The demon kings journey

"New world!" All three suddenly exclaimed.

"Wait, lets relax first. If we're really in a new world we need to get information about this place first." Dimitri said, trying to calm the other two.

'The current world, Caste, is a world filled with magic, where heroes and demons live. The strongest being currently is the demon king Azas.'

"What, so are we tasked to defeat the demon king before we can go home." Dimitri asked suspiciously.

'No, the one who should defeat the demon king was summoned to the imperial kingdom, Kastal.' 

"Then what are we here for." Dylan suddenly chimed in.

'Don't know.'

"Can we go home then." Charlotte asked.

'Yes...'

"Yeah, lets ..." Dylan was suddenly cut off by the next piece of information.

'In 10000 years.'

"What, we'll long be dead by then." Dimitri screamed.

'Oh right, I should probably show you your skills.'

"What skills." 

Before they could question further a panel appeared before their eyes.

'This is all the elements you control, plus any additional skills and as you can see one skill is immortality meaning you will never die of old age.'

[Skills: Immortality, Mind control, Death invoker, Elementalist.]

[Elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, lightning, Light, Dark, Time, Space and Death.]

As Dimitri looked at his skills he could only think of one thing

'Isn't this too op.'

He then looked at the other two and saw they owned the same skills, except one, the element of Death and the death invoker skill.

"Why am I the only one who owns the Death element?"

'Don't know'

"Do you know anything useful."

"Doesn't matter, aren't we a bit too strong?" Devon asked.

'Probably, but it doesn't concern me.'

"So, what should we do?" Charlotte asked.

'Whatever you want. Bye now'

"Huh? Is he just gone?" Devon asked.

"Looks like it." Dimitri answered.

"So, what should we do?" Charlotte asked again.

"Let's explore for now." Dimitri answered casually.

"Just explore?" 

"Well, we have to wait 10000 years, so what else can we do?" Dimitri said again.

"Screech"

Just then they heard a horrible sound behind them, and as they turned around, they saw the sky covered with huge, ugly monster like birds.

"What should we do?" Charlotte asked tremblingly.

"We can't run; they've already seen us." Devon said.

"Let's fight. I'll start with a fire spell and then you 2 back me up." Dimitri said.

Dimitri then closed his eyes and thought of a fire spell to use.

'The easiest to understand is a fire ball.'

Dimitri then summoned a fire ball and threw it at the birds. However, the moment it hit the birds, it exploded, and the fire covered the entire sky, killing all the birds instantly.

"I didn't think it would be so powerful." Dimitri said.

"Didn't think it would be so powerful! You burned the entire fucking forest to ashes." Devon snapped.

Dimitri then looked around, and as far as the eye could see, only ash remained.

"It's not my fault; how should I have known I was this powerful, that voice didn't say anything about how strong we actually are." Dimitri responded.

"Does it really matter now that it's already done."

"Yes, it does." This time it was Charlotte who responded.

She then clasped her hands together and with one thought the ash slowly turned back into a forest, and this one looked even better than when it was burned to ashes.

"You can already turn everything back to a forest? You're amazing." Dimitri asked stunned.

"I just thought of everything turning back to a forest and it just happened." Charlotte replied shyly.

"Well, let's go." Dimitri said and started walking.

"Where to?" Devon asked.

"The forest."

"Why the forest?" Devon asked.

"Where else should we go?"

"You got a point there."

"Charlotte, are you following us or not." 

"I've got nothing else to do, so yeah, guess so." she responded.

And so, the three of them entered the forest, ready for their new life.
