The Watcher of the Dimensions

Chapter 722: Chapter 42 Research

" Fascinating, they breed in their host's body as an incubator and get their genetic advantage. Such race can't be found anywhere."

Viper pulled the vial to her side while Chloe took a note. Reed who was next to them also put the blood into his machine while crossing his arms.

" Can it be used as a cure or something similar for another disease? I heard this creature is immune to disease."

Hill didn't interrupt their jobs as scientists because she had no words against them. They were the worlds' greatest minds and they could see what was behind this creature's genetic code.

" Impossible. Their genetics are extremely aggressive for bioengineering. If anyone gets their hands on it, it might create a bio disaster that is similar to the T virus incident."

Hank immediately denied her request, knowing how dangerous this creature was due to their genetic codes. Not only superhumans, this thing could copy almost every gene in existence which included cosmic beings, gods, demons, etc.

" Hence this laboratory must be the only place that holds this creature's genetic sample."

Reed's words made Hill understand what he was trying to say. He meant no one should find this thing or else disaster might occur in their world.

" I understand. SHIELD and Eden will clear the place."

Hill gestured for the androids to relay the message to the cleaning company. The androids didn't hesitate to leave the laboratory as the scientists were left alone.

Meanwhile in Wakanda.

" Brother, I found this new metal among vibranium ore."

Shuri placed the metal ore before T'challa who was reading the report about the recent attacks on their posts.

He raised his eyebrows while examining the ore with his hand, not knowing what it was but it excluded energy that he felt before.

" What is this, Shuri?"

He didn't wait any second, asking with a calm face for it meant only two results to him. One was bad or good which would require his decision either way.

" A metal that can use time power with properties of vibranium. It is extremely light, durable, and powerful enough to shatter normal vibranium with fully charged power."

Shuri dropped a bomb on T'challa who lost his temper when he heard such frightening words.

Shatter*

The coffee mug on his desk fell to the ground as his eyes grew bigger with surprise. His throat felt dry as his heart beat faster because it was both good and bad news.

" Who knows this metal?"

T'challa asked with a pale face, imagining what kind of disaster this might bring to Wakanda if the world knew about it. Fortunately, Shuri wasn't a fool who would open her mouth to anyone.

" None for now. I am not foolish enough to alert the entire world. Even Eden might turn their back on us if they discover this."

T'challa nodded with a calm face, weighing the option in his mind. He knew no secret could be hidden away forever and sooner or later he would face the whole world but the question was who he should believe.

" Can we refine this metal?"

To him, the best solution was to use this metal before anyone could do so and protect it from outside with their strength like the old time.

" Unfortunately, we can't. I am still trying a way to melt this thing down but something is blocking me from melting it and I think it is related to its time ability."

T'challa rubbed his temple with stress at her words, thinking they were extremely vulnerable at this time due to the last incident and recent attacks.

" Find it faster. I will try to contact Arthur privately."

T'challa's words assured her safety since Arthur was their benefactor and close ally. Although Eden was under his command, many people had different motivations and the risk was too great.

In New York City

" You look tired, Strange."

Arthur patted Strange's shoulders as the latter washed his face with cold water. His eyes were filled with sadness and grief, knowing today would be the day when he would lose his love to someone.

" I am fine, Arthur. I just need time to relax. Maybe Edward will cook for me."

Arthur sighed at his shabby attire, smelling a hint of alcohol in his breath. The man whom he had known for a decade wouldn't drink like this, yet today he was drinking heavily.

" Don't push yourself too hard."

He said with a concerned look.
