The Greece Antagonist

Chapter 92: I Was Clearly Here First (5.3k)_3

Nearly a hundred dragon heads spat pitch-black forked tongues, licking their slightly excited and dry lips, unabashedly displaying their ghostly father's true nature.

"My dear daughter, let me consume you willingly!"

With that, Demon Ancestor Typhon opened his massive jaws without hesitation, tearing through the coastal wall's protective barrier and lunging at his own daughter.

"Roar! Roar!"

Just as Medusa was about to meet her demise in the jaws of the dragon, two dark shadows leaped over the high wall and ferociously collided with Demon Ancestor Typhon.

One bore nine giant serpent heads that spewed poison, while the other, made of bronze and iron, featured three heads—a lion, a goat, and a venomous snake.

It was none other than Hydra and the King of the Triple-Headed Monsters, Chimera.

Realizing the peril of the coastal wall, the offspring of Typhon from War God Mountain had also moved into action.

"Attack together!"

The hundred-headed dragon, Ladon, took flight, and streaks of magic light patterns emerged in front of him, a dense mesh of magic beams crisscrossing as they shot across the sea.

Snake Mother Echidna then led an assortment of Typhon's offspring including the Harpy, the Nemean lion, the Sphinx, and the Teumessian Fox, racing past Medusa to confront the Demon Ancestor.

Amongst the rising and falling roars, there was both fear and determination!

"A bunch of fools…"

Medusa watched her siblings futilely trying to challenge Demon Ancestor Typhon, letting out a slight sigh before her eyes snapped open, her purple pupils emanating a chilling cold.

It was a struggle!

"Boom!"

Enveloped by the boiling, screaming black smoke across hundreds of miles of sea, the brutal and cruel presence surged wildly—the nearly hundred black dragon heads emerging from the smoke started to dominate, converging towards the center.

"Finally, some meat comes directly to my door, good! Very good!"

Hundreds of fierce dragon heads laughed maniacally as they moved forward, crushing everything in their path.

By devouring these offspring and reclaiming their divinity and power, I'll inevitably become stronger, more perfect!

With relentless force, Medusa swung the Victory Goddess' Wand, striking at the first few dragon heads to fall.

Simultaneously, Typhon's offspring were also beginning to coordinate in rare cooperation among divine monsters.

They either engaged in physical combat with dragon heads, bombarded the skies with magic beams, or used spiritual disruptions and divine rhythms to confuse the minds of some of Typhon's heads, actually managing to stall Typhon in his tracks.

"Roar!"

But instantly, a united roar broke out, mixed between the bellowing of bulls, the roars of lions, the barking of dogs, the rumbling of thunder, and the boiling uproar of fire, all merging together, echoing far and wide.

Carrying an endless menacing power, the Storm Breath wrapped chaos and shredded both the sea and the sky.

For a moment, the harpies gliding in the sky couldn't even get close before being swept away by the gust of wind, their screams filling the air as their wings broke.

Chimera and the Nemean lion, both adept at close combat, leaped onto the back of the hundred-headed dragon, desperately tearing and scratching.

However, the dragon's body, endowed with both terrestrial and abyssal attributes, was astonishingly defensive, their bites hardly making any impact, mostly just sparking off flecks of fire.

Moreover, this Demon Ancestor possessed a remarkable immortality, with the few bloodstains left by the desperate Typhon offspring quickly healing as if they'd never been.

Besides, Typhon, born from the Abyss, had an extraordinary resistance to magic.

The magic and control efforts from Ladon, Sphinx, and Snake Mother were directly dispersed into nothingness, failing to achieve their intended effects.

Thus, merely alongside the sweeping Storm Breath, Typhon's offspring were flung away one by one, breaking bones and spitting blood amidst their wails.

Athena, Themis, and Hestia tried to step forward and stop it reasonably, but one was exhausted from a long fight, another had just woken up, and another had given away her divinity to others.

Thus, as Typhon merely turned half his head to besiege them, they were too overwhelmed to escape.

"Come, my bloodline, my offspring, join me here and rule this world together! This is your honor!"

Typhon laughed sinisterly, his Storm Breath driving the flames spreading around, the coast began to crack, and the walls began to melt as heads mercilessly lunged at the fallen Typhon's offspring.

Medusa clenched her silver teeth, shielded at the front, desperately protecting her siblings, mother, and the citadel behind her.

The purple-red divine light dwindled like a candle in the wind under the onslaught of the storm and the poisonous flames, fading away, ever fainter...

Until a spear, like a comet and shaped like a dead branch, tore through the dense black fog and pierced the sky.

"Boom!"

The burning spearhead pierced Typhon's chest and immediately took root to grow, consuming the Demon Ancestor's flesh and transforming into a massive palm tree piercing heaven and earth.

"Ahh!"

Typhon released a ghastly scream, frantically tearing off his withered flesh and abandoning half of his body, diving into the deep sea.

And the uncontrolled Sea Beasts also receded like the tide, flowing back to their old lair in the Sea of Chaos.

The dark clouds dissipated, and sunlight broke through.

On the battered coastal battlefield, a new sprout of life stretched out its dense foliage, scattering lush greenery on the survivors of the catastrophe.

A figure with golden wings landed in front of the coastal wall and stretched out a hand with a sincere and warm smile to the unstable Medusa.

"Well done."

"Luo En!"

Medusa's nostrils flared, and she plunged into Luo En's arms, greedily inhaling the comforting and peaceful scent.

Hestia, also diving from the skies, stopped mid-step, visibly annoyed.

Didn't I just wake up? Shouldn't it be my turn first?

Seemingly sensing the grievance of the rightful consort, Luo En patted Medusa's back gently while quietly communicating with Hestia through his moving lips.

"Wait for tonight..."

With that silent reply, Hestia's wrath turned to delight, and she slowed her pace, joining Athena and Themis who had also landed in front of the wall.

Meanwhile, a throng of gods and heroes from Olympus, who had participated in the battle of Thessaly, also arrived at the scene as streaks of light, almost all injured.

Clearly, although they had successfully repelled the Giant Spirit Clan, they had paid a significant price.

This included Luo En himself.

In order to support the coastal wall as quickly as possible, he had reluctantly activated the eleventh incarnation of the Phoenix's resurrection authority, sacrificing a life to take down Kronos.

This power had a rather lengthy cooldown period and once activated, couldn't be used again for at least three months.

And this card was actually meant to be a precaution against Zeus.

Luo En narrowed his eyes slightly, glanced at the vast metal debris floating on the sea, then turned to look at the approaching deities, and spoke solemnly.

"Gentlemen, it seems we need to discuss the matter of this divine war on War God Mountain..."

The gods and heroes nodded in agreement, their eyes sequentially sweeping over the hidden Mount Olympus among the stars, casting a deep shadow.
