Ethan finally had his first friend since entering Oracle. Looking at his nearly empty friend list, with just one name: Snow (Lv 8), he chuckled. "Cute name."

Glancing at the beautiful woman in front of him, Ethan wasted no time. "Alright, Miss Snow, we're friends now. I've got some business to take care of, so I won't stay to chat. Bye!" With that, he turned and headed for the village gate without looking back.

"Hey, wait!" Sophia called after him, but Ethan was already far away. "Is this guy made of steel or something?" she muttered to herself. Growing up, every man who saw her face couldn't help but hover around her, yet Ethan acted as though he couldn't wait to leave. For the first time, she started to doubt her charm.

Opening her friend list, Sophia sent Ethan a private message:

Snow: "You're already level 10. Why haven't you gone to the main city to change your class?"

Ten minutes later, she finally received a reply:

Sealed: "You think I don't want to? I can't!"

Snow: "Why not?"

But that was the end of the conversation. Sophia grew even more curious, but Ethan didn't reply. After waiting for a long time without a response, she stomped her foot in anger. Then, determined to focus on her own progress, she headed toward the village gate to continue leveling up.

Meanwhile, Ethan had no time for idle chat because he was already fighting the Silver Wolf King.

His usual strategy was simple: hit and run. After striking the boss once, he would kite it around while staying out of range. With [Instant Recovery Potions] in hand, the fight, though intense, didn't threaten his life. He maintained full health by alternating between [Medium Health Potions] and [Large Health Potions] as needed. If he took a regular attack and saw the boss preparing its [Ferocious Howl], he would instantly use an [Instant Recovery Potion], as the two-second wind-up for the skill gave him just enough time to react.

For over an hour, Ethan carefully wore down the Silver Wolf King. But suddenly, the boss let out a long, piercing howl. Within a 500-meter radius, all nearby silver wolves went berserk and began rushing toward Ethan.

"What the hell, this is overkill!" Ethan muttered, his scalp tingling as he watched over a hundred silver wolves charging at him, led by the enraged Silver Wolf King.

Despite the overwhelming numbers, Ethan didn't panic. "You can't catch me, and that's all that matters," he taunted, smirking. He had anticipated this scenario and already devised a plan.

Much like the Wild Boar King's regeneration skill, the Silver Wolf King's summoning ability was a nightmare for most players but barely affected Ethan. He wasn't fighting head-on; speed was his ultimate weapon. No matter how many wolves joined the chase, none could keep up with him. The Silver Wolf King, however, was faster than the regular wolves, with a speed advantage of 10 points. As Ethan led the pack on a wild goose chase, the Silver Wolf King gradually outpaced its allies, becoming isolated once more.

The boss activated [Swift Dash], briefly closing the gap, but that only worked to Ethan's advantage. "Perfect. Just the two of us again," Ethan grinned as the battle returned to a one-on-one.

With relentless persistence, Ethan continued his hit-and-run tactics. After two hours and forty minutes of grueling combat, the Silver Wolf King let out one final pained howl and collapsed to the ground.

Ding! Congratulations! You have defeated the Bronze-tier boss [Silver Wolf King].

"This has to be fake. Does anyone know the Silver Wolf King's stats?"

"No idea. I've never seen it, but it must be stronger than the Wild Boar King. This Sealed guy is insane."

"Check the forums! Someone just posted the Silver Wolf King's stats. Holy crap, its attributes make the Wild Boar King look weak. How did he even kill it?"

In Novice Village 97, over a hundred well-equipped and highly coordinated players were battling the Wild Boar King under the command of Sovereign, a determined young man in his late twenties. As the leader of the renowned guild Dominion's Elite, Sovereign was a seasoned MMO veteran. Watching the Wild Boar King's health drop to critical levels, he couldn't hide his excitement.

Finally, the Wild Boar King fell. But before they could celebrate, the global announcement about the Silver Wolf King resounded, leaving the entire team in stunned silence. Their victory suddenly felt hollow.

Sovereign took a deep breath and said calmly, "Gather the loot. Keep leveling." His voice betrayed none of the frustration he felt.

Back in Novice Village 8365, players were celebrating wildly.

"Holy crap! Our village's pro just killed a Bronze-tier boss! We're gonna be famous."

"Yeah! I can brag for years that I'm from the same village as Sealed."

"Has anyone actually seen him? How come no one knows what he looks like?"

"Who cares? Sealed is a legend. Sealed, add me as a friend! I'll marry you in-game!"

Jeremy and his team exchanged silent glances. The gap between them and Sealed was only growing wider.

"I wish I could meet the person capable of pulling off so many miracles," Jeremy sighed.

Sophia stared at her friend list in shock. "This is what you meant by having something to do? You just casually caused an earthquake across the entire server!"

Realizing why Ethan hadn't responded earlier, Sophia's curiosity got the better of her. She sent him a private message:

Snow: "How did you kill a Bronze-tier boss?"

After a brief pause, Ethan replied:

Sealed: "Just swung my sword."

Sophia was speechless. For someone usually composed, she found herself fighting the urge to yell.

In a matter of seconds, he had picked the area clean. Checking his inventory, he saw his spoils: 3 gold coins and 64 silver coins, three pieces of Bronze-tier gear, three pieces of Black Iron gear, six pieces of White Label gear, two scrolls, one skill book, one egg, and one Magic Core (quest item).

"Amazing! Boss fights are the best!" Ethan exclaimed, his excitement palpable as he began examining his new treasures.
