The SSS-Ranked Sniper Assassin

Chapter 1: The World Deadliest Hitman

Saint Petersburg, Russia.

2045.

"Cheers to the glory of the Norovsky Company!" announced a stocky man dressed in a black shirt and suit.

The festive party was held at the Ruslan Family's residence, the Norovsky Company's owners. The company is engaged in the petroleum business and is the ruler of oil in Russia.

"We've really made a lot of money working with the EU," revealed another thin, glasses-wearing man, a loyal associate of Ruslan's. "They're our customers.

"They are our customers. As long as they continue to crave oil, we'll rule over them!" affirmed Ruslan, laughing out loud, realizing his company's influential position in Europe.

"I agree. Maintaining trade links like this will continue to benefit us." They toasted happily, partying with champagne in their glasses. The fair-skinned and blonde-haired ladies in call continued to pamper the guests.

All the people attending Ruslan's residence were people of importance and position; even some high-ranking Russian officials were among them.

Ruslan didn't hesitate to invite them over because Norovsky wouldn't be in charge like now if it weren't for their hands.

Elsewhere, two men were scouting towards the residence. Both were face down on the bushes of the hill, one man holding an AWM rifle while the other man focused with long-range binoculars.

"It's really disgusting. They're partying while people are starving due to climate change," complained the man with the binoculars, Lewis.

"Put that aside. We don't work for the people; we kill for the men who pay us," claimed the man with the AWM rifle, Sam.

"I'm just expressing my concerns. Those bourgeois, they're really sickening!" Lewis chimed in.

The two were not part of the soldiers guarding Ruslan's residence. Sam and Lewis were partners in crime or, as people called them, Crimson Moon.

With his long-range shooting ability through an AWM rifle, Sam never failed to meet the expectations of his paying clients. Sam's fee for eliminating someone is high due to his skills and guaranteed success.

"I don't care if they're rich or poor. If they're my target, then I must eliminate them!" stated Sam softly.

Ruslan was seen still downstairs, partying until drunk with the others. The plan for now was to kill Ruslan, CEO of Norovsky Company.

"It's time for you to lure Ruslan to his room," Sam ordered, speaking through the earphones he wore.

Sam spoke to Mishinna, the female talent he had hired to carry out an important mission, lure Ruslan into the bedroom and make love. Mishinna didn't mind as long as Sam would pay her well, Sam agreed.

From the AWM scope, Sam saw Mishinna talking to Ruslan. The woman's attractive appearance managed to seduce Ruslan, attracting the man's attention to have sex with her.

"Our female talent is walking with Ruslan to the upper floor," Lewis replied, looking through binoculars in thermal mode.

"Do you always do things like this?" asked Lewis. Sam was silent for a moment.

"Ruslan is a greedy, selfish playboy. Women will bow to him not because he has something great below him but because of his money," Sam replied.

"I'm sure his bed skills aren't much better than a dog."

Lewis chuckled at Sam's curse. The tough environment molded Sam's personality into this; rude, cruel, and cold-blooded.

The man near Sam saw Ruslan and Mishinna already entering the bedroom. Sam strengthened his shoulders and arms, placed a finger on the trigger of his rifle and focused his sights forward.

Ruslan undressed until everything fell off; Mishinna didn't move and let Ruslan's fingers open her dress. Now, the two seemed to be cuddling intimately on the bed, with Mishinna on top of Ruslan.

"It's like a woman fucking a pig," Lewis expressed.

"Sometimes, you truly speak like me."

Lewis was still staring ahead. In addition to confirming the position, Lewis was also in charge of measuring the wind speed and direction. Sam needed such a companion to keep his fixed position unchanged.

"The wind speed is stable. The wind direction is to the south," Lewis explained.

"That's more than enough."

Once everything was ready, Sam pulled the trigger and let the bullet fly through the AWM rifle he was using forward.

DOR!

The .300 magnum bullet pierced Ruslan's head, leaving a large hole and fresh blood splattering, his organs in disarray. Mishinna, who had been making out, could not hide the horror printed on her face.

"Wh-What happened?" asked Mishinna, shocked as she turned her head toward the bedroom window.

Sam narrowed his eyes, aiming his target again, not at Ruslan but at Mishinna's head. The beautiful woman was shot severely in the forehead until the bullet pierced her brain and head.

Two dead victims lay in the bedroom, covered in blood. Lewis was shocked to discover Sam had killed Mishinna.

"You killed her?" Lewis asked.

"It was better than having her alive. The police would have tortured her and leaked our identities." Sam began to rise by kneeling on the hill's ground, stretching his aching neck after going on a killing mission according to his client's wishes.

Sam reached into his vest pocket and pulled out his phone. He needed to inform Natasha of their pick-up point. Lewis was in charge of packing the AWM rifle back into its case.

"Our job is done. Can you pick us up at the appointed coordinates?" Sam asked.

"I'll go now." Natasha immediately turned off the phone call and left for the place. Sam could breathe a sigh of relief. He again recorded good results, never failing his assassination mission.

Sam looked ahead. Ruslan and Mishinna's bodies were still unnoticed by the people there. The loud music at the party downstairs made Sam's AWM rifle shots unheard.

"They continued partying without knowing the owner of the house was dead," Lewis replied, occasionally glancing in the direction of Ruslan's residence.

Lewis finished packing the AWM rifle and returning it to the black case. In the distance, the pick-up helicopter could be seen approaching the location point. The distance between the location point and Ruslan's residence was about 300 meters.

Natasha emerged from the helicopter, greeting Sam with a smile on her face. The helicopter successfully landed, Sam and Lewis went to leave the place.

After everyone boarded, the helicopter returned to the air to depart the place towards the Fanin tower.

Fanin Tower is owned by Saveliy, a telecommunications company. However, they also run a hitman business. Sam was the best talent they had.

"Mr. Bogdan will be happy to hear Ruslan is dead," Natasha revealed, busy with her tabs.

Sam nodded slowly. He picked up a bottle of scotch to enjoy after completing the mission. Sam also poured the alcohol into another glass for Lewis to enjoy.

"After this, the price of oil in Russia will definitely be unstable," Lewis stated, downing a shot quickly.

"Everything related to oil will be affected. Isn't that right?" Natasha asked Sam.

"I don't care about those things. As long as I'm rich, I won't be affected by anything."

Natasha smiled a bit at Sam's words; Lewis laughed out loud because what Sam said was entirely accurate.

On the way to Fanin Tower, the weather around the chopper suddenly worsened. A rainstorm with strong winds and rumbling lightning. The chopper pilot asked Sam and the others to hold on tight.

Sam and the others carried out the pilot's order, holding on to the metal handle while hoping the storm would pass soon. However, it got much worse.

'Damn it! I can't die now!' Sam complained to himself.

The helicopter's propeller was struck by lightning, causing the engine to shut down and lose control. The chopper fell from the sky at high speed. Natasha screamed in fear, realizing her death was imminent.

Sam tried to find a solution, but he couldn't escape by jumping from the helicopter since he wasn't wearing a parachute.

"We're going down!" declared the pilot.

The man beside Natasha chose to close his eyes and didn't want to see the moment of the helicopter's fall. A huge explosion occurred, destroying all parts of the aircraft until a huge fire was created.

Several people who heard the explosion immediately rushed to the crash site. They found the dead inside the object, burnt with limbs scattered.

However, only one survived. Suddenly, everyone there rushed to bring the man to be treated with everything they had.

"Hold on. We'll save you."
