Transformation into the Marvel Universe

Chapter 237: You don't mind?

If the black iron stick was unclaimed, she would have seized it for herself.

Unfortunately, whether it was the first Sorcerer Supreme, Agamotto, or the Ancient One, she couldn't afford to offend them, so she had to let it go.

After exchanging more than ten moves, nearly twenty, Daisy had already figured out their martial arts approach...

They could be said to have a solid foundation, exquisite tactics, and even clever coordination. They were able to run on walls because their feet were laced with some magic, but they were still affected by gravity; they were just like astronauts, extensively trained so that it wasn't apparent unless you looked closely.

Daisy inwardly chuckled at the idea of training a group of sorcerers to be warriors.

The Ancient One was quite clever. She said she trained the sorcerers to strengthen their bodies to resist the erosion of magic on themselves, which made sense, but Daisy guessed that the Ancient One was also too lazy to manage her subordinates and didn't want them bothering her, so naturally, she wouldn't teach them very advance magic.

Additionally, with the external world entering the industrial age and severe pollution, magical power had greatly diminished. Except for people like Doom, who were exposed to magic from the womb, ordinary people couldn't use magic at all.

These factors together formed the group of muscular sorcerers Daisy was now facing.

She had calculated for a long time in the Mirror Space and eventually gave up reluctantly.

She had planned to make a super-long-range teleportation portal, but unfortunately, the place was too disturbed by magical forces; the coordinates seemed to be constantly shifting. Daisy sensed three times, and each time the coordinates were different.

Even though Daisy remembered the frequency for now, it would be difficult to enter this space next time using the method of vibration; she felt somewhat disappointed.

With one hand, she grabbed the arm of one of the extras, used force at the wrist, and smashed the whole person sideways into the mirror wall of the Mirror Space.

The extra tried to stabilize in mid-air, and another partner tried to pull him back with a magical whip, but Daisy's attack was too swift and fierce, catching all three off-guard.

They hit the wall, and the Mirror Space, as if having its own life, showed countless bizarre images upon impact; during the alternation of illusion and reality, Daisy saw countless people's images appearing on the walls.

Some were excited, some upset, some confused, and some even blinked at Daisy.

The extra in the linen robe vomited a mouthful of blood with a cry, but Daisy didn't care; she was observing the mirror wall, which rippled like water.

Layer upon layer, like fish scales, the entire Mirror Space's walls were constructed of stacked layers; the massive impact was progressively reduced, finally dissipating into nothingness.

Seemingly understanding her intent, the leader and iron stick wielder, Daniel, sneered, "Without our magical power supply, you cannot leave here. We can hit you, but you cannot fatally strike us, because you need us to open the Mirror Space to leave. Feels helpless now, doesn't it?"

"Ha ha—!" Thinking they had caught Daisy's weak point, the three laughed happily.

The extra she had hit was still not recovered, but another one who took off his hood revealed a ghastly pale face, now understanding Daniel's meaning, laughed spitefully.

Daisy also had a contemplative expression. These sorcerers' teleportation techniques relied on both rings and gestures and also required magical power and temple coordinates, nowhere near as quick and convenient as her own abilities. There was no doubt that this space couldn't trap her.

However, she was unclear about the time flow ratio between the outside world and the Mirror Space. What if a long time had passed outside, and someone was trying to call her?

She sighed, "Enough, I won't waste more time with you. I'm leaving!"

With a light lift of her left hand, her delicate fingers tipped with striking red nail polish—she wasn't sure why she'd recently liked red so much—she sensed the frequencies around her. To the three men, it seemed as if she was merely touching the air.

"Have fun then." She opened a water-blue teleportation portal, directly breaking through the Mirror Space. Just before leaving, she suddenly used all her strength to punch the glass-like mirror wall.

The impact capable of triggering a tsunami hit the mirror wall, causing an exceptionally violent reaction. Ripple-like waves kept undulating, the force of the vibration consciously spreading in all directions, enveloping the entire space.

Daisy, graceful as an elf, smiled at the corner of her mouth and stepped out of the Mirror Space.

The strong force, magnetic force, and gravity all follow the conservation of parity, but Chen-Ning Yang discovered that the parity of the weak force is non-conservative. The weak force greatly interferes with the mirror space. Broadly speaking, after being disturbed by weak interactions, the inside and outside of the mirror are not the same! This deviation is fatal for teleportation.

For Daisy, weak interactions almost had no combat direction ability, but were very handy for disrupting spatial structures, akin to throwing a punch that prevents the opponent from teleporting for 60 seconds.

Magic and physics still have many things in common. By disrupting the normal fluctuations within the Mirror Space, let those three idiots stay in there. According to the flow of time outside, it would probably take three days for the shockwaves to settle.

If during these three days, they try something as stupid as traveling to another space, then it has nothing to do with Daisy.

"Anyone there?" Back in the grand hall of the New York Sanctum, she shouted around.

As before, only her echo could be heard.

"Surely there aren't just three people in a whole Sanctum?"

Her steps toward the exit stopped about a meter from the door.

Daisy maintained her upper body position, stepping back several steps like Michael Jackson's moonwalk.

Agamotto, the original Sorcerer Supreme known as the All-Seeing, is now hiding in his own pocket dimension to observe the entire multiverse. The Ancient One, though not as powerful, could traverse numerous timelines.

Surely they wouldn't mind if I take a look at the treasures of the New York Sanctum?

Daisy walked a few steps backward, noticing that no big shots jumping out to shoo her away.

Perhaps the big shots don't care? She found a reason for herself.

Turning around, she hurriedly ran back up to the third floor and pushed open the slightly ajar wooden door of the display room.

What caught her eyes were numerous magical items and artifacts, many of which emitted extraordinary frequencies as if they were battling each other, ready to determine a winner.

Daisy wiped her mouth, fearing her saliva might desecrate these babies.

She clasped her hands in a prayer pose; she had forgotten the prayer words for the Trinity of Vishanti, but with a sincere heart, she still bowed to the artifacts.

She felt that since she had come this far and found herself alone, it indicated that the powers-that-be didn't mind her admiring the great achievements of the predecessors? If she was destined, and managed to take a couple of items with her, would they mind that either?
