Chapter 5: Malfoy Is Stunned – Isn't This Habit Like Killing a Child?
"Kyle, is this your Restoration Charm?" asked Little Lolita Hermione, sitting on the roofless, wind-blown Hogwarts Express, unable to recover for a long time. "Are you sure it's a 'repair spell' and not a 'destroy spell?'"
"Of course not!" Kyle maintained his "master" persona, saying, "Isn't this a Destruction Curse specially used to demonstrate my level of repairing spells?" He wanted to show off his real healing spell but was blocked, so he dismissed the situation.
"Oh, so it's really a breaking spell..." Hermione sighed in relief. If the real "healing spell" were like this, the magic world would be terrifying. Who could withstand such a spiral ascension to heaven?
"But why haven't I seen it in the textbook?" she wondered.
"Textbook?" Kyle looked surprised. "Should someone really learn magic from the textbook? Aren't you all from wizarding families?" He summed it up, explaining that to earn emotions, one needs perseverance, indomitability, unrestrained behavior, and a lack of limits. The methods are detailed into subjects such as intimidation and crime.
"I...I'm not..." Hermione was confused. What did this have to do with wizarding families?
"No wonder," Kyle said, "if you were from a wizard family, you'd have received preschool education. Like Muggles, I know a bit about them. Ordinary families indulge children in fun, while aristocratic Muggles provide elite education, with best teachers and full courses. Wizarding families do the same."
Several little wizards in the carriage were dumbfounded. "You mean?" Hermione looked incredulous. "I've been an excellent student since childhood and fear failing exams. I previewed courses before school started and even memorized a lot of textbooks. But...?"
"Yes, Hogwarts textbooks are for Muggle-born children. Real wizarding families provide elite education from early on. Knowing the Lihen Bookstore in Diagon Alley, you memorize almost half the books there. Those more powerful will know advanced spells like the Patronus Charm before school," Kyle said seriously, without batting an eyelid. As if making a joke, he never blinked when telling tall tales.
Harry Potter quickly looked at Ronald to confirm Kyle's claim. Ronald, from a wizarding family, was also stunned. "Wait, no, why did I..."
Ronald wanted to speak in defense, but he couldn't say anything before he finished talking. At this moment, Ronald thought of his family, his older brothers. Bill is the Head Boy! Charlie is the captain of the Quidditch team! Now Percy is a prefect! Fred and George have top grades despite being known to be mischievous at school! Alchemy has been recognized by many professors. It immediately makes sense why they are so good. It turns out that children born in wizarding families receive various preschool education since childhood.
As for why Ronald didn't receive this kind of education, he, who felt that he was the least valued at home since he was a child, suddenly thought of his younger sister "Ginny Weasley," who was born only one year later than him. Case solved! It must be that his parents have been busy educating Ginny all the time and just abandoned him.
So did Malfoy. Let's not talk about his two followers, Crabbe and Goyle, whose brains are not much stronger than trolls! Every time the pure-blood families get together, those Hogwarts students act like elites! And Pansy always brags to herself about the magic she has learned every time she meets her.
At first, Malfoy thought he was really bragging. The more Malfoy thought about it, the colder he became. It seems there are still a few times when his father wants to teach him some family magic knowledge. Because he is playful, he refuses to learn. Damn it! Why didn't he know how to hold on? Just let him be playful because he is playful? Isn't this habit like killing a child?
For a moment, a cloud enveloped the entire carriage.
Kyle quietly harvested three golden treasure chests! "I think we should ask the seniors!" In the end, it was Hermione who managed to calm herself down. She was determined to investigate this matter. She didn't expect that Hogwarts school would directly become the tail of the crane! "We can go to George and Fred, they must know what's going on here," Ronald suggested. "Then what are you waiting for, let's go. I don't want to be the last one," Hermione and Ronald immediately agreed. Even Malfoy gritted his teeth and followed.
