Winning the male lead

Chapter 65 - Campus life is fun (13)

When Le Tian woke up, he felt as if his head had been pounded by 800 people. The pain made him want to roll around, and he howled at the system, “Ahhh! Mom, what did you do to me?”

The system replied flatly, “You brought this on yourself. You got drunk.”

Le Tian immediately remembered and found it unbelievable—it was his first time ever getting drunk. He got up and shook his head, still feeling dizzy. The soft bed beneath him exuded a familiar yet unfamiliar scent. As he looked around, he realized that the room he was in felt somewhat unfamiliar.

The entire bedroom was extremely minimalist, with nothing but black, white, and gray in sight. The quilt was a plain gray checkered pattern, and the carpet was black and white. There was no need to think twice—this style could only belong to Jiang Yue.

He lifted the quilt and immediately felt a chill. It was then that he realized he was completely bare underneath, only wearing an oversized shirt—clearly Jiang Yue’s.

He was horrified. “…Jiang Yue didn’t do anything to me last night, did he?”

The system, surprised that he even cared about his own chastity, responded, “No.”

He let out a deep breath. “Phew, good. My first time can’t just pass without me even feeling it—that’d be such a loss.”

The system: …What a beast.

The system explained that Jiang Yue had brought him back to his apartment last night, and he had vomited terribly, messing up his clothes completely. So Jiang Yue had to change them for him.

Le Tian asked, “He didn’t take any liberties with me?”

The system: “No.”

Le Tian: “No way, have I lost my appeal to him?”

The system: “Would you be able to get turned on by someone covered in vomit?”

Le Tian: …The system’s getting way too straightforward. Damn, who corrupted my adorable system?!

He climbed out of bed. On the floor, there was a pair of gray slippers. He slipped them on, then tiptoed toward the door, pretending he didn’t know where he was. “Anyone there?”

The living room was just as minimally decorated—clean, tidy, and completely devoid of decoration. He straightened up and looked around.

“You’re awake.”

A voice suddenly sounded from behind, making him jump in fright. He turned around and, upon seeing Jiang Yue in his casual clothes, went pale. “You—you…”

Jiang Yue glanced at his watch and said, “Your clothes were sent for dry cleaning. They’ll be delivered in half an hour.”

Le Tian’s face turned red, then white, then red again. He whispered, “I was drunk last night.”

Jiang Yue simply responded with an “Mm” and quietly watched him.

Le Tian felt that something was off with him and secretly asked the system, “Did I say anything weird last night?”

The system, eager for Jiang Yue and Le Tian to go their separate ways, quickly said, “Nothing much, just some drunken nonsense.”

Le Tian remained still, feeling a cool breeze from the balcony. He pulled down the oversized shirt that barely covered his thighs and hesitantly said, “Thanks for taking care of me.”

Jiang Yue walked to the counter, poured a glass of water, and asked indifferently, “Drink?”

Those simple words instantly triggered memories of when Jiang Yue used to tease him in the dormitory. Le Tian looked up at him with slight alarm.

Jiang Yue was quick-witted and immediately understood his expression. His gaze turned cold. “Come here.”

Le Tian had no intention of moving, but in the end, he shuffled over in the large slippers.

Jiang Yue shoved the water glass into his hand. “Drink.”

Le Tian obediently gulped it down. After a hangover, his mouth was parched, and the water felt refreshing, washing away the unpleasant taste in his mouth.

The two stood in silence by the counter.

This time, Jiang Yue was the one to break it. “You really don’t want this anymore?”

Le Tian didn’t react at first. After replaying the words in his mind, he slowly nodded.

“Why?” Jiang Yue asked again.

He remained silent.

Jiang Yue continued, “Because ‘the next one will be better’?”

Le Tian: …!!! “System, what the hell?!”

The system, feeling a bit guilty, muttered, “…You said that yourself when you were drunk. It has nothing to do with me.”

Le Tian couldn’t believe he had a hidden truth-speaking skill when drunk. He quickly asked the system if he had said anything else strange.

The system swore that after that, he was completely passed out—either throwing up or sleeping.

Le Tian was relieved. One or two lines weren’t a big deal. He simply lowered his head and admitted, “Yes.”

Jiang Yue looked down at Le Tian. He was small enough to curl up in his arms, with soft, thick black hair that felt like a lamb’s wool. His exposed skin was delicate and pale—wherever he bit would turn a lovely shade of red. Completely irresistible.

Jiang Yue reached out and grabbed his oversized shirt, pulling him closer. Their breaths mingled, and Jiang Yue said, “No one is better than me.”

Le Tian absolutely loved Jiang Yue’s arrogant confidence. If he didn’t have to keep up his act, he’d have already thrown his arms around him and kissed him senseless.

Le Tian pushed against Jiang Yue’s chest, turning his face away to avoid his gaze. He whispered, “T-there will be.”

Jiang Yue didn’t argue anymore. Instead, he lowered his head and kissed him. Unlike last night’s fiery reunion kiss in the garden, this kiss was slower, laced with an undeniable sensuality.

Jiang Yue seemed intent on proving just how good he was. He lifted Le Tian’s oversized shirt, pressing him against the sleek black countertop.

Against the dark marble, Le Tian’s fair skin looked as delicate as cherry blossoms—bright and beautiful. Jiang Yue’s expression remained unreadable, but his eyes gleamed with hunger.

Le Tian was utterly defenseless against his advances. After all, he had always liked him—body and soul. It had been so long since he’d been touched like this, and within a minute, he was already surrendering.

This time, Jiang Yue didn’t tease him for being quick. Instead, he calmly said, “Proof.”

Le Tian: …I can’t exactly say I could be even quicker, right?

Flustered, he dodged his hand and shouted, “Jiang Yue, don’t go too far! I already said I don’t want this anymore!”

Jiang Yue still held him down. “I’m the best. Why won’t you choose me?” He grabbed Le Tian’s hand, guiding him to do the same for him. “You said you liked me.”

Le Tian felt the heat pulsing under his palm, swallowed hard, and looked up, his tearful eyes glistening. “I—I don’t want to anymore. Let me go. Go find someone else.”

Jiang Yue paused before his expression returned to calm. “No one else has an ass as nice as yours.”

Le Tian: …That almost sounded like a compliment. I’m kinda happy~

“You—get lost!” he finally exploded. He raised his hand and slapped Jiang Yue hard across the face. The crisp sound rang out, leaving both of them stunned.

He didn’t have much strength, so Jiang Yue’s cheek only turned a little red. But he was still terrified and stammered, “I-I didn’t mean to.”

Jiang Yue licked his slightly sore lip and said emotionlessly, “You’re the first person to ever hit me.”

Le Tian trembled and said, “S-sorry.”

For someone as noble as Jiang Yue, not to mention hitting him, even getting a little dirt on his clothes would be an offense.

“Compensate me.” he said, lifting Le Tian in one swift motion and throwing him back onto the bedroom bed, making him scream.

The bed was soft. Le Tian bounced slightly, his shirt fluttering up. Jiang Yue didn’t waste any more words, standing in front of Le Tian as he raised a hand to take off his shirt, revealing a lean and well-toned torso.

Le Tian: … Oh my god, I can’t stop drooling.

Standing by the bed, Jiang Yue said coldly, “Take it off.”

Le Tian was terrified. He tried to scramble past Jiang Yue, but his long arms caught him and pinned him back onto the bed. Le Tian started crying, “I don’t want to!”

Jiang Yue remained calm. “Before I change my mind—take it off.”

Le Tian sobbed a few times but, with trembling hands, still took off Jiang Yue’s shirt that he was wearing. His skin, flushed a beautiful pink from fear, was completely exposed.

Jiang Yue leaned down.

The bed in the apartment was nothing like the small dorm beds—it was spacious and soft. Le Tian sank into it, completely without support, forced to cling onto Jiang Yue’s back. When Jiang Yue warned, “If you slip away, I’ll go all the way,” Le Tian was so scared he clung even tighter to him.

The phone rang once between them. Jiang Yue stretched out an arm, picked it up, and answered in an even voice while keeping him pinned. “Mm, I’m back at the apartment. Yes, go straight back to school. Mm, goodbye.” His breathing remained steady the entire time, while Le Tian, face buried in the pillow, cried and panted, his cheeks flushed red.

After hanging up, Jiang Yue lifted Le Tian’s chin and kissed him deeply.

This weekend was too indulgent for Le Tian. Though they never went all the way, Jiang Yue did everything else, making him admit repeatedly, “Jiang Yue is the best.”

On the glass balcony, the world was silent. The moon’s soft glow mixed with the dim balcony light, illuminating two figures cuddling on a rattan chair—one tall, one slender, looking perfectly matched.

Le Tian shrank into Jiang Yue’s embrace, biting his lip as he let him tease him. Jiang Yue was a quick learner, and Le Tian’s inexperienced body was no match for him. In the end, they collapsed together, Le Tian trembling in the aftermath while curled in Jiang Yue’s arms. Jiang Yue stroked his soft hair and said casually, “The next one will be even better, hmm?”

Le Tian shuddered and stubbornly retorted, “I—I don’t want another, but I also don’t want to be with you…”

Jiang Yue flicked his still-flushed skin. Le Tian shivered at the touch. Jiang Yue looked down and asked, “Can you hold back?”

Unlike Le Tian, who was still lost in sensation, Jiang Yue remained completely calm. His composed gaze made him feel even more trapped under his control.

Le Tian bit his lip, red-eyed. “You forced me.”

Jiang Yue smirked. “If I forced you, why did you react so much?”

Le Tian’s face burned. He stammered, “M-men are just like that.”

Hearing his oddly experienced tone, Jiang Yue almost laughed. He thought for a moment and said, “I won’t go looking for you. But you’re not allowed to find someone else either.”

Le Tian immediately agreed, “Okay!”

Jiang Yue let go of him and got up, heading toward the living room. Le Tian flipped over, watching his retreating back while drooling a little. He thought to himself, Jiang Yue’s butt is really nice—firm, strong, like a living David sculpture.

Jiang Yue took a bottle of red wine from the fridge. Le Tian lay on the rattan chair, watching him return and pour a glass before handing it over. “Drink.”

He shrank back. “Why should I?”

Jiang Yue: “It’ll make you behave.”

Under Jiang Yue’s intense gaze, he took the glass and, turning to his system, pleaded, “Mom, Mom, help me.”

System: “User is on do-not-disturb. Don’t call me.”

Le Tian: … He had no choice but to drink the wine.

The alcohol hit quickly. Soon, he was dizzy, giggling at him. “Y-you have such a nice butt!”

Jiang Yue: …

Yep, definitely drunk.

Jiang Yue sat on the rattan chair, pulled him into his lap, and rubbed his bright red earlobe. “Do you like it?”

Le Tian nodded honestly. “Y-yeah.”

Jiang Yue kissed him. “How about this?”

“I like it too.”

Jiang Yue felt a little more satisfied. “And Jiang Yue—is he good?”

Le Tian hesitated, weighing his options, then widened his eyes and answered truthfully, “H-he’s… okay.”

Jiang Yue: …

Just then, the doorbell rang. A chime echoed through the apartment. Jiang Yue set him down, walked to the security screen, and saw Jiang Qu’s anxious face on the monitor. He pressed the intercom button.

Jiang Qu spoke urgently into the screen. “I know the little stutterer is in there. Open the door!”

Jiang Yue grabbed a pair of pants from the sofa and put them on before unlocking the door.

With two beeps, the door opened. Jiang Qu stormed in, immediately taken aback by Jiang Yue’s bare upper body. Then, an uneasy feeling welled up in him. “Y-you…”

“Jiang… Jiang Yue…” Le Tian’s voice came from the balcony. He sat up from the rattan chair, resting his chin on the backrest. From Jiang Qu’s angle, he could see his fair arms hanging down, his face flushed, eyes dazed, lips red. He murmured, “I want some water…”

Jiang Yue calmly picked up a cup from the coffee table, walked to the balcony, and lifted his chin to help him drink. Jiang Yue wasn’t the gentle type—his movements were a bit rough, making him spill water down his chin.

Le Tian whined, “It’s all wet.”

Jiang Yue lowered his head and licked the water from his chin. “It’s fine.” Then, he turned back to Jiang Qu with an indifferent gaze. “What do you want?”
