's done some..." Marco recalled what happened yesterday morning, how flirty Sasha was, and how badly she desired his body. "Very innapropriate things. But, I can't hate her."

"What is it that brings you all together?" Hunter asked. "What made you friends?"

"That might be tough to answer on my own," Marco said. "With Star, I met her about a year ago, when she was entrusted to me by her parents to watch over her during her Princess training."

"Why was she sent to Earth to train?" Hunter asked.

"Sometime after she got her want, she went a little nuts with it," Marco said. "So she basically had two choices. St. Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses. Or coming to train on Earth."

"What's St. Olga's?" Hunter asked. "Is it really that bad?"

"I've been there in disguise," Marco said. "I can safely confirm that it's bad. That place would have tortured Star."

"I think I heard about it. That's where Meteora went, isn't it?" Polly asked.

"Yeah, she took over the place," Marco explained. "Point is that it's the type of place that Belos himself would relish in if he wanted to see pain and suffering."

"Wow, that sounds kind of scary," Hunter said. "So, why were you chosen to watch over Star?"

"Some weird thing about me being the 'Safest Kid in School' or some nonsense like that," Marco said.

"My Marco's all about safety, even his classmates voted him the Safest Kid," Angie said as she got the food ready. "Such a responsible young man."

"Aw...who's a responsible boy?" Polly teased as she pinched Marco's cheeks. "You are! Yes you are!"

"Polly, do you enjoy being annoying?" Marco asked.

"Hey, you know you love me for it," Polly said as she nudged against Marco.

"I do and I hate it," Marco said as he pulled Polly into a hug. "Still, lighten up a bit."

"No promises," Polly said.

Hunter looked very confused at the moment, "What's so bad about being safe? Isn't caution a good thing?"

"It's nerdy, that's what," Marco said. "No one would take me seriously if they knew I was safe. I didn't want anyone thinking I was a wimp."

"Marco, you've stood your ground against Belos and Andrias without fear," Hunter said. "I don't think anyone is going to call you a wimp."

"Yeah, give yourself some credit," Polly said. "I think you're one of the coolest boys I know. If I had a chance to adopt you as my big brother, I would. Because I know you'd keep me safe."

"You have the respect of Luz and the others, so you're doing something right," Hunter said.

"I hope so," Marco said. "Anyway, that's how I met Star. I befriended Amity by chance when she got stuck in Mewni, then I befriended Anne, Luz, Sasha and Marcy when I went to Amphibia." Marco then lightly tickled Polly, "And this adorable little tadpole too."

"If you're trying to get on my good side, it's working," Polly said between chuckles.

"I just like seeing cute girls smile," Marco said.

"You're the only one who can call me cute that doesn't make me want to punch that person," Polly said.

"So, if I called you cute then...?" Hunter's question was answered once Polly glared at him. "Never mind."

"Smart boy," Polly said.

"Why did your classmates call you 'safe' anyway?" Hunter asked.

"I wore a helmet to take a shower once," Marco said. "Once mind you!"

"Why did you wear a helmet?" Polly asked.

"In case I slipped," Marco said. "Showers can be slippery."

"That logic does check out," Hunter agreed.

"Food's ready," Angie said as she placed the food on the table.

"Thanks mom," Marco said. "But we should wait for the girls before we-"

"I smell food!" Anne said as she came into the kitchen with everyone else, minus the still sleeping Janna.

"Ooooh, this looks great!" Luz said as she sat at the table.

"Hey Marco, Hunter, Polly..." Sasha greeted. "I see you tried getting some early access. Hoping to score food before the rest of us?"

"I woke up early and couldn't fall back asleep," Marco said. "Hunter and Polly felt the same."

"Honestly I'm surprised I was able to sleep," Anne said. "These last few days have been so stressful."

"Tell me about it, I never want to be in Belos's mind again," Luz said.

"Oh yeah, that whole thing was bad," Star said.

"I'm so gonna need therapy after all this is over," Anne said.

"Me too," Luz admitted.

"Pfft, don't be lame," Sasha said. "This isn't anything we can't handle. Marco literally got stabbed once and I bet he's fine."

"I lay awake at night knowing that I could have died so many times over the last year," Marco said.

"Eh, it builds character," Sasha said.

"Ahem, Sasha?" King said, getting her attention. "I like how ambitious you tend to be, but you really should dial back a bit."

Sasha shrugged off King's worries, figuring it wasn't worth talking more about it, "Whatever you say."

"So...what's the plan of action?" Sprig asked. "How do we save our friends?"

"Simple, we go back and bring the fight to Belos and Andrias," Star said. "This time, I propose attacking Newtopia."

"Star, no," Marco said. "Bad idea."

"How?" Star asked. "We gotta rescue our friends, don't we?"

"This is not a good way to do so," Marco said. "Star, every time you take chances like that, things just get more dangerous for us. We need a better plan."

"How though?" Star asked. "How can we plan against Belos or Andrias? These guys seem to have everything planned out. If we wing it-"

"Then we'll die," Marco interrupted. "Star, our numbers are dwindling. We're all that's left right now. Your mom got separated from us, Tom's missing, Kelly's not here, Eda's not here, Hekapoo's not here, and Marcy is being mind controlled by Andrias! I'm sorry to say, but this is a really bad situation for us and we need to plan things out before it gets any worse!"

"If I'm being honest, I feel kind of underpowered," Anne said. "Belos and Andrias aren't messing around."

"But if we don't do something, all our friends will be lost forever!" Star said. "We need to do something!"

"I'm with Star, just go in and wreck shit up," Polly said.

"Polly! Language!" Marco scolded. "And we're not doing that."

"Hey it works in Die Difficulty," Polly said.

"Die Difficulty?" Luz asked. "What's that?"

"Wow, you're a human in this world and you haven't heard of that movie?" Polly scoffed a bit. "Nerd."

"Hey! I'm not getting called a nerd by a two-inch-tall tadpole!" Luz said.

"I heard of Die Difficulty, it's an old action movie," Anne said. "You know, big macho guys with guns shooting at each other?"

"That doesn't sound age appropriate for Polly," Marco said.

"It isn't," Anne said as she glared at the tadpole. "When did you have time to watch it?"

"A few weeks ago, it aired on TV," Polly said. "King and I loved it."

"Eh, it was too violent for my liking," King said. "And I've seen violence."

"Still, I'm disappointed in you Luz," Polly said. "Everyone on the internet says it's an action movie classic."

"Eh, it's not really my thing, I'm more into Fantasy stuff," Luz said.

"I've actually seen those movies, it's one of the reasons I wanted big, strong muscles," Marco said.

"I thought Dragon Claw Z was why you wanted those muscles?" Luz asked.

"Dragon Claw got me into martial arts, Die Difficulty made me want to look cool," Marco said.

"I'll stick with Cynthia Coven," Luz said. "But Dragon Claw is definitely a classic."

"Point is, let's be rational," Marco said. "Otherwise we're going to lose everything."

"You know the guy in Die Difficulty had nothing to lose, and that made him dangerous," Polly said.

"Polly, we're not reenacting a movie to fight Belos and Andrias," Marco said. "That'd be like if Anne and Sasha reenacted those old Light Blade movies."

"Oooh! That reminds me, I want to have a laser sword one day," Sasha said. "Then I'll be like, 'I...am your father' to Belos and Andrias."

"First off, that's not how the line went," Marco said. "Second, you're a girl, you're not a father. Third, take this seriously!"

"It's cute hearing you kids talk about your movies and shows," Angie said. "Reminds me of my youth. You know Marco, your father and I saw the original Light Blade movies, and Die Difficulty. They were fun times at the movie theater."

"I know, I even went with you to see the prequel stuff," Marco said.

"Did you see the sequels?" Sasha asked.

"Hey!" Marco glared at Sasha. "We agreed to never speak of those."

"Speaking of old movies and my parents, which by the way, dad loves Light Blade," Anne began. "I am worried about my parents."

"I'm worried about my mom," Luz said. "I hope things are alright with Vee."

"Oh crap!" Star said. "Vee! Without Mewi around, I can't give her the magic she needs to maintain her form."

"Just take the scissors and go to Gravesfield," Polly suggested. "It's not that hard."

"Do you have the number to reach Ally and Jess?" Marco asked.

"Sure do," Anne said and dialed the phone. Upon hearing the other line pick up, Anne immediately began speaking. "Hey Jess, it's Anne, Polly's friend. There's something I gotta-"

"I'm sorry, Jess isn't here right now, or Ally," Came a mysterious voice.

"Huh? Who is this?" Anne asked.

"Just a curious man, who's fascinated by you and your froggy little friends," the man said. "And I know about the witches too."

Anne's eyes widened in worry, "I swear, if you're working with Belos and Andrias-"

Hearing this worried her friends as the man continued to speak, "I don't know who those guys are, but I'm working with my own agency."

"Who are you!?" Anne asked. "Where are Ally and Jess!?"

"You can call me, Mr. X," the man said. "As for your friends, I suggest you come by Professor Terri's Laboratory. Details in the text."

Mr. X hung up, then forwarded a text message detailing the location of the lab. "So that's how you want to play, huh?"

"Anne, what's going on?" Marco asked.

"Some guy called Mr. X answered Jess's phone," Anne said. "He knows about The Plantars and about Amity."

"Is he an agent of Belos or Andrias?" Sasha asked.

"He claims he isn't, but I'm not so sure," Anne said. "Point is, we need to go find this guy. For all I know, this might be the same dude that came to my house the other day."

"Just tell us where to go," Marco said, everyone else looking just as ready for a fight.

Back in Newtopia, Belos had rounded up the high-ranking members of his Coven, with Meteora back in his possession, and joined by the duo of Andrias and Darcy.

"You will be happy to know that Meteora is back, safe and sound with me, as you can plainly tell," Belos said as he gestured to the girl. "I trust that I don't need to remind you how important she is to all of our future, do I?"

"We're quite aware, Lord Belos," Terra said.

"Ludo planned to betray us by stealing away Meteora," Andrias said. "So we had to dispose of him."

"Let that be a warning to anyone who tries to cross us," Darcy said as she aimed her scythe. "Betrayal means death."

Raine began to sweat a little while glancing over at the other major members of the Coven, others just as worried in their own way.

"Well, I'm glad you got rid of him," Kikimora said. "He's been nothing but trouble, plus anyone foolish enough to betray you, Lord Belos, does not deserve the privilege of life."

"Wow Belos, you have your own personal kiss-up," Darcy said, causing Kikimora to grumble in annoyance. "This girl's almost as bad as Triple B."

"Nonetheless, her loyalty is appreciated," Belos said, bringing relief to Kikimora. "Plus we have more reason to celebrate. We have dealt a blow to Mewni. The castle is ours, and many of the heroes were defeated."

"Some of them got away though," Darcy said.

"Including your traitorous nephew," Andrias said.

"I see it less as them escaping, and more that we backed them into a corner," Belos said. "After all, where else could they have gone?"

"Mewni is ours, there are eyes all over The Boiling Isles, and Wartwood is under close surveillance," Darcy said. "The only other spot for them would be Earth, a place we're destined to conquer."

"Oh, so is it finally time to strike?" Terra asked.

"Indeed," Belos said. "Locate Darrius and Eberwolf, and be ready for battle."

"Yes sir," Kikimora, Raine and Terra said, along with any of the present Coven Guards.

Back with Marco, he and his friends had arrived at the address presented to them by Mr. X, courtesy of Rafael.

"This place looks familiar," Polly said as she examined the building.

"Are you sure you do not need me to go in there with you?" Rafael asked.

"I'm sure," Marco said, helping his friends out of the car due to its tight fit. "We're just going to ask about Anne's parents."

"Okay, but let me know if there is any trouble mijo," Rafael said. "But, I suppose I shouldn't worry. My son is a strong hombre, so at least try to keep the ladies safe."

"Just being around your son makes me feel invincible, Mr. Diaz," Sasha said as she wrapped the boy in a hug. "He radiates that muy macho attitude."

"He gets it from his old man," Rafael said as he started the car again. "I'm going to find a place to park, adios."

As Rafael drove off, Amity pulled Sasha away from Marco while glaring at the girl. "Will you get serious!?"

"Hey, this is a stressful situation," Sasha said. "Hugging Marco is a good way to relieve stress."

"Let's focus," Marco ordered as he looked around to make sure everyone was here. "Hey, did we forget about anyone?"

Back at the Diaz house, a recently awakened Janna had walked into the kitchen, seeing that Angie was washing some dishes. "Uh, where is everyone?"

"Hm?" Angie turned her attention to the girl. "Oh, I didn't know you were here too, Janna. Marco and his friends had to go see someone named Mr. X. My husband left me the directions just in case."

"Cool, show me," Janna said.

Back with Marco, the boy shrugged as he knocked on the door to the building. "Mr. X!? Are you in there!?"

The group waited a bit, hoping for an answer. Unfortunately nothing came, forcing Anne to take charge.

"Yo! Mr. X!" Anne banged on the door. "I know you're in there, let us in!"

Moments later, some men showed up and surrounded the group while aiming their guns at them as each of them got into a defensive position.

"Don't move!" One of them said.

"Hands in the air, slowly," another said.

Marco took in the situation, hoping to weigh his options. After sharing a few glances with some of the girls, he nodded his head and slowly raised his hands.

Anne followed suit, then Luz, before all of them had their hands in the air.

"Mr. X, they're here," a man said on the radio.

"Good, bring them in, I got a nice comfy cell here right next to the others," Mr. X said.

"What others!?" An angry Anne asked.

"I said be quiet!" the man said as he pulled out an electric rod. "One more word and you'll regret it."

"Just keep acting tough, you'll get yours," Marco thought to himself.

One of the guys pulled out his keys to unlock the door. That's when Marco struck, dashing over to kick the guy in the back of the leg. Everyone else took this as an opportunity to fight back as well.

Sasha used her swords to slice the guns apart and used the helm to punch a few guards out. Anne pulled out her tennis racket and whacked a few guys down, then stole their rods to attack the others with.

Luz and Amity double teamed using their magic to apprehend the guards, giving Hunter a chance to whack some with his Palisman.

Star herself blasted some guards with her magic just as Marco got the door open.

"Inside, hurry!" Marco ordered as the others followed.

"Hey wait!" A guard pulled his radio out but was immediately petrified by Maddie.

"Heh, good old witchcraft," Maddie followed the others as they ran through the building.

This whole thing was caught on camera by Mr. X, and he was not happy. "Stop those kids! Now!"

Marco led the others down the halls, doing their best to navigate the building, though they were not having a lot of success in doing so.

"Where are we even going!?" Polly asked.

"I don't know, I've never been here before!" Marco said.

"Didn't anyone come to this place around Christmas time!?" Sasha asked. "When you were working on that robot!?'

"Was it here!?" Luz asked. "It's been so long, I don't think I came here directly."

"I'm almost certain that Ally and Jess worked somewhere else!" Polly said.

"Even if you've been here, I imagine you at least had a guide to tell you where to go," Marco said as he held an electric rod he stole closely. "We gotta figure out our own path!"

"Freeze!" a guard said as he led a group over.

"I got this!" Amity summoned her abomination and sent it after the men. They immediately opened fire but it meant nothing as the monster made quick work of them.

"Hey, remember to hold back if you can, we don't want to accidentally kill anyone," Marco said.

"I make no promises," Sasha said.

"Sasha! Don't try my patience on this!" Marco scolded. "Even the best fighters know non-lethal techniques! Or is that too difficult for you!?"

Sasha's eyes widened in surprise, before forming a curious smile, "I really love it when you talk aggressively to me."

"Sasha, focus!" Anne scolded.

"Uh, question, is this type of talk normal?" Hunter asked.

"No Hunter, it isn't," Star said as she blasted some guys.

Anne burst through a door, hoping to find her parents, but instead found more guards. "Where's my mom and dad!?"

She dashed in to attack with Sprig assisting with his slingshot and Polly headbutting a few.

Luz burst through another door, using her vine magic to restrain some guards. "No sign of Anne's parents."

Marco knocked a guard down with a strong punch, then lifted him up by his shirt, "Hey! Is there an old Thai Couple here?"

"Old ties?" The guard asked.

"Not Ties! Thai! As in Thailand!" Marco said.

"...There's a land for ties?" the guard asked, then took a stomp to his head.

"I can see that they're willing to hire below average intelligence people," Marco said.

"Five bucks that's the boss's nephew or something," Sasha said as she kicked some guards back.

King sped past some guards, tripping them up in the process as he leapt onto one and stole his stun grenade, "I'm borrowing this!"

"Wait!" the guard was kicked away as King threw the grenade at some guards, knocking them all unconscious.

"That takes care of-" Suddenly King was lifted up by his neck. "Weh!"

"King!?" Luz turned to see Mr. X holding him in his grasp.

"Oh, I'm sorry, is this yours?" Mr. X. asked in a condescending tone.

"You!" Anne shouted. "You're the one who was talking to my parents the other day!"

"I take it you're Mr. X?" Marco asked.

"Perceptive," Mr. X said as King struggled. "Here, you can have this back."

Mr. X flung King at Luz, the girl catching him in his arms as the little demon quickly crawled on her shoulder while glaring at the suspicious man.

"Who are you? What do you want?" Marco asked.

"You ever see those movies where men in black suits would show up at a crisis, usually involving aliens, supernatural, or even monsters?" Mr. X asked.

"You're a secret government agent!" Anne said

"And not the cool kind, like in Die Difficulty!" Polly shouted.

"Oh I love that movie," Mr. X said. "But yes, I am an agent, and I have one job. To keep things like Frog Worlds and Witch Worlds a secret from our world."

"You know about Amphibia and The Boiling Isles?" Anne asked.

"It's my job to know everything," Mr. X said. "Even now I can see that there's more I don't know, but would love to learn more about. Like blondie over there."

"Who me?" Sasha asked.

"No, not you, the one with the horns," Mr. X said.

"Me?" Star asked.

"Yes, are you a little demon girl?" Mr. X asked.

"No, I'm not a demon," Star removed the horns. "These are fake, my boyfriend gave them to me."

"Is he a demon?" Mr. X asked.

"...What's it to you?" Star replied.

"Aha!" Mr. X said. "Now I know more about your worlds!"

"To be fair dude, Mewni isn't that much of a secret," Marco said. "The teachers and staff from Echo Creek High School know about it. And I'm still convinced at least one of them is living a double life in Mewni."

"I am familiar with Echo Creek, why recently I had the honor of running into a girl you might be familiar with," Mr. X said. "A Jackie Lynn Thomas I believe."

"Jackie!?" Marco said in worry.

"Oh, piqued your interest have I?" Mr. X asked.

"Hey, Jackie has nothing to do with this!" Marco warned. "If you even think about hurting her..."

"I wouldn't do that, keep in mind that we're the good guys here," Mr. X said.

"Good guys!?" Anne shouted in disbelief. "You endangered my parents, you took some friends of mine, and you sounded really threatening when you were talking about Jackie!"

"Everything I'm doing is to protect this planet," Mr. X said.

"Yeah, that's what the last megalomaniacal lunatic said," Luz responded. "You're not protecting Earth, you just want control."

"Listen, like it or not, I am the good guy here," Mr. X said. "My job is to protect this planet from threats, internal or external."

"Are you really the good guys?" Hunter asked. "Like, can you prove it?"

"You want proof?" Mr. X asked. "Come with me."

Mr. X led them into a security room where he showed off some monitors. "There are your friends and family."

"Mom! Dad!" Anne shouted in relief upon seeing her parents talking at a table.

"Ally! Jess!" Polly noticed the two geniuses speaking with Professor Terri.

"There's Jackie! And some kids from my High School!" Marco said, gesturing to the group in question.

"Oh yeah, I remember them from the parade," Luz said. "Hm, I don't see Chloe."

"We never found a Chloe," Mr. X confirmed. "But, as you can see, they're all safe and sound. I didn't capture them just to have hostages, I just needed information."

"If that's all you needed, then why did your men aim their guns at us?" Marco asked. "Also what's with the secrecy!?"

"It's part of our style," Mr. X said. "In this world, you can't be too careful."

"I kind of get that, but this is nuts," Marco said. "Kidnapping people like this is not okay."

"Hey, people were starting to talk, and I can promise there's much worse," Mr. X said. "We're tame to compared to other organizations out there. But this can end soon, if you're willing to cut some deals."

"Like what?" Marco asked.

"You clue us in on what you know," Mr. X said. "We know there have been monster and witch attacks. Also robots too somehow. Don't think that Christmas Parade incident didn't go unnoticed by us."

Hunter nervously pulled at his collar, knowing that some of that was his fault.

"Okay, I suppose the Christmas Parade thing makes sense to know about," Marco said. "Okay, I'll tell you what I can."

"Whoa, Marco, is this a good idea?" Sasha asked. "We're trying to prevent public knowledge of certain things."

"So am I," Mr. X said. "Look, if you want this to end peacefully, then cooperate."

"I go this Sasha," Marco said, then focused on Mr. X. "Alright, that's one deal, what next?"

"I'd like to do some study on some magic, both Mewman and Witchcraft," Mr. X said.

"That you need to talk to Mewmans and Witches about," Marco said.

"Lastly...any chance we can dissect some of these frogs?" Mr. X asked, this grossing out Sprig, Polly and Maddie.

"NO!" Marco shouted as he aimed the electric rod. "Go near my friends and I'll take you out here and now!"

"Okay, chill!" Mr. X said. "Sorry, I didn't think you'd care that much."

"Those are my friends, of course I care!" Marco said as he gestured to the frogs. "You do not hurt any of them. Especially Polly!" Marco pulled Mr. X in close as he spoke in a very intimidating tone. "She's precious to me."

"Dang right I am," Polly bragged.

"Fine, geez," Mr. X pulled back. "I'd still like to know more about them."

"You could just ask us questions," Sprig said. "Or see one of our biologists. We do have those; they can tell you how our insides work."

"Also, be warned," Amity said. "Witches and humans aren't known for getting along, so don't try anything funny, otherwise my fellow witches will make you regret it."

"Same with my subjects in Mewni," Star said.

"Subjects? As in Royalty?" Mr. X asked. "You must be Star Butterly."

"Whoa, how do you know who I am?" Star asked.

"We read the records on Echo Creek High School, and we know a Mewman Princess transferred over," Mr. X said.

"I'm surprised they kept that in the school," Marco said. "Then again, that school is not always competent."

"Speaking of school, do your parents even know you haven't been to school?" Mr. X asked.

"Well mine obviously do, and since I was gone from Earth for a while, I guess they never felt the need to send me back," Anne said.

"I don't need school, it sucks," Sasha said.

"Technically I'm in Hexside, but I can't actually go back there now," Luz said. "My Earth School is covered."

"I'm also a Hexside Student," Amitys aid. "I have similar problems in returning."

"I'm homeschooled," Star said. "I did briefly go to Echo Creek, as you seem to know."

"I don't go to school, I get tutored," King said.

"Same with me and Polly," Sprig said. "I tried school in Newtopia, but it was a bit advanced."

"Yeah, it was a college," Anne pointed out.

"I was also homeschooled," Hunter said. "It's not working out for me though."

"Try enrolling in Hexside," Luz said. "Once we figure things out that is."

"Well, that covers all of you," Mr. X turned to Marco. "Except you."

"I already graduated High School," Marco said.

"Whoa really?" Anne asked. "You never told us."

"Yeah, I graduated a while back," Marco said. "When I went to stay in Mewni with Star, I took a test to graduate early and passed."

"Does Marcy know?" Sasha asked.

"Yeah, I mentioned it once to her, she said she found it attractive," Marco said. "I even suggested the same thing to her once. She's got the intelligence for it."

"Who's Marcy?" Mr. X asked. "That name sounds familiar."

"A friend of ours," Anne said. "She's in danger, and we're trying to save her."

"Hm, well, it is my job to protect the citizens, so tell me all you can," Mr. X said.

"All you need to know is that there's an evil King in Amphibia named Andrias who wants to take over Earth," Marco said. "There's an evil Emperor in The Boiling Isles who's helping him. Most of the armies are coming from those locations."

"Alright, and what do these guys look like?" Mr. X asked.

"Andrias is a very tall light blue newt with a while beard, some armor and a sword," Marco said. "Belos is a witch, or technically he's a human who calls himself a witch. He has light brown or blonde hair with a green scar across his face, and he wears a white robe."

Mr. X pulled out a radio, "You guys get all that?"

"Yes sir, we're on it!" a voice said.

Marco's eyes widened in worry, "Whoa, whoa, what just happened!?"

"I transmitted our conversation to a team in the portal room," Mr. X said. "They'll handle things from here."

"Wait, are you sending them after Belos and Andrias!?" Marco asked.

"Don't worry, they're professionals," Mr. X said. "They can handle an oversized lizard and some old guy."

"Those guys are dangerous!" Marco said. "They've nearly killed us in the past!"

"Well yeah, you're a bunch of kids," Mr. X said.

"You realize we 'kids' beat up a lot of your men, right?" Amity pointed out.

Mr. X rubbed his chin while in though, "Good point, I don't think I considered that."

"What the f-?" Marco grumbled in annoyance as he ran. "We gotta stop them! They're no match for The Core!"

"The Core!?" Mr. X asked as the others ran off as well. "Hey wait!"

Marco and his friends ran around, hoping to find the Portal Room before anything bad could happen.

Unfortunately, the men had found access to Newtopia, specifically in the castle where Belos, Andrias and the others were gathered around.

"There they are!" An agent said. "Charge!"

The entire group charged through the portal, coming face to face with the villains.

"What in the world!?" Andrias asked in disbelief.

"Freeze!" A man said as he and his squad aimed their guns. "You're under arrest, come quietly and-"

Belos formed a claw and whacked the man aside.

"Open fire!" everyone started shooting at Belos and Andrias, not that it mattered as Belos continued to attack everyone with his abilities.

Andrias grew impatient and started fighting himself, aggressively attacking those who opposed him with viscous blows.

"Well this just got weird," Darcy said. More men came, but she managed to take them down with her swift agility while the rest of Belos's Coven fought back as well.

Marco and his team finally arrived at the portal room, seeing the men being decimated by their foes.

"We gotta help! Come on!" Marco urged as everyone jumped through the portal.

Once on the other side, they could see agents getting thrown around like nothing, many of them already critically injured.

"Let's go!" Marco led the charge against the evil rulers. "Andrias! Belos!"

"Wow, another surprise," Darcy said as she got her scythe ready. "You just couldn't wait for a rematch, could you?"

"Give me back my girlfriend!" Marco shouted as he charged at Darcy.

"Come and get her," Darcy said. Marco went to grab the helmet, but Darcy kicked him away effortlessly.

Amity and Star went to attack, with Amity using her abomination to grab Darcy, though the girl fought her way free and destroyed the abomination. Star tried to blast Darcy, but she ducked and jumped over with a kick.

"Using magic? Wow Princess, no wonder Marcy secretly fears you," Darcy taunted.

"She doesn't fear me! I'm doing this to save her!" Star went to attack again but she took an uppercut from the possessed girl.

"That's not what Marcy thinks," Darcy taunted.

"Marcy!" Sasha ran to help, but Belos blocked her path. "Move!"

She swung at him, but he effortlessly dodged, "My, you are quite impatient. Also, where is that friend of yours? The puny one with the orange hair?"

"Don't talk shit about Higgs!" Sasha tried attacking again. Maddie rushed over to help, but Belos was quick to grab her and throw her against a chair. This gave Sasha an opening to impale Belos, but he parried the attack and knocked Sasha away. "How predictable."

"Uncle!" Hunter went to stop Belos, but Andrias stood in his path. "You!"

"Funny seeing you here Hunter, we were talking about you earlier, specifically about how we don't care for traitors," Andrias said.

"Hey, I didn't betray you! You betrayed me!" Hunter said. "I was even willing to overlook it, until I saw how much my uncle lied to me!"

"Look, honestly, you were kind of useless, so be grateful your uncle spared you as much as he did," Andrias said. "But he was willing to let you stay, and he still might if you come to your senses."

"Come to my senses?" Hunter asked in disbelief. "I can't even look at my uncle the same now! So don't you tell me to come to my senses when all he's done is lie to me! I trusted him and he lied!"

"Oh cry me a river," Andrias said. "I had issues with my family too, but I stayed loyal. In the end, family is much more reliable than friends. I learned long ago that obeying your family's will is our royal duty."

"Wow...guess that makes me a better man than you," Hunter said.

Andrias's eyes widened in anger, "You little punk!" He slammed his fist down, to which Hunter quicky dodged out of the way. "You wanna be a man!? Show me how much of a man you are!"

As Anne kicked away an oncoming Kikimora, she spotted Meteora nearby in Raine's possession. "I see Meteora! She's with Raine!"

"Oh boy..." Raine said while backing up.

"Raine!" Luz slowly approached him. "Raine, it's me, Luz. I'm Eda's apprentice. Do you remember me?"

"...I don't recall ever seeing you," Raine insisted.

"Come on Raine, do you really want to do this?" Luz asked. "Do you really want to give up so easily? Don't let Belos control you!"

"...I'm sorry, but I can't!" Raine said. "Tell Eda she's better off without me!"

Luz grumbled in annoyance, "Come on Raine, I can't just-"

Terra whacked Luz aside, to which Anne ran in and kicked the lady in the head, then followed up with an electric baton strike.

"Foolish human!" Terra knocked Anne back as well, but was left open for Star to quickly shift her focus from Darcy to her new foe. "Spider with a Top Hat!"

"Spider with a What!?" Terra asked as a Daddy Long Legs popped into view and fired some bazookas at the witch.

"Whoa, that's awesome!" Anne said.

"Never underestimate a spider," Star proudly said.

"And never turn your back on your foe!" Darcy attempted to strike Star, but Amity knocked her across the floor.

"Got you now!" Amity fired a magical blast toward Darcy, to which she missed and the blast hit Raine on the head, causing him to fall over and release Meteora. "Crap! I'm sorry Raine!"

"Who's Raine!?" The older witch asked in a daze as Meteora began crawling away.

"Raine! The child!" Belos ordered.

Meteora crawled toward the Calamity Box and started messing with it.

"Hey kid, that's not a toy!" Darcy ran over to grab it, just as Meteora activated the device. Amity, Marco and Star tackled Darcy through a new portal that had formed.

"Quick, after them!" Anne ordered as she and Luz followed alongside King and The Frogs.

Belos went to stop them but Sasha slashed him across the face and gave charge to Darcy as well, this infuriating Belos.

Hunter also evaded a punch from Andrias and whacked him in the eye with his Palisman before joining his friends.

"Belos, pardon me for saying this, but your nephew is a brat!" Andrias said.

"I am fully aware," Belos said as he turned to his assistants. "Raine, retrieve Meteora! Kikimora, after those fools!"

"Yes sir!" Kikimora gave chase as well just as the portal closed. Raine had picked Meteora up, currently confused about what happened. "Where did they go?"

"Not sure, but hopefully this is the last we see of them," Belos said.

"I just hope Darcy comes back with that Music Box," Andrias said. "I need that for my plan."

"Fear not, we will not lose it," Belos said. "If not Darcy, then Kikimora will return it. If she values her existence that is."

On the other side of the portal, Darcy had the box, and surprisingly found herself in The Boiling Isles, "Looks like we didn't land too far away."

"Marcy!" Marco ran to his possessed girlfriend.

"Hey genius, we told you it's Darcy!" The Core said.

"I'm not calling you that!" Marco grabbed the box. "And I'm not letting you use this for evil!"

"Let go, you moron!" Darcy shouted as she pulled the box back.

Amity dusted herself off, then heard a familiar voice calling to her, "Amity Blight!?" She turned and saw her mother Odaliah. "What is going on here!?'

"Mom?" Amity saw that they were near her mother's Abomination Factory. "Oh no."

"Amity?" Luz said, getting Odaliah's attention.

"You! I should have known you were behind this you filthy human child!" Odaliah shouted.

"Hey! That was uncalled for!" Anne shouted. "We humans aren't filthy."

"Oh dear Titan, they're multiplying," Odaliah lamented, then summoned her abominations. "Servants, detain those humans!"

"Wait, what did she say!?" Sasha asked.

"Appreciate that Mrs. Blight, I'll let Belos know you stopped his enemies!" Darcy said as she struggled with Marco. "Just hurry up! This moron is desperately trying to get his useless girlfriend back!"

"If she's so useless, then why did you steal her body and mind!?" Marco threw a punch at Darcy's face, immediately regretting it. "Crap, that was Marcy I hit! And I told my mother I would never mistreat my girlfriend!"

"Marco, good on you for respecting Marcy, but in this situation, I think you need to rethink your priorities," Sasha said.

"Yeah, Marcy will understand," Anne said.

"I know but-" Marco got kicked away by Darcy, who was triumphantly holding the music box.

"Alright Abomination things, arrest these losers!" Darcy boasted.

"Darcy!" Kikimora called. "What's happening!?"

"I'd like to know too," Odaliah turned to the imp. "Kikimora, what's going on, and why is my daughter involved!?"

"I'm here to stop your jerk of a customer!" Amity said. "Belos is going to destroy Earth!"

"Not my problem, you shouldn't be around these meddlesome kids!" Odaliah said. "Honestly, it's like you enjoy being an embarrassment to our family."

Amity's face turned red in anger, the girl angrily clenching her fists as the others looked in in disbelief.

"Maybe I never wanted to be part of this stupid family in the first place!" Amity shouted. "This is hardly a family! You're a lousy mom and all you do is boss everyone around, including my dad, who at least tries to remember that I'm his daughter! All you've done was control my life! I couldn't even pick my own friends!"

"Don't you like Boscha?" Odaliah asked.

"No one likes Boscha!" Amity shouted, loud enough for a nearby Boscha to hear.

"Wow...you think you know a person," Boscha lamented, with a hint of genuine sadness in her voice.

"Instead of actually caring about me, all you've done was dye my hair to match yours in a lame attempt to turn me into you!" Amity said. "Honestly mom, you're the last person I want to be like!"

"...How sad, here I thought you could be worth something," Odaliah said.

"Hey you!" Marco shouted. "That's no way to talk to your daughter! She's an amazing girl!"

"Yeah, Amity's a much better witch than you'll ever be!" Luz said.

"Ugh, the sentimentalism," Odaliah said. "Please, take these kids away."

"Sure, meanwhile I need to get back to Belos," Darcy said as she activated the box.

"Oh no you don't!" Marco used his electric rod to whack the box, causing it to glitch out.

"You idiot, what did you do!?" Darcy shouted in worry as more portals opened, causing everyone who just came through to get sucked back in, save for Kikimora/

"Huh? Where did they go?" Odaliah wondered.

Everyone got flung through a vortex, eventually falling back out and landing hard on the ground not too far away from what looked like a shop near some woods.

"Ow...where are we?" Marco looked up at the shack in front of him, curiously scratching head. "Mystery Shack?"

"Dipper! Look!" A young girl called to her twin brother.

A boy with a pinecone hat came outside along with a taller red hair girl and a large man with a question mark on his shirt.

"Huh? Where'd they come from Mabel?" Dipper asked.

"The skyyyyyy!" Mabel said, adding a bit of drama.

"Whoa, that's like, totally weird, huh Wendy?" the man asked.

"Weird, but not the weirdest thing this summer, Soos," Wendy said. "What else do you expect from Gravity Falls?"

"Gravity Falls?" Marco asked, then remembered. "Wait, Darcy!"

Nearby Darcy was trying to get the box to activate, "Come on, work you piece of junk!"

"We gotta stop her!" Sasha said as she ran to attack with her swords.

"Back off!" Darcy blocked her sword strike with her scythe and then kicked Sasha away.

"Uh...what's happening?" Soos asked.

Amity summoned part of her abomination as she turned to the people at the shack, "Hey! This isn't a show! Go back inside!"

"Hey how are you doing that!?" Dipper asked. "Are you human!?"

"Just get inside, kid!" Amity struck with her powers, but Darcy dodged and kicked her down, then whacked away an oncoming Hunter.

"Narwhal Blast!" Star sent an attack that Mabel found to be very fascinating, but got knocked back for her efforts.

"We've come this close to world domination, and I'm not going to let you stop us now!" Darcy shouted.

"Sorry, but we're not letting you have this world!" Marco went to attack but got kicked toward the shack, breaking a support pillar in the process.

"Whoa, you alright dude!?" Wendy asked as she checked on Marco.

"Dipper, I think that one with the weird helmet is evil," Mabel said. "You think she's working with Bill?"

"I wouldn't be surprised," Dipper said. He then saw Marco pull himself up, "Hey, are you hurt?"

"I'm fine, just go inside where it's safe," Marco said.

"But who is that? Is she associated with a creature named Bill Cipher?" Dipper asked.

"I've never heard of Bill Cipher, but she is working with a dangerous King and Emperor," Marco said.

Darcy got the portal activated once again, "Time to leave!"

"Not a chance!" Sasha tackled Darcy through the portal.

"Crap, not good!" Marco quicky stepped off the shack.

"Wait, who are you anyway!?" Dipper asked.

"Marco Diaz!" the boy said. "Listen, if you hear about any threats from a place called The Boiling Isles or Amphibia, run! Otherwise you'll have to deal with powerful witches and robots!"

"Witches and robots?" Dipper asked.

"Marco, hurry up!" Sprig said as he and the others leapt through the portal just before it closed.

"Wait!" Dipper called, then rubbed his chin. "Boiling Isles? Amphibia? What's that all mean?"

"Wow, we actually saw a talking frog," Wendy said. "That's another one off the list."

"Is it me, or did that Marco boy look cute?" Mabel said, the girl having a blush on her face as she thought about Marco.

"I gotta talk to Ford," Dipper said as he went inside.

"Oh, and we should let Stan know about the damage," Wendy said as she looked to the pillar. "He won't be happy though."

The group traveled again, finding themselves near an old rickety house next to some trees. Darcy stood up, shaking off the cobwebs.

"Stupid kids!" She was about to activate the box, but was grabbed from behind by Marco.

"I won't let you escape!" Marco shouted.

Anne looked around, trying to gauge her surroundings, "Where are we?"

"You're in Brighton," a nearby girl said. "Hi, I'm Molly."

"Uh, hi Molly," Anne said. "Listen, you should leave before-"

"Whoa!" Marco got thrown into Molly's front yard, the boy groaning in pain. "Crap..."

"Hey, are you alright!?" Molly helped Marco up.

"I'm fine, thanks," Marco said. "Go inside, it's dangerous."

Darcy activated the portal once again, to which everyone tackled Darcy through.

"Marco, let's go!" Luz said.

"Hey, what's happening!?" Molly asked.

"Don't worry about it," Anne said. "Just go inside."

"But..." Molly spotted King and Sprig running by, the girl's interest piquing. "Huh?"

"See you later, Molly!" Anne said as she began leaving.

"Wait, what's your name!?" Molly asked.

"Anne Boonchuy!" Anne said before leaving.

"Boonchuy? That's Thai, I think," Molly said. "Kind of cool, but I'm more curious about everything else I saw. Especially that boy, Marco I think his name is."

"Eh, forget about it," A ghost named Scratch said. "It doesn't seem like our type of adventure."

"No...but it could be," Molly said.

Everyone flung through the portal again, landing in the top floor of a very tall building.

"Ow..." Darcy said. "Now where are we?"

"Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated!" A jingle rang out.

"...Huh?" Darcy asked.

Suddenly a man in a lab coat arrived, "Ah, here to stop my latest Inator? Well you're out of luck because..." He looked around in confusion, "Wait, you're not Perry."

"Who?" Darcy asked. Suddenly a teal creature had landed nearby the possessed girl. "A platypus?

The Platypus put on a brown derby, to which Doofenshmirtz reacted, "Perry the Platypus!?"

"What the hell am I seeing?" Sasha asked.

"Not sure, but I'm leaving," Darcy said as she ran through a portal.

"Hey, come back here!" Marco shouted, following with his allies, leaving only Perry and Doofenshmirtz behind.

"Wonder if that weird girl with the spikey horns is evil? Perhaps I should align with her, if the time is right," Doofenshmirtz considered, before focusing on his foe. "Oh well, come and face-" Perry wasted no time kicking the evil scientist to the ground and begun his attack. "Wait, hold on! You're supposed to be trapped first! How will I explain my evil plan if-!?" More fighting was heard as Doofenshmirtz faced defeat, "Curse you Perry the Platypus!"

Darcy landed again in another location, taking a quick look around.

"Now where are we?" Darcy asked as she tried getting the box working again. "Hey, enough with the detours, take us back to Amphibia! We have a world to conquer!"

"Uh, excuse me?" A girl in a villainous looking suit said, getting her attention. "You look new, so I'll explain the rules. We have the whole supervillain thing reserved for today."

"Lauren, who is that!?" a guy asked.

"Lyle, it's The Destructress!" Lauren said. "And you're...ugh, FistPuncher."

"Got that right!" Lyle said.

"...FistPuncher?" Darcy asked.

"Don't ask, anyway you need to do your big debut later," Lauren said.

"We're not trying to debut, we're trying to get back-" Darcy took a kick from behind, courtesy of Sasha.

"Did you forget us!?" Sasha asked, then turned to Lauren. "Uh, what the hell are you wearing?"

"My supervillain suit, it's stylish," Lauren said.

"You look like you came out of a lame comic book," Sasha said.

"Hey, don't make me crush you," Lauren warned.

"Just try it, sister," Sasha taunted.

"Sasha! We're not here to make new enemies!" Amity warned.

"Ugh, purple hair? What are you an anime character?" Lauren asked.

"Oh can it, you're the one with the stupid costume," Amity said. Lauren threw a car at her, to which Amity blocked with her abomination magic. "What was that about!?"

"This is our turf so..." Lauren noticed Marco and immediately flew over to him. "Wow, you're cute."

"...Huh?" Marco asked. Suddenly Lauren took a whack from the same car she through, courtesy of Amity.

"Back off, he's taken!" Amity warned.

"Hey! Don't do that to my sister!" Lyle went to attack the witch.

"Warnercorn Stampede!" Star blasted the villain before he could do anything.

"Heh, maybe this can work to my advantage," Darcy said. "Those buffoons could keep Marco and the others distracted while I return to Amphibia and take over the world!"

"Ahem..." Came a girl in a superhero suit. "Hi, I'm Gretel, you must be new here. Now, I don't like to judge, but what you just said a moment ago sounded kind of evil, so I'm going to assume that you are evil."

"Kid, go play superhero someplace else, and let the real threats do their jobs," Darcy said. "If you're nice then-"

"Gonna punch you now, bye," Gretel said.

"What do you-?" Suddenly Darcy got punched across the street, courtesy of the girl.

"I did warn her," Gretel said.

"Gretel!" Her brother called as he ran over.

"Oh hey Kevin," Gretel greeted.

"Who was that?" Kevin asked.

"Not sure, but she sounded evil," Gretel said.

Marco and the others ran by, spotting Gretel with her brother, "Uh...are you a superhero?"

"Yeah, I am," Gretel said. "Call me...Gretel!"

Marco raised his eyebrow in confusion, "Uh...unique name."

"I thought so," Hamster said as he flew nearby Marco.

"I'm just saying...oh crap!" Marco stumbled back into his friends. "A talking hamster!?"

"Wow, that's so weird," Sprig said. "He flies too!"

Luz looked to the side, and noticed trouble, "Ah! Darcy's getting away!"

"Oh no you don't!" Marco ran toward the girl. "Get back here!"

"Vamos, let's go!" Luz called as she ran toward the portal.

"Hey wait, maybe we can help!" Kevin said, then heard some destruction nearby.

"We got this!" Luz called as she turned to the villainous siblings. "Focus on those two! I believe in you Gretel!"

"Thanks kind girl!" Gretel said.

"My name is Luz Noceda!" the girl introduced. "I'll see you later!"

With that, the group left with Gretel waving good-bye, "They seem nice. Also Luz speaks Spanish, you think she's from where mom's from?"

"Gretel, not every Hispanic person in the world is from the same country," Kevin said. "She was really nice though."

"Careful, Hiromi might get jealous," Gretel teased.

"I'm just making an observation!" Kevin said in the midst of destruction. "Anyway, let's just deal with Destructress and FistPuncher for now!"

"Sure," Gretel said as she flew off to fight. "Boy I can't wait to tell Fred about this."

"Will she even believe it?" Hamster wondered as he went to help.

Darcy was then seen running across the rooftops of what looked like New York City. "What now?"

"Now so fast Darcy!" Marco called. "We're going to-"

"Whoa, is that a dragon?" Sasha asked, gesturing to what looked like a red dragon with green hair flying off in the distance.

"Do dragons normally have human looking hair?" Sprig asked.

Marco saw Darcy jump through the portal, "No time, let's hurry!"

Darcy flung herself through time and space, then landed on what looked like the Amazon Jungle. "What now?" She looked around for her portal hopper, but couldn't find it. "Where's the box!?"

"Oooh, how curious," She turned and saw what looked like a talking rabbit in an orange suit with the Calamity Box. "So full of mystery...!"

"Hey rodent, that's not a toy!" Darcy said.

The rabbit gasped in bewilderment, "How dare you! I am not a rodent; I am a rabbit! You may call me Mr. Whiskers."

"Just give us the damn box!" Darcy warned.

"My, how rude," Mr. Whiskers said as he held the box back. "Until you learn some manners, then-HEY!"

Darcy lifted him by the shirt, "I said hand it over!"

"Hey you!" Came what looked like a dog with yellow fur, red pants and a pink shirt. "Put him down!"

"I will once he returns my box!" Darcy said.

"Whiskers, give her the box," the girl said.

"But Brandy, she was mean!" Whiskers said.

"Don't care, just give her the box," Brandy said. "It looks tacky anyway, and I do NOT want it in my treehouse."

"This is an ancient artifact that's thousands of years old, it's not tacky," Darcy said

"Yaaaaawn, don't care," Brandy said. "Just take your box and leave."

"Wow, you're kind of bratty, aren't you?" Darcy said as she yanked the box away. "Whatever, once I conquer this world-"

"You!" Amity kicked Darcy from behind, knocking her over.

"Will you stop that!?" Darcy shouted. "Why can't you losers attack me from the front!? Instead you act like cowards attacking from behind!"

"Says the creeps that stole the body of a teenage girl," Anne said.

"We're ending this here and now!" Luz said.

"Wait...are you humans?" Brandy asked.

"We're not," Sprig said.

"Yikes!" Brandy said. "You're so slimy looking."

Maddie huffed in annoyance, "Wow, she's one of those."

"Uh...are you a talking dog?" Marco asked.

"Yes, I'm Brandy Harrington, of the Florida Harringtons," Brady introduced. "Maybe you've heard of us?"

"Not really, I live in California," Marco said.

"Hollywood?" Brandy asked.

"I'm from Santa Monica, but Anne and Sasha here are from Hollywood," Marco said as he gestured to the girls.

"We don't know any celebrities though, but we see them sometimes," Anne said.

"Oh, I am so jealous!" Brandy said, the girl with stars in her eyes. "You gotta take me there. I've been stuck in this Jungle since forever, and I miss the malls!"

"Uh, sure, but we gotta stop Darcy first," Anne said.

"Darcy's the one with the weird helmet, right?" Whiskers asked.

"Si, why?" Luz asked.

"Because she's sneaking away," Whiskers said, gesturing to Darcy who was tip-toeing away.

"Oye, get back here!" Luz shouted as she gave chase.

"I'm so going to kick your ass!" Amity warned.

Darcy activated the portal and ran through, with everyone following.

"Hey wait!" Brandy grabbed Marco by the arm. "What about me? I need to leave this place! Going to Hollywood might also get me back home!"

"I'm sorry Brandy, but this is very dangerous, and if I bring you with me, you're going to get hurt," Marco took the girl by her hand. "Don't worry, once we settle this situation, I'll come and find you. Can you wait for me?"

Brandy began blushing as she nodded her head, "Yes, of course I can! But I don't even know your name."

"I'm Marco Diaz," the boy said as he left. "I'll come back for you, Brandy Harrington!"

The portal closed with Brandy looking slightly disappointed.

"You think he'll actually be back?" Whiskers asked.

"...Somehow, I think he will," Brandy said. "He'll try to, I can tell."

"How?" Whiskers asked.

"Call it instinct, but he looked like he was serious," Brandy said, as she blushed some more. "I wouldn't mind seeing him again."

Whiskers raised his eyebrow in confusion, "Brandy...he's a human."

"Oh shut up, I know that," Brandy said as she stomped off, with Whiskers relenting and following.

Eventually they came what looked like a secret lair. Darcy was losing her patience as she banged on the box.

"You stupid thing, how many times do we have to tell you!?" Darcy shouted. "TAKE! US! HOME!"

"Darcy!" Marco and the others had her surrounded. "It's over, we've caught you."

Darcy looked ready to fight, then heard an explosion nearby. "What in the...?"

Suddenly a girl with red hair landed nearby, taking a fighting stance as a woman in green landed in front of her.

"Same old dance again, Kim Possible?" the lady asked.

"Just like old times, Shego," Kim said as she engaged her foe in combat.

"Huh? What did we land in this time?" Anne asked.

"That's what I'd like to know," a man in blue said as he walked over. "Who are you kids? Allies of Agent Possible!?"

"Agent who?" Marco asked.

"Another government agency perhaps?" the man asked.

"Ew no, we hate the government, they're full of liars," Sasha said.

"Oh, smart girl," The man said. "Would you like to join my organization? You'd be under the guidance of the great Doctor Drakken!"

"Uh, you look kind of evil," Marco said.

"Oh we are, evil has more fun!" Drakken said.

"Smart philosophy," Darcy said.

"Hey we hate the government, but we also hate evil organizations too," Sasha said. "We're kind of doing our own thing."

"Okay, let's not be rash," Anne said. "We don't hate the government, it's just that the only government agents we met were ones we got off to a bad start with. But they're not evil."

"Yeah, we just want to protect our loved ones," Luz said.

"Ew, boring, wow you are goody two shoes, aren't you?" Drakken asked as he pushed a button. Several men in red showed up. "Henchmen, capture the intruders!"

"Ugh, we don't have time for this!" Amity summoned her abomination as she and the others fought off the henchmen, all the while Darcy snuck off while focusing her attention on Drakken.

"Hey, thanks pal, now we gotta scram," Darcy said.

"Hold on, why should I allow you to leave?" Drakken asked.

"Because, we know someone big and powerful who can help you build an even stronger army," Darcy said. "Actually we know two. King Andrias and Emperor Belos."

"Hm...interesting," Drakken said.

Darcy turned to see Kim fighting Shego, "Seems like you have your own troubles, I can help you get rid of them, if you play your cards right."

"Well, I suppose so..." Drakken said. "From my experience though, villainous alliances tend to be rather muddy."

"We totally get it, but the multiverse is about to take a big hit," Darcy said as she opened the portal back to Newtopa. "If I were you, I'd figure out who's side I want to be on, and soon."

"Hm..." Drakken rubbed his chin. "I wonder..."

"Drakken! Who is this!?" Shego shouted in the middle of her fight.

"Not now Shego, I'm considering a new alliance!" Drakken said.

"Don't make any choices without me!" Shego warned, then took a kick from Kim.

"Hey! Who are you!?" Kim shouted.

"Someone you may very well begin to hate really soon!" Darcy said as she began to leave. "Ta-ta!"

"Wait!" Kim shouted.

"No! We gotta stop her!" Marco shouted as he kicked some henchmen away.

Kim leapt down and helped fight off the henchmen, lightening the load for the others.

"Wow, what a woman," Marco said in admiration.

"Marco!" Amity scolded.

"Uh, right, sorry," Marco said while trying to hide his blush.

Star was knocking some foes away, then nearly took an attack from behind. Just before she could react, Kim kicked the henchman away, then turned to Star.

"Whoever you are, go!" Kim said as she kept fighting. "I'll cover for you!"

"Thanks," Star said as she ran off. "We owe you for this!"

"Hurry!" Hunter called as he helped Kim fend the guards off.

Before Marco left, he turned his attention to Kim, "Excuse me, red haired girl!"

"My name is Kim Possible!" the girl said.

"Wow, badass name," Marco said. "Anyway keep an eye out for anyone claiming to be from The Boiling Isles or Amphibia! Especially if that person works for a tyrannical emperor named Belos, or a mad king named Andrias!"

"You got it...uh..?" Kim didn't know the boy's name.

"Marco Diaz," the boy introduced as he and Hunter ran through the portal. "It was nice meeting you, Kim Possible!"

"Super nice!" Anne said as she left.

"You're an awesome fighter!" Luz complimented.

Polly was the last to leave, then did a quick salute, "Keep kicking butt."

Kim raised her eyebrow in confusion, not sure what to make of Polly, "That was unusual."

"Kim!" Came the voice a blonde boy with a naked mole rat on his shoulder. "Sorry I'm...late?" He saw the portal close and the henchmen scattered. "What did I miss?"

"A lot, Ron," Kim said, then saw Shego and Drakken standing side by side. "I'll explain later, come on!"

Darcy had finally landed back in Newtopia, looking a bit dizzy. "Geez, talk about a Multiverse of Madness. But it was a fun type of madness."

"Oh there you are!" Kikimora greeted. "Where have you been!?"

"On one hell of a journey," Darcy said. Suddenly the heroes landed behind her. "Still at it, huh?"

"I'm not leaving until I save Marcy from you," Marco said. "I'll save my girlfriend, or die trying."

His friends got into a fighting stance, ready to assist Marco in any way possible.

"Die trying huh?" Darcy asked while flashing a sinister grin. The evil being was joined by her allies as she prepared for battle. "Fine by us."

One more battle was underway, the heroes had a mission and the villains were determined. It was a battle of strength and will.
