From the beginning of training, Bang, one of the teachers at the Hero Academy, introduced Water Dragon to the very powerful flowing water punch method. This method is combined with the teachings of Silat Wijaya Kusumah and Win Chun Long Siryu, creating a powerful attack technique. Bang always said, "Every movement we make must be directed and balanced, like flowing water." Water Dragon understood how important every lesson he was taught was.

One day, when the training was at its peak, an urgent mission came from the Academy, asking Water Dragon and his friends to capture strange creatures that were disturbing the audience at the City A Cinema.
