JoJo's bizarre adventure: Phantom legacy

Chapter 6: I said STEP INTO THE SUN!!!

Ethan observed the silhouette and said,

"Are you a zombie too?"

Although he was expecting an answer, he was met with a seductive chuckle.

Soon, the mysterious figure emerged from the shadows ,a woman with a mature allure.

She wore a scarlet Ring and a black dress that covered her sinful body.

Her red eyes, brimming with temptation, seemed to draw one in, To summarize her appearance, Ethan was looking at a gothic, tempting milf mentioned in myths.

The woman looked at Ethan with a playful gaze and said,

"How rude of me. This noble one is called Lilian, and I am not a zombie, sweetheart.

My flesh is not rotting I am simply a vampire."

Ethan looked at her with a calm gaze and said,

"Why would you commit acts that are so vile?

This is not just the violation of human rights, but you violated the will of others to live. YOU TOOK THEIR LIVES!"

Lilian let out a chuckle and asked:

"Hah, how self-righteous can you be? Do you think this is different from when you devour an animal?

I am just a predator feeding on prey. No... prey implies a hunt. Let's call them a snack."

Lilian began to circle Ethan, her gaze sharp as she observed his posture and physique with a predatory curiosity.

Her voice was calm yet laced with amusement as she said:

"Not only are you young, but you're quite strong, An immature Hamon user trying to prove their worth? Or perhaps a vampire hunter seeking revenge against me... which one are you?"

"Hamo-who..." Ethan began to speak but he immediately stopped himself.

A realization struck him...Lilian didn't notice who he was.

More importantly, she wasn't a Stand user since she hadn't acknowledged Ethereal Divergence, which hovered silently at his side.

By staying quiet, Ethan knew he could draw out more information without giving anything away.

"What" Lilian inquired as she halted her steps.

"Ahhhh, Hamo-Who means continue where I come from"

Lilian looked at him with a suspicious gaze and said:"o..Kay"

"To us vampires every meal makes us stronger, it's a simple thing

As pigs feed on grass so does man feed upon them, and us the top of it all feed upon the humans... you exist to serve us and quell our thirst"

Ethan began to sweat profusely beneath his mask, fear gripping him as Lilian's words made his heart race uncontrollably.

Forcing himself to calm down, he steadied his breath and asked:

"Sun Tzu?"

Lilian chuckled softly, her expression amused.

"No, these words of wisdom were bestowed to us by our eternal god... Lord Dio."

Her tone shifted suddenly, cold and menacing, as she continued:

"Although I've enjoyed your company, we are enemies... so Die."

Lilian took a single step and appeared behind Ethan as she prepared to land a decisive killing blow.

"VRA-DA" Roared Ethereal Divergence as it immediately parried the blow and slammed Lilian into the ground.

" WHAT!!!" Shouted Lilian as she immediately got up and leaped backward, a thought suddenly came to her mind.

' Is he so fast that I didn't see him move ... Is he implying that I need to go faster..very well'

The moment Lilian launched herself from the ground, the air around her shattered with a deafening crack...she had broken the sound barrier.

Her figure blurred as she closed in on Ethan with a devastating dropkick.

But Ethereal Divergence reacted instantly. GateKeeper manifested, opening a portal in Lilian's path.

Unaware, she plunged through the door and reappeared on the other side, slamming violently into a sturdy pillar, however she continued to persist.

Soon Ethereal Divergence and Lilian clashed violently, their movements shattering the display cases lining the second floor.

Glass and debris rained down as their battle tore through the area.

From Lilian's perspective, Ethan was unnervingly fast....so much so that it looked like he wasn't even moving.

What Lilian saw was him standing there, looking down with his hands casually tucked into the pockets of his suit.

"HOW DARE YOU MOCK ME!!!" Lilian roared, her voice reverberating through the chaos.

With the snap of her fingers, the bodies impaled on the pillars began to defrost.

Their flesh dried and withered as streams of blood flowed from them, converging into Lilian's mouth.

As the blood entered her, her injuries vanished, and her body was restored to its peak condition.

She wiped her lips with a seductive grin, her burning crimson eyes fixed on Ethan as she spoke:

"You're not using equipment, so you're no vampire hunter...Why aren't you using Hamon?

I mean, you're already using it to enhance your physical prowess... Are you waiting for the sun to burn me, so you can rejoice in my agony?"

"VRA-DA!"

Ethereal Divergence launched forward, landing a punch square on Lilian's chin that sent her flying upward.

As she began to descend, a barrage of punches rained down, trapping her in an inescapable onslaught.

"Y...you...a...sta...nd...us...er?" Lilian gasped, struggling for breath.

"VRA-DA DA DA DA!" Ethereal Divergence roared as it continued its relentless assault, giving Lilian no opportunity to retaliate.

Ethan watched the exchange, a look of defeat and bewilderment on his face. After every ten consecutive hits, Ethereal Divergence struck a bizarre pose, marking its dominance.

"Use Subjugation command," Ethan muttered, his voice tinged with frustration.

Ethereal Divergence halted its posing and allowed Lilian to fall, then immediately began using Subjugation on her.

As soon as it was finished, it allowed her to heal, standing ready for Ethan's next command.

"You dare spare your enemy? How foolish can you be... I am not fighting a Stand user," Lilian sneered, her voice full of venom.

Lilian pushed herself up, attempting to flee toward a window. But as she moved, a voice rang out coldly:

"Stop."

Immediately, Lilian froze. Her body locked in place, her muscles refusing to obey her.

Ethan, looking at her with pity, said:

"Come here and kneel."

Slowly, as if against her will, Lilian moved toward him and began to kneel, despite her best efforts to resist.

"Why did you send people to my house, and what did you want... be honest."

Lilian remained silent for a moment before finally answering,

"I... don't know who you are."

Ethan slowly removed his mask, his gaze filled with disdain as he looked at Lilian.

She studied him for a brief moment before speaking:

"Umm... I still don't know you."

Frustration flared in Ethan as veins began to bulge on his neck.

He took a deep breath, then began to explain everything related to John Doe and the break-in at his villa.

Lilian seemed unfazed as she listened. When he finished, she responded nonchalantly:

"Umm, I only recruited those lowlives to steal Krowe's Obsession."

Ethan's eyes narrowed, curiosity flickering across his face.

"Explain yourself."

Lilian sighed, her voice calm as she spoke:

"Well, five years ago, Krowe killed two Hamon masters to obtain information related to the Ultimate Vessel that holds the codex.

After investigating, I discovered that those two Hamon masters were the owners of the house you speak of..."

"5... years ago," Ethan mumbled as he felt his heart begin to pound at a rapid pace.

His parents did die 5 years ago, and the fact that they hadn't gotten justice began to make sense, Their deaths were too unnatural.

"TELL!!!...me more about this... Krowe and what is he to you?" Ethan inquired, gritting his teeth as he tried to calm himself down.

"Krowe... is... a Night King and he's the one who turned me into a vampire," Lilian gritted her teeth, replying with a lot of resistance. "I ran away and I have been hiding in this place for... years."

This oddity did not go unnoticed by Ethan. He looked at her carefully and asked:

"How are you and Krowe related to the Sky Gang?"

"The Sky Gang is one of the vessels of Krowe's faction, and I merely used his pinkies as pawns," Lilian replied, still filled with resistance, it was noticeable to Ethan that she feared speaking about Krowe.

"Tell me everything you know about this Krowe and I might spare you."

No response came from Lilian, Her face turned red as she refused to speak, She had enough willpower to reject a command.

"I see"

Ethan simply used Gatekeeper to open a door and left.

A few hours later, he returned with Ethereal Divergence, who was pulling a trolley stacked with hundreds of containers.

"This is C16 fuel meant for racing cars," Ethan said, his tone cold. "It can't be accessed through proper channels, so I paid a hefty amount for each liter... Talk, or I'll slowly burn down your house."

He looked at Lilian, waiting for her response.

When she remained silent, he began opening the cans and pouring the highly flammable fuel all over the villa, the zombies, and the dried corpses.

The smell of gasoline filled the air as it seeped into every corner of the villa.

Lilian's eyes widened in shock, her face turning pale as she realized the gravity of the situation.

Ethan smiled as he looked out the window, noticing the sun rising. "Uhhh, didn't you imply that the sun is a weakness of yours? I can see that it's coming up."

He waited patiently, watching as the sunlight began to spill onto the second floor, Lilian, still hidden in the shadow, let out a relieved sigh.

Ethan's cold eyes remained fixed on her as he spoke. "Tell me everything you know about Krowe... or step into the sun."

Lilian's body resisted, but her will was torn between the two choices.

Fear of Krowe battled with the terror she felt about stepping into the sun, and ultimately, her fear of Krowe doomed her survival.

She slowly rose from the ground, her movements reluctant, each step toward the sunlight feeling like a betrayal of her very being.

Ethan looked at the struggling Lilian and said, "If you were a decent human being, I would've hesitated, but you're no better than a beast... just die."

Lilian's body trembled as she made contact with the sun.

A scream escaped her lips as she slowly began to burn, the searing heat from the sunlight overwhelming her, her skin blistering and charring with each passing second.

"Keep quiet and suffer in silence."

Lilian obeyed Ethan's words, her body slowly turning to ash as the sun continued to burn her, the agonizing pain overwhelming her.

She endured the torment in silence, unable to do anything but succumb.

"So that's what happens when a vampire dies," Ethan said, observing her ashes as he approached, He then carefully collected them in a small container.

"Mrs. Inoue, may you rest in peace."

He lit the entire villa on fire with a lighter, the flames quickly engulfing everything. He then picked up his mask and used Gatekeeper to leave.
