Chapter 4: 4: The Parents' Meeting

Chapter 4: The Parents' Meeting

The atmosphere in the school's was thick with tension. Teachers, parents, and the principal all sat around a long table, facing the calm and composed Toji. Bakugo's explosion of anger on the playground had caused quite the stir, and now, the grown-ups were trying to figure out what exactly had happened.

Toji, in his usual nonchalant fashion, was waiting patiently, an indifferent expression on his face. He was not worried; he had nothing to hide. What had happened was simple: Bakugo had overestimated his power, and Toji, with his usual calmness, had shown him the consequences.

"Toji," the principal began, nervously adjusting his glasses, "we've heard from the staff that your behavior was... questionable. You've been accused of harming Bakugo in the playground."

Toji glanced around the room, then slowly raised an eyebrow. "Harming Bakugo?" he repeated, his voice as calm as ever. "Are you sure you're talking about me not the other way?"

Bakugo's parents, sitting across from Toji, were already looking uncomfortable. His mother, a tall, stern woman with a no-nonsense expression, furrowed her brows. "My son is a hero in the making," she said with a sharp tone. "He is a winner."

Toji looked at her, unfazed. "Then why is it that your 'winner' was crying after I told him the truth about his bullying actions? His quirk may be powerful, but his mentality? Not so much."

"He is just like clown, performing show for others"

A silence settled over the room. Bakugo's father, a gruff man who looked like he could explode at any moment, clenched his fists. "What are you implying, kid?"

Toji didn't flinch. "I'm implying that your son isn't being raised to be a hero simply you have failed in raising a kid.

Heroes protect others, they don't bully and explode just because they feel like it. And yet, here I am, being blamed for trying to teach him a lesson. Maybe it's your own parenting that's the problem."

There was a collective gasp from the room, and Bakugo's parents shifted uncomfortably in their seats. Toji's voice remained neutral, but there was an underlying edge of truth in his words that no one could ignore.

The teachers, sensing the shift in the conversation, tried to jump in. "Toji, we understand that you're upset, but you also used your quirk against Bakugo. That's against the rules."

Toji's calm gaze shifted to the teachers, his eyes narrowing slightly. "My quirk? My quirk is passive. I didn't actively use it. And also isn't my quirk looks weak to you , isn't that reson for this farce.

But if you want to call it that, sure, I guess my quirk is 'teaching' him that explosive tantrums aren't the answer and if you attack someone they will also retaliate. You're all just upset because your 'prodigy' lost an loser with an weak quirk, and you're too busy currying favor with him to notice what's really going on. His quirk is powerful, but that's not enough to make him a hero or a school bully and to get support from the school management itself."

The teachers were stunned into silence, not knowing how to respond. Toji, with his indifferent face, was dismantling their entire argument.

Toji then looked at his parents, his expression unchanged, but his words cutting through the room like a knife. "I want to move away from this place," he said casually. "This whole environment is toxic. It's full of kids who think being loud and explosive makes them strong, and adults who think that quirk strength is what makes someone valuable. If it weren't for you two sake , I would've already left."

Toji's parents, who had been silently observing the exchange, exchanged a look. They had noticed how detached and indifferent Toji had been for this past year, each day his emotions are becoming more dull. His indifferent face was unsettling at times.

They were becoming worried, all those sleepless night yumi cried over her husband in silence. They had tried to raise him in a normal way to not him uncomfortable, but it was clear now that he was too indifferent. Too mature. Too... calm. And that wasn't normal for a child his age.

"Toji, if that's what you want…" Toji's mother said hesitantly, "We'll make it happen."She wanted her child to be happy she will make sure of that

Bakugo's father stood up abruptly, slamming his fist on the table. "You're making a mistake! My son is innocet and a hero in making, and you—"

"No, Bakugo is not a hero yet and definitely not innocent," Toji interrupted, his voice still level. "He's just a kid with a powerful quirk and no direction. That's what you need to understand."

He turned to Bakugo's parents. "You failed to raise him. He needs discipline, not praise for everything he does. He needs guidance, not a constant stream of praise for his bullying behaviour. And you," Toji pointed at Izuku's mother, "you need to teach izuku to be brave not to be a coward. Being quirkless doesn't mean weakness. It means there's more room for him to grow. Don't let him think his value is determined by his quirk."

Izuku's mother blinked, clearly taken aback by the words of the little boy in front of her. "But… he's quirkless, Toji. There's nothing—"

"That's the point," Toji cut in. "Quirkless doesn't mean powerless. It means you have to work harder, and that's where true strength lies."

Toji's voice was firm and matter-of-fact, leaving no room for argument. He then looked at his parents. "So, we're moving. I'm done with this place."

Before anyone could say anything else, Toji stood up, his calm demeanor never faltering. "And by the way, you can all thank me later for shutting down this institution. This place is broken, and it's not going to change unless someone like me steps in.So I'm informing the authorities and media about your deeds"

Bakugo's parents were speechless. The teachers looked like they were about to faint. Izuku's mom, still processing the words, gave a small nod, unsure of how to respond.

Toji turned to his parents and gave them a silent nod. "I'm ready to go when you are."

As Toji and his parents walked out of the room, leaving the others to process the earthquake of a speech he had just delivered, there was an eerie silence. Bakugo's parents sat there, trying to digest the harsh reality a kid showed them.

Izuku's mom remained in deep thought, clutching her hands together. "I'll talk to izuku after this…"

But as for Toji, that was the last time anyone saw him in that kindergarten. His family would move away, starting a new chapter—one that was bound to be even more chaotic than the last.

The institution was soon closed down after a series of complaints and investigations. Toji had gotten his wish. The place was done, and he could finally move on from this toxic environment.

And as for Toji's parents, they couldn't ignore the fact that their son—who was losing his emotions —was a force to be reckoned with. They had to listen to him, because, deep down, they knew he wasn't just a child anymore maybe they have already lost him but that doesn't stop them from trying to get him back. Only his emotions had gotten weak not theirs.

Actually it was not entire his problem. The urgent need to have power and his old memories is constantly giving him so much pressure,he hides all of that with his indifferent face,

as he ages and grows powerful his parents would regret that the lost their matured son not the indifferent one.

Even with matured mind he was still a kid, as for future They would see an full time otaku who was too Powerful but was too silly and lazy.

Their lives will return to be peaceful and more fun in future but for now and another one or two years they have to live hard.

Well hard work always pays off right?
