The skills a person gains when receiving Falna usually come from that person's desires or innate characteristics.

One can gain Skills when receiving Falna for three reasons; Deepest desire, Innate nature, or due to Practice.

In the case of deepest desires, someone who wants to become strong to protect someone will usually awaken a skill related to increasing strength.

Meanwhile, innate traits, depending on the person, can end up getting skills that will hurt themselves.

And in the latter case, it is Kelvin.

As a Goddess who has lived for millions of years, Loki has seen many humans awaken Skills in the three ways above.

And the one he remembered most was a woman with certain white hair known as Silence.

However, this case applies to one skill. But Kelvin? He awakened three Skills at the same time! Also, there is one Magic that from the description sounds amazing!
