As the minor powers began competing in producing cultivation resources, the mortal refugees entering the territory of the Star Shattering Sect found work and a place to live without encountering any major problems, as the different minor powers found themselves in dire need of manpower as they began switching towards the cultivation of different cultivation resources for the Star Shattering Sect.

Among the minor powers looking for manpower among the mortals, the ones most active was by far the minor powers cultivating Mortal Grade cultivation resources, as most Mortal Grade cultivation resources, be they spiritual herbs or other resources, didn't require the care of a cultivator and could be taken care of by a normal mortal without any cultivation or special knowledge.

Other than the need for mortals in the cultivation of Mortal Grade cultivation resources, there was also an increased need for mortals when it came to food production and other daily necessities that came with a larger population. Meaning that even as the number of mortal refugees flooding into the Star Shattering Sect reached the hundreds of thousands over a short period of a few weeks, it didn't have an impact on the overall stability of the Star Shattering Sect, as there was more than enough work for the mortals coming to settle in the Star Shattering Sect's territory.

Of course… Outside of there being more than enough work and space for the mortals, there was also the fact that the different minor powers under the Star Shattering Sect made a consistent effort to ensure that there weren't any problems with the mortals. Understanding that by doing this, it would leave a good impression on the Star Shattering Sect and ensure that they were viewed in a positive light and potentially receive preferential treatment from the Star Shattering Sect in the future.

In the end, even though Elder Song and the rest of the elders of the sect easily saw through the schemes and plans of these minor powers, they still rewarded these minor powers for their foresight. Understanding that it was good to reward those who took the initiative to help the sect without being asked to do so, even if they did so with the belief that they would be repaid for doing so.

Following the unrest that came at the start and later establishment of the new system for cultivating cultivation resources among the minor powers of the sect, two months quietly flew by with the only thing discernable from the outside about the Star Shattering Sect being the change taking place among the different minor powers.

Outside of the change among the different minor powers of the sect, there wasn't anything else that changed about the Star Shattering Sect from the outside.

Be it the Blue Sea Empire or other nearby major powers, none of them had any idea about the changes that were simultaneously taking place inside the main sect of the Star Shattering Sect on the Shattered Star Peaks.

"Finally broke through to the Domain Lord Realm!" Smiling to himself filled with joy as he emerged from secluded cultivation after a little over a year, Peng Yun smiled to himself as he felt a profound sense of joy at finally having managed to break through the bottleneck that had kept him in secluded cultivation for the past year.

Although he had no clue what had taken place in the Star Shattering Sect during the year he had spent away from the sect focused entirely on his breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm, he understood that with his current strength at the Domain Lord Realm, he could officially be considered among the upper echelons of the Star Shattering Sect.

Outside of a few special existences inside of the sect, there weren't many who had surpassed the Domain Lord Realm. Making him more confident than ever in his own strength. Especially so considering that he had never dreamed of reaching the Domain Lord Realm before he had joined the Star Shattering Sect. Having spent his time aimlessly looking for treasures as a treasure hunter before he was recruited to join the sect by Xuan Hao because of his talent when it came to making some rather weird alchemical potions that had originally made him famous as a treasure hunter.

"Who should I inform about my breakthrough first? Maybe Elder Demon Hand or Elder Quick Fire? They did break through before me and were gloating about it before I decided to go into secluded cultivation…" Muttering this to himself as he thought about the two friends he had made during his time in the sect, Peng Yun could not help chuckling to himself as he felt a sense of joy at finally having caught up to the two of them.

"Did you hear? Elder Zhao Ling challenged Elder Qin Hao to a duel yesterday and managed to fight evenly for a little over half a minute."

"Really!? How impressive… Elder Qin Hao is already at the Early Stage of the Dao Seed Realm. For her to hold her own against him, even if he is holding back, she should already be close to reaching the Dao Seed Realm."

"Yeah, I heard that she is already making final preparations for breaking through to the Dao Seed Realm. The only thing holding her back is that Elder Xuan Hao isn't around at the moment. Apparently, she is waiting for him to come out of secluded cultivation before she attempts a breakthrough to the Dao Seed Realm."

"I see… Looks like the sect is about to have another Dao Seed Realm Elder…"
