The last thing Lyrium remember was the sound of the notification of the status window. And now just then, he was standing on place that was completely ruin.

Maybe.....a city?

"Where the shit am i now?" Lyrium cursed as he can't do anything just watching the ruin terrain standing there alone.

He died due to the Lungs cancer he suddenly got and Transmigrated into one if his most favourite novel he read, again, he was in sone kind of unknown and unfamiliar place

He really is clueless right now.

"A city, huh." Lyiurm started walking, checking the unfamiliar olace he was in.

The city he was in right now was completely destroyed and ruin, it was his first time seeing the ruined city yet, the city, the place feels to familiar to him.

It was like, he has already been there,

No, it was like, he already knows the city, he already knows every part of the place. His mind even considered it as his own town.

His place, his home, his own city, and, his own home town. It was familiar to him yet, at the same time it was different.

As he roamed arount the ruined and vast city to check what was going on, he reach a certain place.

The air was thick and cold around the park, the atmosphere was tense and heavy. The park was filled with ruins, dust, broken concrete plates and it was deserted.

The city looks like a city from some kind of those zombie apocalypse movie. The only difference was that, there wasn't any zombies but, only silence, that filledd everywhere.

Just then,

'Bam!'

A certain body came flying and passes through his own and crash down at the bench that was lying on the deserted ground.

Behind the body was standing a certain....

Humanoid Beast?!

Lyrium's gaze shifted from the boy that was lying on the ground to the humanoid beast that was standing behind the fallen body, the boy.

The beast was standing at two feet which made him a humanoid, and, the appearance the beast was residing was that of a male.

The two horns that was fixed in his forehead and the red hair that looks almost like a stream of blood. His blue iris and the red pupil of his eyes were staring at the boy who was struggling to get up.

Second passes as well as minutes, after observing the boy who was barely standing on his two legs, the beast finally open his mouth,

"Are you going to lose again like the last time? After all the efforts you've been through, after seeing everyone you love and you eembrace die in front of you? You, who was just a tool for 'Him' to get adapt and evolve..." The beast mouth moves as continues saying towards the boy in a mocking tone,

"....You, who doesn't even belong in this world. You, was just an Anomaly trying to take 'His' place.... isn't that right....?"

"Lyrium.....Lyrium Blackwood...aka the cosmic ruler...or.....should i....call you....Kenny Hagane?"

The last 14 words that came out from the beast mouth shook Lyrium's whole body as he saw the interaction between the beast and the boy who was still standing on the ground, his body was trembing, not from fear...but, from the last 2 words of the beast.

After all....

Kenny Hagane....It was the name of the person who transmigrated into an alternate earth after being sick to dead from the Lung cancer.

Yess, it was Lyrium's former name, his name in his previous and original world.

As he was going to step forward, the sky cracks open, the space started to distort and his body started to disintegrate purple particles that was opening on his body.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, wait, wait, what is happening.....how did that beast know my name? and why did he call me a cosmic ruler? what is the meaning of that title? also how did he know my previous name?.....i have so many fucking questions to asked...shit...!!"

Lyrium can't do anything but cused as he completely disintegrate into purple particles with the world destroyes into nothingness.

Lyrium was sleeping on a bed with sweats that was forming on bis face as his bdoy trembled and his shot wide open and yelled "Shit!!.."

He exclaimed as he remembers how he remembers how his body disintegrate into nothingness from that random ruin city.

But...

The thing that caught hus eyes was the room. One moment he was standing in some kind of random city meeting scary humanoid beast and now be was in a white room.

After witnessing his surroundings, only kne thing came to his mind, That was..

"Was i dreaming?" He was in a state of confusion as he placed his finger on his chinned.

"But....that was to real...how can that be a dream? and also that beast, i think i saw him somewhere?"

"No....i think i read about him somewhere....the physic....the hair colour....and the eyes that looks like.....right...!!It was the last boss of the path if the elemental sage, the last antagonist, the king of co-"

Lyrium's words were cut off when he heard a voice from the door,

"I see you've woken up after a long slumber kid..."

Yet again, it was Victor, the owner of the skill store of the Black Market, the future assistant of the main protagonist.

'Victor? what is he doing he- wait' Lyrium's thought were cut off when he suddenly remembers all of the thing that has happend so far.

'Right....i was fighting one of the Black Marksm- no, i killed one of the Black Marksman using that skill i guess, but, i dont remember anything killing that guy. And after the skill hot deactivated....the backlashes cane and....right.'

Vicotr came forwards and stood in front of Lyrium who was loss in his thoughts to check his health as he gently grabbed Lyrium's shoulder which caught him offguard but Lyrium didn't flinch and didn't resist as he let him check hie body since he doesn't want to take any risk.

"Your body has returned to its normal state....there is no sign of mana fluctuation anymore, your mana is becoming normal, your body state is becoming normal which is good" Victor said as he stared st Lyrium wh was still somewhat confused.

Victor, he was a man who can catch things easliy by just looking at someones face. He was a master of reading people.

To cleared the confusion of Lyrium, Victor started explaining everything to him.

"Well, after i finished dealing with those unknown black clothes people, i rushed towardss the store only to find you lying there with a headless guy who was wearing the same cloths as the black clothes people on the ground." Victor continues with his explanation in which Lyrium stared at him, listening the explainstion carefully.

"So, basically, i bring you here, on the store wardroom to heal your injuries, which i've now completed."

But....

How did Victor who was barely holding against those people succeeded in defeating them?

It was simple, due to his Null element, which was broken in every way. Although he doesn't have a perfect sword art, his Null Element was capable of Destroying even an entire planet in a blink off an eye if the users mastered its level to the maxed.

"Thank you for healing me, Mr Victor..." Lyrium said as be bow down his headd slightly in respect in which victor just shrugged it off.

"Oh right kid, are you a freshman in deviants academy? Since you dont have a wristband...?If so there is only 5 days left for the new session since you've already wasted your 1 week by sleeping" Vicotr said as he moves towards the exit door to exit the room.

'I was fucking asleep for 1 week, but i only roamed 1 hour in that ruined place'

'Right....time dilation, fuck!!..'

Lyrium cant do anything just cursed at the sudden information he got. Time dilation...

Where time works differently, like lets think i am on another planet where a day is made of twice the hour of day on earth, if i spend 4 days on the planet and returned on earth, only 2 days would passed on earth.

Its simple, time flows differently...right?..

But Still, it was good that 5 dyas were still left for the New session to get started.

Lyrium after a minute of silence and calming down from all of the things, he said a certain words on his mind.

His gaze remains at his stats that was exactly the same like the last time he saw it, the only difference was his skill.

"1 week has passed huh..By now, that cheater protagonist bastard has alreday surpassed me, since the system will be giving him quest daily"

The protagonist can just surpassed Lyrium anytime usjng his system. But for those who doesn't have a system, they solely rely on physical training to breakthrough to the next rank.

Even though, Lyrium's sage limit had been broken, it doesn't mean he would become Stronger like that caped baldy from one of those famous show who suddenly becomes stronger.

No, it doesn't work like that. Yeah, if it was his Human strength and mental limit, then it could've been happen, but

there was no guarantee. Also, it was his sage limit that was broken, not his human body limits.

Sage strength was a kind of strength that came directly from the mana pool, meanwhile, there was the human strength that is originally withing human bodies.

Upon breaking ones human limit, an individual is breaking his human capabilities which in result can even make the person powerfull but, there was a low chance of making it happen.

And there was the sage limit. It's like breaking the mana capacity of a certain body which make his or her mana more unsecured and led to damages, if the body can't handle it.

Upon breaking a sage limit, you are breaking your talent limit which if work hard and fight or dealt an opponents who are far more stonger than you, than you will also adapt and evolve after every fights making your body stronger fight by fight.

Plus, you can just train hard if you want to become stronger but...the most important thing is the battle experience,

The EXP.

Also one of the advantages we get after breaking the sage limit is that, upon getting damage or fatal injury on the cell, it will adapt into a stronger one during its healing process.

In simple, breaking a sage limit can make a certain body stronger faster than any other people.

Now, there was only 5 days left for the main story to start and Lyrium has one thing yet to acquired...

Putting aside the dream he just dream off for the time being, there was a certain important thing he has to get..
