Trapped in Paradise (In a Hentai World, as a Trap)

Volume 1 Chapter 43.1: Early Morning

“Hm? Ning Chun? You are already up?”

As Wen Yang stretched with a lazy yawn, he immediately spotted the slender figure sitting in front of the computer.

Rubbing his sore shoulders as he got up, he glanced around, but his gaze stopped at the untouched bed in the next room.

“You didn’t sleep?”

Wen Yang waited in silence for a moment, but Ning Chu didn’t answer his question.

“Hey, why are you ignoring me?”

Muttering to himself, he walked over to the computer and looked down, only to see Ning Chu’s fair feet propped up on the rattan chair, his body curled up, head drooping as he slept.

Seeing the slightly red rims around his eyes, he must have stayed up late last night.

Wen Yang looked at the computer screen, which was playing a romance movie on autoplay.

“You actually like watching this stuff.”

He then looked at the computer desk, where there were seven or eight small cards, each with enticing pictures and text.

He casually picked up the small cards and tossed them into the trash can, tapped his aching head, and turned to go to the bathroom to freshen up.

Although he fell asleep quickly after drinking, his sleep was not restful. He woke up with a headache and body aches, and there was a possibility of a sore butt if he wasn’t careful.

It was only six in the morning. After freshening up, Wen Yang had nothing to do, so he turned on the TV with the volume turned down to the minimum. However, his gaze kept drifting to the petite figure.

He hesitated, unsure whether he should carry Ning Chu back to bed to sleep.

Maybe it’s unnecessary? It feels a bit too gay.

What if there’s a misunderstanding?

But they’re both men, so what’s there to misunderstand?

Wen Yang ran his hand through his messy hair, recalling Ning Chu’s care for him during this time. He stood up and gently pushed Ning Chu’s shoulder, softly calling, “Wake up, go sleep on the bed.”

No response.

Seeing this, Wen Yang could only take matters into his own hands. He placed one arm behind Ning Chu’s head and carefully slid his other hand between his folded legs, hoping to move him to the bed without disturbing him.

He lifted Ning Chu gently in a bridal carry, and unexpectedly found the smaller man to be much lighter than what he originally thought.

“His body should be less than sixty kilos.”

Not only was Ning Chu’s body small, his body was also soft, his skin slightly cool, smooth like flour.

Wen Yang glanced down, almost unable to see any hair on Ning Chu arms up close. Afraid of disturbing him, Wen Yang moved quickly and smoothly, taking only a few seconds to gently place him on the bed and cover him with a blanket.

“Time to play on the computer!” Wen Yang sat back at the computer, giving up on gaming but opting to watch interesting anime or dramas instead. It was better than the morning news on TV.

After watching a few episodes of anime, there was a soft knock on the door, and Wang Jie’s voice came from outside. “Up yet?”

Wen Yang quickly got up to open the door, only to see Wang Jie holding two bags of breakfast.

“I got up early with nothing to do, so I went out to buy you guys some food.” Wang Jie handed one of the bags to him and continued, “Meat buns, soy milk, and youtiao. You and Ning Chu can share.”

“Okay, thanks.”

“Is Ning Chu up yet?”

“Not yet. He probably stayed up late last night, so he might not get up until noon.”

“Same with Shaoqing. It’s the first time I’ve heard him snore.”

Wen Yang suddenly had a guess. “Do you think they sneaked out while we were drunk last night?”

“How is that possible? I was woken up by a very sharp noise last night. When I woke up, Shaoqing was still playing mobile games.”

“Who was it?”

A soft, lazy voice came from inside the room. Wen Yang turned to see Ning Chu crawling to the foot of the bed, his teary eyes looking toward the door.
