Bound to the devil prince

princess Hailey the crown princess, slowly stood up to leave when Abigail spoke,

"Lady Hailey"! Abigail called.

Lady Hailey stared at Lady Abigail and gave her a meek smile before leaving the dinning room. Once she left, every other person left except Levi. His eyes were lost for a while.

The fact that he hadn't seen his brother real face baffles him a lot. What could be behind those masks he wear? He thought and quickly discarded the thought and left the dinning room.

The sun was shining brightly in the sky.

The maids were preparing the courtroom for King Edward and the king of Eldrida that was visiting their kingdom for the first time in years.

After preparing the courtroom, they went back to do their daily work. Inside Catherine's room, Mary was preparing her bath by filling the bathtub with warm water and added some red roses inside the water before adding vanilla scent sprays and some petals just the way princess Catherine likes it.

Once she was done, she went to call Princes Catherine.

My Lady, your bath is ready. Mary said head bow.

Lady Catherine stood up and walked towards the bathroom to have her bath.

Meanwhile,

King Edward wore one of his finest royal clothes. He took his crown and wore it. He was about to leave the room when Queen Sarah spoke.

"My king, when will Catherine find out about the proposed wedding"?

King Edward turned to look at the Queen. He walked towards her and grabbed her jaw harshly.

Queen Sarah whimpered in pain. She try to wriggle free from her husband tight grip.

"Listen to me you fool, I will make the announcement in the courtroom". He said coldly before letting go of her jaw.

Queen Sarah stepped back and rubbed her jaw.

Bring Catherine to the courtroom including the rest of the family. He ordered coldly before walking away.

Queen Sarah sigh heavily.

Her utmost fear is her daughter should not end up in the hands of the prince who is rumored to be a monster that kills without mercy. She hoped and left the room.

Once Lady Catherine was done having her bath, she came out of the bathroom tying a towel. While Lizzy helped dressed up.

She was wearing the most expensive blue satin gown that cascaded down her body.

The sleeve was a tiny hand sleeve that exposed most of her shoulder.

After dressing, she sat on the dressing tool while Mary brushed Lady Catherine long black hair.

Lizzy applied some lipgloss to add to the touch.

Once they were done, they stood up and stared at the beautiful princess.

Catherine has been a beautiful girl from childhood. She took her beauty from her parents.

Catherine stared at her self in the mirror. For some reason, she could sense something amiss and she asked her handmaids,

"What's the special occasion"?

My lady, the king of Eldrida kingdom is coming to visit the palace today. Lizzy spoke head bow with a slight smile on her face.

Oh I see. Her father wanted her to look her best. She mumbled. She stood up and was escorted by her maids to the courtroom.

On reaching the courtroom, her eyes fell on her mother , the Queen standing next to the king; before her eyes fell on Michael who was having smug look on his face and her eyes fell on her sister in law, the crown princess of Hilltop, Alice was sitting looking a bit quiet.

"Good morning your majesty"!! She greeted head bow.

King Edward stared at his daughter.

Morning, my sweet princess. He greeted back with a bright smile spread across his face.

That smile of his was a bit disturbing to Catherine. But she masked it up and bowed her head before taking a seat.

King Edward parted his lips to say something when a guard came in head bow.

Your majesty, the king of Eldrida is here. The guard said bowing deeply.

Let him in. King Edward said and the guard bowed and left.

After a short while, someone stood at the entrance of the courtroom. Every one in the courtroom stood up and bowed to the king that just arrived except for King Edward and Queen Sarah who remained where they are.

King Henry walked in and went to sit in front of king Edward.

In Eldrida kingdom,

Inside the castle,

Lady Clara went to Prince Oliver room. On reaching his room, she knocked on the door.

After a short while, she heard the door clicked and opened and there he is standing.

Uhm, good day Prince Oliver. Hope I didn't disturb you? Princess Clara asked with a light blush on her cheeks.

No my lady, come in. He said paving way for her to enter.

Lady Clara entered and looked around before sitting on the couch.

"What brings you here my lady?" He asked with a polite tone.

I'm here to greet you. That's all, your highness. Clara curtised.

Oh, thanks for checking in. He said with a polite smile while Clara stood up.

I will take my leave now Prince Oliver. Clara said bowing slightly before excusing herself from his room.

Inside the courtroom sat two kings.

One was the king of Hilltop kingdom and the other was the king of Eldrida. The two kings were sitting when King Edward stood up commanding attention walking majestically towards where king Henry sat.

He sat down and waved his hand when a maid came in head bow holding a tray of two teacups.

She placed the tray on the table before stepping back head still bow.

"I'm sure you have received my offer". King Henry said with a calm tone.

Of course I have. I would be delighted to give you my answer. King Edward said with a light chuckle that echoed in the courtroom.

So what is your answer to my offer if you seek for more powers, I can grant you one of my lands and many more other things you require. King Henry said.

There was a long pause of silence as everyone anticipated King Edward's answer before King Edward parted his lips to talk and what left his lips was,

"I accept your proposal, King Henry. My daughter Cathy shall be the wife of one your sons who are the princes."
