Chapter 470: Chapter 471: Princess Syalis Journey

Gugalanna: "Oh? Boss is so kind to us. He used such precious materials to build a cowshed for me."

Gugalanna couldn't help but feel emotional. He reminisced about the days when he followed Ishtar, spending every day eating, sleeping under the open sky, and fighting Gilgamesh and Enkidu one-on-one. Now, his life of endless feasting and rest had even made him put on weight.

While Gugalanna was lost in thought, he failed to notice a small, shadowy figure sneaking away with a massive piece of wood.

That figure was none other than Princess Syalis.

Remarkably, the princess was surprisingly strong, able to lift such a large piece of wood. On reflection, it wasn't too surprising—her oversized scissors in the anime weighed at least 30 kilograms, and she wielded them with ease. Her strength was unquestionable.

Meanwhile, Kurama was also reminiscing. "That's right. Back when I was sealed in Naruto's stomach for 167 days, what kind of life was that? Ugh, I couldn't even stretch properly."

Wood Material -2

Gugalanna: "That's true. Speaking of which, how is your fox den coming along?"

Wood Material -3

Kurama: "Don't worry, the materials are top-notch. I'm not dumb; I used only the best."

Wood Materials -4

Gugalanna: "Good. Once you're done, stick around near the cowshed."

Gugalanna then pulled Kurama aside to start building his new cowshed. However, when all the materials were used up, both paused, staring silently at the structure.

Gugalanna: "Kurama… don't you think this cowshed doesn't have a roof?"

Kurama: "What?! Brother, don't worry. Maybe I miscalculated. I'll go ask for more materials! Don't worry!"

As Kurama hurried off to rectify the issue, neither of them noticed a small figure struggling in the distance, dragging away a large pile of wood.

---

"I've got the materials… but what do I do without tools?" Princess Syalis muttered, staring at the logs she had gathered. Turning them into planks seemed like an impossible task.

As she pondered her next move, a commotion reached her ears.

"My swordsmanship isn't something you can master so easily. Watch closely!"

Nearby, Zoro was demonstrating his one-sword style to Ais. Each swing of his sword sent gusts of wind across the ground, splitting massive stones cleanly in two.

Princess Syalis's eyes sparkled as she ran towards Zoro with her pile of wood.

"That's amazing, sir!" she exclaimed.

Zoro turned to her, confused. Who was this girl? He didn't recognize her, but it wasn't unusual for unfamiliar faces to visit Alexander's place.

"Who are you? What do you want? Don't get in our way," Zoro said, waving her off dismissively.

However, Princess Syalis wasn't about to leave so easily.

"I'm sorry! Your swordsmanship is just so incredible that I couldn't help but admire it."

Her wide-eyed admiration made even Zoro—who wasn't particularly fond of kids—reluctant to send her away.

Seeing that Zoro hadn't insisted, Princess Syalis continued, "Then, sir, can your sword cut through anything?"

"Of course," Zoro replied confidently. "I can even cut steel."

His pride as a swordsman was evident, bolstered by the breakthroughs he had achieved in Alabasta.

Excited, Princess Syalis clapped her hands. "Then, can you demonstrate it for me?"

"Demonstrate? How?"

"I'll throw these logs at you, and you just chop them into planks!"

Finally revealing her true intentions, Princess Syalis looked at Zoro with wide, innocent eyes.

"What?! Do you think I'm a carpenter?!" Zoro bristled with anger. "What does this girl take me for? This is an insult—a provocation!"

But when Princess Syalis pouted in disappointment, her expression filled with mock sorrow, she muttered, "I thought a great swordsman could unleash countless sword strikes in an instant, with such control over sword energy that the results were seamless… I guess this is too much for you, after all."

"What did you say?!" Zoro exclaimed, glaring at the logs. His pride wouldn't allow him to back down. "Fine! Get out of the way!"

With a single stroke of his sword, Zoro unleashed his 36-Pound Phoenix, slicing the logs cleanly into uniform planks.

---

As Princess Syalis happily walked away with her neatly cut planks, Zoro stood in silence, watching her leave.

"Who was that girl? Why don't I remember her at all?"

Little did he know, Princess Syalis was one of a kind—a chaotic force of nature who could manipulate even the proudest swordsmen.

As for Princess Syalis, her adorable face was filled with joy as she carried her hard-earned planks.

"Mission accomplished— bed secured!"
