In Naruto Trying to become a Saiyan from Kumogakure

After the discussion with his parents, Ron's life shifted in another significant way. His mother quickly realized his growing intelligence and ability, especially when she saw him begin walking.

Surprised by his early development, she decided it was time for him to move out of his crib and into his room, which Ron personally requested. Of course, his room was scaled to his size as even for Raikage's descendent he is still one year old.

This change not only gave him more space but also symbolized his growing independence.

His parents, acknowledging his abilities, hoped the new environment would help nurture his potential as he continued to grow.

Ron contemplated the future, the information about the Uzumaki Clan he heard from his father, which would help him understand the timeline and the current situation of the Ninja world.

From what he heard the Uzumaki clan was in a peculiar situation, as both the Daimyo and Ninja Village were from the Uzumaki clan, and as an ally of Konoha, they gave Konoha enormous economic and military support during both world wars.

Although the 1st Hokage divided the tail beasts, none of the other countries had sealing ability as good as the Uzumaki clan and their ally Konoha, ultimately the tail beast became a restriction and a double-edged sword during the previous 2 wars. 

The 8-Tail Rampage happened before he was just born, and his brother Killer Bee became the Jonchurikki, thus constantly training with Ay. So it is always a concern.

The other Daimyo and ninja villages couldn't tolerate their influence. They saw the Uzumaki as a threat to the delicate power balance. If they wanted to weaken Konoha, the first step was to eliminate the Uzumaki. Then they will have a chance to take a bite of land of fire.

From what Ron remembered, Namikaze Minato the future 4th Hokage graduated at the age of 10. Uzumaki Kushina joined Konoha, in the middle of Minato's school year. In konoha children join the ninja academy at the age of 6, therefore Minato has probably been around 8 years old.

Minato ended the 3rd World War and became Hokage at the age of 23, after a year at the age of 24 he died during Naruto Uzumaki's birth.

At that time Kakashi was 14 years old after becoming Jonin at the age of 12, and Rin Nohara became Genin at age 9/10, graduating early due to war.

Ron thought "The age difference between Minato and Kakashi is 10 years, and according to Pop the attack on the Uzumaki kingdom will happen in a few months, so Namikaze Minato is now 8 years old, and Kakashi will be born in about 2 years!"

"So I am 2 years older than Kakashi!"

"I wonder if I can do something in this operation" Ron contemplated, 

Of course, it was not like Ron wanted to directly be involved, but he was contemplating how to gain more ninjutsu, and sealing-jutsu from this operation, maybe saving some children and non-ninjas from the Uzumaki Clan!!

Ron understands that war is cruel and thinking about young children dying and even killing them, Ron does not want Kumogakure to stay the same as in the Anime, always trying to dominate.

Ron wanted development, peaceful, and smart development, if there was a lack of land he wanted the kumogakure and the Land of Lightening to rather find other planets! or get them through other means.

Most importantly not commit genocide, in his own world's history, genocides were a terrible thing, especially to one race, this was just wrong!!

Ron wanted to change the world, at least the Land of Lightening, and embark on the path of evolution and improvement, he wanted to be strong like the Saiyans but without cruelty rather wanted civilized improvement!!

Of course, this is not something that can be done just by thinking, and making it true requires not only ideas, resources, intelligence, and support.

Ron's thoughts raced, filled with a sense of excitement and certainty. In this life, he knew he could achieve more than he ever had before.

The blend of his past life's knowledge, chakra, and the advanced technology of the Land of Lightning gave him confidence that no one else could match. With his father's unwavering support and the powerful backing of his uncle, the Daimyo, Ron felt that he could do it.

His eyes gleamed, reflecting the spark of ambition that burned within him. "I can go beyond everything I achieved before," he thought. "This time, I'll make a real difference."

As he stared out the window of his room, his mind drifted back to his parents' conversation.

"But it's his nephew's first birthday!" Raiya protested her tone a mix of frustration and concern. "He hasn't even met Ron yet. Don't you think it's important for them to connect, even if only briefly?"

"I know, I know. But the timing is tight. We have our responsibilities here," his father replied. 

Raiya's gaze softened... "He needs to meet his uncle, and understand his family," she said gently. "It's not just about duty it's about connecting with his family"

Ron listened carefully, and with his determination to go beyond his past life, he couldn't ignore the bonds that were forming around him, his family was his support. 

Ron said, "Father I have something I want to do, and for the Uzumaki operation I want to talk about it with you and the Daimyo my uncle."

"Wars have lasted for a long time and I believe that even without war I can find ways to make the Land of Lightening and Kumogakure prosperous and go beyond its current self!! Please give me a chance to share my idea."

With a surprised look, the 3rd Rakage gave a slight nod, and he finally spoke, "We'll make it happen, Raiya. Ron will have a chance to meet his uncle soon enough. Let's host a gathering for Ron's 1 year Birthday"

Third Raikage and Raiya both knew their son was beyond any normal kid even at this age. Even if it was a Kid's nonsense nothing wrong with meeting with family, and listening to Ron.

Ron believed he could do it.

After all the Daimyo of Land of Lightning and his father were both wise rulers, one supported scientific development and the country, the other controlled the ninja village with not only power but also wisdom, and both were respected among the people, as someone who could be relied upon.

Ron was looking forward to his upcoming birthday!
