Trapped in Paradise (In a Hentai World, as a Trap)

Volume 1 Chapter 80: Moved~

Early in the morning, Wen Yang yawned as he and Ning Chu walked out of the dormitory building.

He hadn’t slept well the night before, his mind full of questions and confusion about Ning Chu.

Fortunately, he managed to cheer Ning Chu up before bed.

However, he had another wet dream about Ning Chu, which made him feel awkward around his roommate.

“Shaoqing and Wang Jie still haven’t come back,” Ning Chu said, catching up to Wen Yang.

He held his textbooks in front of his chest, blocking some passersby from staring at him, and muttered, “Are they planning to skip class on the second day?”

Although the textbooks could cover the apple-sized bulge on his chest, holding them in front of him added a touch of intellectual, quiet feminine charm.

“They might have already gone to the classroom,” Wen Yang replied, his gaze constantly shifting toward Ning Chu, though he was too embarrassed to make eye contact.

Ning Chu said he’s a man, yet he’s more attractive than most girls.

Was he really a man?

Watching the slight bounce in Ning Chu’s chest as he walked, along with his soft, slender arms, narrow shoulders, and small, perky butt… the images from last night’s dream surfaced again, making Wen Yang too flustered to keep observing.

At the cafeteria, as usual, Wen Yang bought himself a simple meal of pickled vegetables and porridge, and a portion of mixed noodles and dumplings for Ning Chu.

“I’ve transferred the money to you,” Ning Chu said.

“Mm,” Wen Yang nodded.

Ning Chu never took advantage of Wen Yang, even for something as small as a bottle of water, he would transfer the money immediately.

There was no point in squeezing money out of the poor; it was more fun to squeeze it out of Zhang Shaoqing and watch his frustrated reactions.

The cafeteria was particularly lively before class, with two lines of students crowded around each window, eagerly waiting for their breakfast.

Ning Chu propped his chin on one hand as he ate, his gaze wandering around the room.

It was okay, no girls were currently eyeing Wen Yang.

Previously, he had taken it upon himself to disrupt the plot; now he just wanted to avoid it altogether.

Thinking about his situation—those little bumps below and the signs of an internal transformation—Ning Chu’s mood soured.

The next time he triggered a plot event, he might fully turn into a girl.

Or it could be the time after that… there was no way to know for sure.

But being stuck between male and female, like some kind of freak, wasn’t any better.

He considered that if he triggered the plot again, he might just let it go, even if it meant Wen Yang losing his virginity… Who knew if he wouldn’t just turn into a girl right after that.

“Here, the rest is yours,” Ning Chu said, pushing the half-finished dumplings toward Wen Yang after finishing his noodles.

Wen Yang had grown used to this and naturally picked up the disposable spoon Ning Chu had used, scooping a dumpling along with some soup into his mouth.

Ning Chu frowned slightly but said nothing, sighing as he rested his chin in his hands, lost in thought.

“Hey! Wen Yang!” A classmate from a neighboring dorm, the one who had invited Wen Yang to play ball the other day, came over with a sleazy grin and asked, “How are things going with Shan Shan?”

Wen Yang paused mid-bite, frowning as he looked at him. “What?”

“What’s the progress? How far have you gone?”

“Nothing, I deleted her number.”

“Huh?”

Seeing the classmate’s reaction, Wen Yang frowned even more.

After the classmate left, he looked at Ning Chu and asked, “Do you think Shan Shan was targeting me from the start?”

“Mm, that classmate just now was probably Shan Shan’s wingman,” Ning Chu muttered, “What was his name again?”

It was only the second day of classes, and Ning Chu had never been one to socialize, so he only recognized his roommates and the troublesome girls in his class.

As for the others, he either knew the names but couldn’t match them to faces, or recognized the faces but didn’t know the names.

On the way to the classroom, they met up with Zhang Shaoqing and Wang Jie.

“It’s a shame you guys didn’t go last night! Damn! There was a pole dancing show!” Zhang Shaoqing exclaimed excitedly. “I even invited two girls to drink with us, but Wang Jie here was too scared to even touch them!”

“Damn, I still have a headache. I’m just going to sign in and head back to the dorm to catch up on sleep.”

As they walked to the classroom, Zhang Shaoqing excitedly recounted the fun they had the night before, making Wen Yang curious, though he was also a bit scared.

Ning Chu kicked him in the calf.

“I’m not interested,” Wen Yang immediately dropped his curiosity, adopting a righteous attitude. “Bars are noisy, and if someone slipped something into your drink, you’d have nowhere to complain.”

“I’m not a girl, what’s there to fear,” Zhang Shaoqing laughed, slinging an arm around Wang Jie’s shoulders. “Why were you so timid last night?”

Wang Jie replied earnestly, “I already have someone I like, so I won’t touch other girls.”

“Who is it?”

“A high school classmate. She’s studying at another university.”

“Wow, a real romantic!” Zhang Shaoqing exclaimed, looking surprised, then continued to tease, “She wouldn’t know anyway.”

But Wang Jie stubbornly shook his head.

Listening to their conversation, Ning Chu was surprised to learn that Wang Jie already had someone he liked.

The morning’s class was English.

Zhang Shaoqing signed in and then sneaked out.

Wang Jie, though not fully recovered from the previous night, still forced himself to pay attention in class.

Ning Chu, faced with English, decided to give up entirely.

He had returned all his English knowledge to the teachers long ago; aside from a few common words, he couldn’t remember anything.

His vocabulary was worse than when he was in junior high.

He rested his head sideways on the desk, his chubby cheek squished flat against the surface as he watched Wen Yang, who was focused on the lesson.

Although Wen Yang’s academic performance wasn’t mentioned in the story, he was quite serious in class.

He sat up straight, his face full of concentration, occasionally taking notes and highlighting key points in his book.

Even during breaks, he would sit and study English rather than play on his phone.

Seeing his main character so diligent, while he himself, the author, was slacking off…

Ning Chu felt a pang of guilt, then closed his eyes, deciding not to look anymore.

English was pure torture! There was no way he was going to learn it all over again!

“Shall we go to the library at noon? I want to borrow some books to pass the time,” Wen Yang suddenly asked.

Ning Chu paused, recalling a scene where Wen Yang had flirted with a girl in the library. But it should be fine.

“Okay,” he agreed.
