LET ME LOVE AGAIN

Kim woke up the next day, but didn't feel so good to go to work. Yep three months ago Alex opened a restaurant for her with two other branches even though she refused saying that she was creating Job opportunity for many people who are starving due to unemployment so she agreed since her mom was helping her manage them.

Kimberly rose up from bed to see a note from Alex [Good morning little tigress, I couldn't wake you up coz you look so cute when sleeping, I'd be in my office today coz I have thorns of work to do,but you can come visit me okay, I love baby bye] . Kimberly's cheeks flushed when she red the note. Damm she quickly took her bath,ate with some of Alex's maids and servants, she was used to making food for everyone. At first they refused because they were scared of Alex. She prepared breakfast and drove to Alex's office,she was allowed to enter since everybody already knows who she is.

Kim knocked before entering Alex's office,he was in a video conference and she did not want to interrupt so she sat down on his sofa and just watched him, fuck !! If Alex looked hot in a norms then Alex when working with a serious face is even hotter.

She was drooling at the sight of Alex. After about an hour,she heard Alex round up his meeting. The man on the other end exchanged pleasantries with Alex before ending the call. Alex strolled towards Kim who in his eyes seems to be sitting seductively.

"Hey babe" Alex sat besides her pulling her into a bone crushing hug.

"Woah easy there big guy" Kim teased him making Alex burst into laughter but then he remembered something.

"Oh babe will you like to accompany me to a dinner banquet?" Alex asked while sniffing her neck. Kim hesitated a bit and thought [for Alex to be invited it means that the banquet was only for the elites, even though she was a five star chef, she still had a long way before becoming an elite and it might be embarrassing to go with Alex, what if they see her as a gold digger ]alex noticed how stiff she and jolted her back. "Babe are you okay" he asked.

"What if I'm not okay.....I mean what if I don't want to come for the banquet, Alex you are an elite while I'm nothing it will be embarrassing for you and people will think of me as a gold digger" she complained while Alex shut her up with a kiss that she reciprocated. After a while he released her lips and held her cheeks with both palms

"Hey look at me... see babe I don't want you to think so low of your self, I don't care what others say. And if you're not comfortable enough to attend then there's no pressure I don't like social gatherings so it's okay ..."

"But isn't he the man you intend to get a project from ?" She asked confused at how Alex could ditch the event so casually.

" well even though this French client could fetch me billions coz it's important, your comfort is my fist priority" Alex said.

Kimberly looked at Alex lovingly, he was willing to sacrifice a deal worth billions for her, then why couldn't she risk her comfort for him after all she hasn't done anything for him since they started dating.

"I'll go with you to the banquet" she finally decided makin Alex smile at how thoughtful she was to risk her insecurities for him.

"Great,I'll tell Amy to get her crew ready" Ames said.

"Who's Amy". "She's a fashion designer and she specializes on female celebrities or elites including make up and wears" Alex explained.

"Oh kk im in..... wait before I forget I brought you lunch, no onion coz your allergic to it" she said bringing out a lunch box for him.

"Hmm smells so good" Alex commented before starting to eat. While Alex was eating a document caught her eyes.

"Honey whose proposal is this ? She asked waving the document for Alex to see which one she was referring to.

"It's from one this new companies, he needs my cooperation for a farm project, but I'm not really paying attention to it" Alex replies before going back to eat again.

"Honey I think this project is a good one,it says here that this farm contains both animal and crop farming meaning that they could be a lot of profit from the diary products and they seems to be doing well in their cocoa,rubber and flower productions,don't forget you could get profits when fragrants companies are in need of flower for their realease next season and the rubber is a huge profit,damm it could also be a vacation spot or place of relaxation if an hotel is built there so I thinks it's good one" Kim explained excitingly the owner of the proposal must have done something good in his past life for his proposal to be loved by mr Chen girlfriend.

Alex thought of all she had said and is impressed,with the way Kimberly was explaining it he would get huge profit from this project. Just last week he asked Zeke to investigate the owner of the proposal and he is a clean man with no shady deal, and his risk analyst a few days ago reported how the risk are little and can be managed effectively so why not give it a shot since he would earn many digits from it he is a business man after all. Since his baby has interest in this project the decides to call the proposal's owner himself rather than have his assistant do it.

"So honey what do you think of it" Kim asked jolting him out of his thoughts

"I don't know there and upcoming company so ..." Alex scratched the back of his head.

"No Alex,you see upcoming companies most times have the hidden potentials that the world is looking for,I suggest you cooperate with them, with your influence,the company can be a multi million dollar earning company within the span of a year." Kim explained amusing Alex.

Most girls just sit and look pretty but his woman was a perfect combination of beauty and brains.

What ? Kim asked Alex when she noticed him looking at her without blinking.

"You're so smart baby, I love you so much" Alex smilled making Kim blush red.

Alex picked up bus call and called The proposal's owner private number instead of the company's.

"Mr Chen it's so good to finally hear from you"
