Chapter 194: Border Ying County
Qin Hao went back to his room and fell asleep.
Mr. Qin had originally planned to talk to him about Li Moying's matter, but seeing that he was already asleep, he didn't wake him up.
The next morning, around six o'clock, Qin Hao got up.
Mrs. Qin and Mr. Qin had already been up for a while, and even Li Moying was up already.
"You're up so early, did you sleep well?" Qin Hao was somewhat surprised.
Li Moying said, "The sun is already so high in the sky, how is this early? I usually go running and exercise by six."
"Xiao Ying, have some breakfast," Mrs. Qin said to Li Moying.
Li Moying smiled brightly, "Sure, Auntie."
She had taken off her head cover, revealing her golden short hair.
During breakfast, Mrs. Qin asked curiously, "Xiao Hao, where are you going today?"
Qin Hao replied, "I need to handle some business in Ying County."
Mr. Qin curiously asked, "That's quite far. What business?"
"Company business."
Mrs. Qin asked, "What about Xiao Ying?"
Li Moying hurriedly said, "It's fine, Auntie. I can go with him. I would like to look around anyway."
"That's also good," Mrs. Qin nodded.
Qin Hao felt that he had already lost authority at home—he hadn't agreed yet, and his mom had already given permission!
He tactfully remained silent since he knew his mom had a lot of things to discuss with him.
After breakfast, Qin Hao and Li Moying went downstairs.
Li Yang and his team of eight were on rotation for 24-hour duty. They saw Qin Hao as he came downstairs.
Then Li Yang walked over, opened the car, and sat down in the driver's seat.
Inside the car, Qin Hao said to him, "Let's go!"
Li Yang started the car and slowly drove out of the neighborhood, heading straight for the freeway.
The drive from Jiangshan to the border at Ying County was about two hours.
In the car, Li Moying asked curiously, "Master, what are you going to Ying County for? To buy jadeite?"
Qin Hao nodded, "Yeah, just to take a look."
Li Moying was puzzled. To look at jadeite for what? Could it be that the master was thinking of getting into the jewelry business?
Qin Hao's reason for going there was to test the invisible perspective glasses, and he also wanted to make some money from it.
He had already studied in detail the manufacturing technology of the first generation of Xinghai intelligent robots.
The most critical chip manufacturing production line alone would require an investment of two billion and upward. Experience tales at empire
If the other production lines were included, the funds needed to manufacture the first generation Xinghai intelligent robots would be at least four billion.
Of course, Qin Hao was talking about a complete production line; if the line were simplified, the cost would be lower.
The most important was the photolithography machine for making chips.
The world's top photolithography machines are worth nearly one billion Xuan Country Coins, and only the West Continent's ASM Company, as well as Nikang and Canon Companies from Beihai Country, can manufacture these high-end machines.
What troubled Qin Hao the most was the impossibility of importing high-end photolithography machines.
Because those few companies strictly prohibited exports to China, and you couldn't buy them even if you had the money.
This had nothing to do with the current trade war between Xuan Country and the Northern Federation.
Many of the world's top high-tech companies would not sell certain high-end technological equipment to Xuan Country. As for the reasons, Qin Hao wasn't too clear, but he could roughly guess them.
Of course, many other companies can manufacture mid to low-end photolithography machines, but the chips used in Xinghai intelligent robots far exceed the modern level. Even the most sophisticated photolithography machines couldn't meet the requirements, let alone those mid to low-end machines.
If there was really no other way, Qin Hao would have to manufacture them himself, but that would take a considerable amount of time.
Seeing him frowning there, Li Moying asked curiously, "Master, what are you thinking about?"
Qin Hao said with a smile, "I'm thinking about making money."
"What money-making scheme? Tell me about it," Li Moying chuckled.
Qin Hao looked at her and said, "I haven't figured it out yet, I'll tell you when I do."
Li Moying pouted her sexy lips, "Hmph, you just don't want to tell me, you stingy thing."
Qin Hao smiled and said nothing.
Li Moying turned to look at the scenery outside, and to be honest, Jiangshan was not developing very well, and the economy of Shuinan Province was not too great either.
If it weren't for a few nationally known tourist spots driving economic development, Shuinan Province would be doing even worse.
Along the way, Li Moying saw several Jiangshan Roasted Duck Restaurants.
After more than half an hour, they got on the expressway and then drove towards Ying County.
After nearly two hours by car, they arrived at the border of Ying County around nine thirty in the morning.
The development here was pretty good, with high-rises standing along the roads and a constant flow of traffic.
Li Yang asked, "Mr. Qin, where are we going?"
"To Si Li Jade Market." Before coming, he had checked that Si Li Jade Market was the largest wholesale jade market in Ying County and also the largest in the country.
All the jade here was transported from Nangong Country.
There were finished products, semi-finished goods, and raw stones all at different prices.
Semi-finished goods referred to jade that had not been polished or buffed yet.
Si Li Jade Market was very famous and large, with countless merchants, and it had made many people rich.
Qin Hao got out of the car and looked at the bustling market.
There were lots of people here, most of whom came to buy goods for resale. Very few came here to buy retail.
"Master, where to next?" Li Moying asked, seeing so many people.
Qin Hao said with an embarrassed smile, "It's my first time too!"
Li Moying expressed her surprise, "Master, don't tell me you don't even know where to go?"
"No worries, I'll make a call and ask."
Having said that, Qin Hao took out his phone and called Bai Jing. She was in the jade jewelry business, so she should be clear about this.
They had exchanged numbers just yesterday, and now it came in handy.
The call connected quickly.
Bai Jing teased, "Gosh, Hao, what made you think of calling your sister? Do you want to treat sister to dinner tonight?"
Cough cough!
Qin Hao was a bit embarrassed, "Jing, we can talk about dinner when I get back. I'm not in Jiangshan right now, there's something I want to ask you."
Bai Jing laughed as if she could picture his embarrassed expression, "Go ahead, as long as I know, I will definitely tell you. Personal questions are okay too, you know."
…
Qin Hao broke into a cold sweat, "Jing, do you know where in Si Li Jade Market I can buy raw stones? Preferably a bigger place with a variety of types."
"Si Li Jade Market? You're not in Ying County, are you?" Bai Jing asked in surprise.
Qin Hao, "That's right, I just got here and don't know the place, so I'm asking you."
Bai Jing said cheerfully, "Hao, we really must be fated. I'm actually entering Ying County right now. I came here to procure a batch of high-end jade. If you don't mind, just wait there for me, I'll be there in a few minutes."
"Sure, Jing, I'll wait for you for a while."
After finishing speaking, Qin Hao hung up the phone.
Li Moying mumbled to the side, "Master, who's this saucy fox?"
"That's her style of interaction, it easily endears people to her. She's a woman who has managed to grow her company to this point, which is no easy task. Without knowing her personally, don't jump to conclusions, and show some respect when you speak later," Qin Hao replied.
Having seen through all this, Qin Hao actually had a good impression of Bai Jing. He wasn't put off by what she said but did find it a bit overwhelming.
