"So… I gotta ask, Mr. Nux," Harley said, balancing her bat on her shoulder. "How'd ya know they were comin'?"

Nuxsus shrugged casually. "Had a feeling. I've been kind of a nuisance lately… figured the Bat wouldn't ignore me forever." His eyes flicked to Green Lantern and Green Arrow. "Although… I see you brought some friends this time."

Green Arrow scoffed, pulling an arrow from his quiver and notching it. "Yeah. And this time, we're taking you in, pal. You've been causing too many problems."

Green Lantern smirked, his ring glowing brighter. "I heard you got the best of the Bat. Taking you down here… well, let's just say someone's finally gonna have to acknowledge me."

Nuxsus raised an eyebrow, cracking his knuckles. "You? You wanna use me to prove something?" He let out a chuckle. "Fine. Let's see what you've got, Lantern boy."

Electricity crackled in the air.

Green Lantern was the first to move, raising his ring hand and projecting a massive, glowing energy construct—a giant mechanical gauntlet that lunged toward Nuxsus like a wrecking ball.

'Fast!'

Nuxsus barely had time to react before the massive green fist smashed into him, sending him skidding backward. Sparks of electricity crackled around his body as he grinned. "Alright, I'll give you credit. That had some weight to it...." said Nuxsus as his thoughts started to race 'So His power does work on me....Just like Raven's'

Before he could make another move, Green Arrow fired an arrow straight at his face. It exploded midair, releasing a flashbang that momentarily blinded him.

Batman was already on him, dropping from above with a precise dropkick that struck Nuxsus square in the chest. But instead of feeling the impact, Batman's foot simply passed through him, as if hitting nothing but air.

Batman's eyes narrowed beneath his cowl. 'Intangible? He Wasn't like this before'

Nuxsus grinned. "Nice try, Bats."

His body crackled with electricity, and in an instant...ZIP!...he disappeared, reappearing behind Green Lantern.

'THUNDER EXECUTION!'

A massive bolt of lightning shot from the sky, slamming directly into Green Lantern. But instead of falling, Lantern constructed a shield, blocking the worst of the attack. His boots skidded across the ground as he grimaced.

"Alright, that one actually hurt," Green Lantern muttered, shaking off the residual energy.

Green Arrow wasted no time, pulling out a foam-arrow and firing it at Nuxsus's feet. The moment it hit the ground, the foam expanded, aiming to trap him.

But Nuxsus just smirked, his intangible form phasing through the foam as if it wasn't there. "Really? That's the best you got? Looks like you're the only one worth the interest here" said Nuxsus looking at Green Lantern

Batman's mind worked quickly, analyzing the fight. 'He's not taking any real damage. Arrows, explosions, even direct melee attacks aren't affecting him. and that new electricity powers....Hal...He's constructs.... Those make him react.''

Then his eyes darted to Green Lantern.

"Hal!" Batman said in his usual commanding tone. "You're the only one who can hit him. Focus on him. We'll handle the other two."

Green Lantern frowned. "You're sure about that?"

"Trust me."

Nuxsus's smirk widened. "Oh? Figured it out, huh?" He clenched his fists. "Then let's have some real fun."

...

While Nuxsus and Green Lantern clashed, Raven and Harley moved to intercept Batman and Green Arrow.

Raven raised her hands, dark energy forming around her fingers. She whispered an incantation, and a shadowy tendril shot from the ground, aiming for Green Arrow's bow.

But Green Arrow was faster, he had experience fighting Magicians from his training in the League with Zattana.

With a swift step, he rolled backward, firing an explosive arrow directly at Raven's feet.

BOOM!

Raven barely managed to put up a dark shield, the explosion sending her skidding backward.

"Nice try, kid," Green Arrow said. "But you're gonna have to do better than that."

Harley cackled as she cartwheeled past Batman, swinging her bat wildly. "C'mon, Batsy! We used to have way more fun than this!"

Batman blocked her swings effortlessly with his gauntlets before delivering a precise elbow strike to her ribs. Harley flipped backward, landing with a dramatic pose. "Oof! That one almost hurt! You been hittin' the gym?"

Batman didn't answer....he simply threw a batarang at her.

Harley dodged, but as she landed, she pulled a small canister from her belt. "How about we spice things up a little?" She threw it to the ground.

A thick pink gas exploded outward, covering the area in a strange, sweet-smelling mist.

Green Arrow coughed, waving his hand. "Ugh! What the hell is this?"

Harley grinned. "It's my Laughing Toxin! A lil' something special for my boys in blue!"

Raven quickly muttered a chant, using her magic to protect herself from the gas, as she went on the offensive again

....

Meanwhile, Nuxsus was testing Green Lantern's limits.

Every time he attacked, Lantern countered with constructs...massive shields, giant hands, even a spiked flail that nearly smashed into Nuxsus's head.

But Nuxsus was faster. Much...Much Faster...

Using Lightning Step, he zipped around the battlefield, testing different angles.

'He's tough… but he's still a human he releis mostly on that Ring...But what if?'

A wicked grin spread across Nuxsus's face. "I wonder… what happens if I overload you?"

He extended his hands...electricity surged forward, sending a massive disruptive wave directly at Green Lantern.

Lantern gritted his teeth, straining as his ring fought to keep his shield up. Sparks danced around his body, his constructs flickering.

But he didn't go down.

Instead, he pushed forward, forming a massive hammer and swinging it downward.

Nuxsus barely dodged, rolling to the side. "Damn....You are indeed, Persistent."

Green Lantern smirked. "Damn right."

Nuxsus took some time amidst the chaos, his eyes darting across the battlefield as he formulated his next move. He had the advantage, but brute force wasn't the way to dismantle this trio. He could, but there would be no fun in that..... he needed to break them first—and Green Lantern was the key.

His gaze flicked to Harley, still hanging on against Batman. Barely. She was holding her own with her unpredictable movements, but the Bat was adapting, countering her wild swings with calculated precision.

Then his eyes shifted to Raven. 'Not good....As Expected...She's too inexperienced'

Green Arrow had completely outplayed her. She had been fighting well, using her magic to keep him at bay, but Oliver was experienced—he had tricked her, leading her into a false opening before firing an arrow that wrapped tightly around her legs.

She stumbled, losing her balance. A split second of vulnerability.

Nuxsus' Mind's Eye flared to life....sensing danger!

His instincts screamed, and he sidestepped immediately as a massive jet-plane construct came roaring towards him, crashing into the ground where he once stood. The impact shook the battlefield, sending dust and debris flying.

Green Lantern hovered above, grinning smugly. "You should focus on our fight....Electric boy, Once I take you down, you're getting cuffed like your little friends."

Nuxsus dusted himself off, an amused chuckle escaping his lips..... 'Oh, he's cocky.'

"YOU...I like you…" Nuxsus said, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "You're pretty bold…" Then, with a smirk, he added, "But can you keep that up if I do this?"

With a flick of his wrists, his Blades of Chaos appeared, their hellish glow illuminating the battlefield.

He dashed forward, feinting an attack—a rapid slice aimed straight for Lantern's head. A bluff.

Green Lantern instinctively threw up a shield, but the move was clumsy—Nuxsus wasn't aiming to land a hit.

He wanted that reaction.

At that moment, a panicked shout rang out.

"OLIVER, WATCH OUT!"

Nuxsus was already behind Green Arrow. Before anyone could react, his Blades extended, their chains wrapping around Oliver's wrist.

Then, with a ruthless yank

Shriiiick...

Blood sprayed. Green Arrow's hand was floating in the air

A scream of agony filled the air "AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

Nuxsus exhaled slowly, a wicked grin forming as he turned back to the remaining heroes.

"Now I'll start getting serious with you… Wretches."
