"Urgh I felt very irritated,kung Pao chicken seriously,I can't even cook .I walked out of the room and headed straight to the kitchen to tell the family chef what I wanted him to prepare.

"Mr Rogers are you busy ?"

"Of course not miss ,what would you like me to prepare for you "?

Mr Rogers is a patient man ,loving and caring I actually see more of my grandfather in him ,may his soul continue to rest in peace he was a lovely granddad .

"I would like you to prepare kung Pao chicken for me "I said with a stern look .

" but miss you do not love Chinese food that much ,or you want to give it to someone else,?"Mr Rogers asked with a worried look.

"Ha ha it's for me I'm just in a good mood today ( ofcourse I was lying am having the worst time of my life and I hate Chinese food) .

" Okay miss let me get to it ,

" thank you so much Mr Rogers,you are the best "..I said as I turned to return to my room then I thought of the stupid voice in my room ,I eventually stopped in my tracks ,

" How about I give you a hand Mr Rogers,I have nothing to do right now ," I said with a million dollar smile.

" really,we all know you hate the kitchen,but if you want to help then who am I to say no .grab an apron ." Mr Rogers said with a smile

I wore the apron and started helping out , cooking is very hard am just used to eating .am really spoilt I suddenly feel guilty for not making an effort.

" Miss do you prefer rice vinegar or sherry vinegar.

" just put any "..I said I was already feeling tired .

""I hate sherry vinegar"!,I was startled,the voice is following me around.i looked at Mr Rogers he was busy with his cooking, meaning am the only one who hears it .

Urgh ,you don't decide this is my home ,what we cook is what you eat ,I call the shots .I said inwardly.)

(Mind how you talk to me,you better tell the chef to put the correct one ,you won't like it wen I get angry ") the voice said with so much authority.

"Erm Mr Rogers don't put the sherry vinegar,I just remembered I don't love it .

"You sure miss cause you love it ,he asked with concerned eyes .

" yes am sure .

What do you want from me,why did you choose me ,I can't do this ...I said inwardly)

I want you to help me ,to set me free .I just want my life back ,this curse... I want it to be lifted ,am just suffering for nothing,I did nothing wrong and now they involve me in their sorcery issues.".. the voice said

For a moment there I felt sorry for it ,it must be hard to feel suffocated .

"Miss your food is ready.you seem to be thinking about a lot,eat up ..." He dished for me the food looked appetizing.

(This food is too little tell him to give you the whole pot ,I haven't ate anything in ages ..the voice said)

Honestly I choked 😖,

"Erm ahh ... Mr Rogers please give me the whole pot ,..."I was really embarrassed

"Huh ? He was shocked." Okay no problem miss you can have it .

" Please take your share first,I know how much your daughter loves Chinese food.

" no problem miss I will cook some at home " he hesitated

" I insist please ,"

" thank you,"

" No need to thank me I should be the one thanking you .I said

"Like wise ,if thas then I guess I'm done for today ,...

"Yes yes ofcourse you may go and enjoy the weekend ,( I also needed space to face my inner demon.

The moment Mr Rogers left I just felt a strong force making me grab the pot and eating directly from it at a very fast pace .and what shocked me is that I could feel that I was eating but it was not going in my stomach.this is witchcraft at its best I shivered .

And in no time all the pot was now clean,..

"Haa honestly I don't care who or what you are but you just cant come into my life and disturb my peace,scare and control me .and now you are finishing our groceries.what do you want me to do." I was really frustrated

"I just need you to help me ,once am free I will revenge on my own and you won't be stuck with me,I promise . ,this time it spoke in a soft manner.

"Urgh ...where do we start ? I asked

" I need book of your school's history.

" And where am I supposed to get it ,my friends and i only have a few parts of it ."

" that's a start ,I want to know how I got here and how I'm going save myself.

" I just want my life back ,I don't want to be a  soulmate to a bracelet,it's just to dumb to process urgh "I rolled my eyes.

" or you are just afraid of falling in love with me in the process,..

My cheeks felt hot ,I chuckled," falling in love is overrated,am not interested in anything that has to do with love" .I said with a stern expression.

"Err no one ,it's just a song .how was your day.?

" are you okay,you never ask about my day .".she came straight to me and touched my forehead,"you not sick ,are you sure you are okay " my mom asked.

Wow I just felt guilty am such a bad daughter ,I never ask my parents how their day was ,

"Mom I was just asking I said as I put the dishes in the sink .

And in the evening my dad ordered pizza and we watched a movie together.it felt nice , although the silly voice kept saying the movie was boring,it preferred really violet movies 🙄

I even slept peacefully though I could feel a certain presence in my room which made me feel at peace...
