Star Wars: CT-0292 Vaughn

I couldn't help but smile as I got off the transport ship. 

After travelling to the records room, which held the records of each slave, I quickly found the details of whereas Obi-Wan and Rex had been sent, the Kadavo System.

And after a quick chat with the Queen, detailing my hate for how the Jedi treated me, and how well they treated their slaves, I asked for a repositioning to the Kadavo System, which was agreed to after a few words. 

The Queen was truly generous. 

It was sun-down, and as such the slaves were about to head to sleep, so with that. After giving my papers to the prison-owner, or camp-owner, I was put on duty and I used that authority to approach the prisoners. 

I walked amongst the slaves, my rifle in hand as I looked for the bed of the 2 men whom stood out, and I quickly found it.

Rex had gone to sleep, while Obi-Wan had just gotten onto the top-bunk, and he was about to go to sleep, almost all the other slaves had already fallen asleep, as they usually did according to the reports.

I approached Kenobi´s bunk, lightly tapping his back, which was facing Rex, whom was sleeping behind me. 

"Wakey, wakey, general." I whispered, and Obi-Wan turned around, and faced me, with suprise. Likely recognising the voice of a clone. 

"Oh, you have no idea how glad I am to see you, Vaughn." He said, his face visibly more relaxed than before. 

"Well, a lot has happened, indeed." I told Kenobi and he nodded. 

At the same time, Rex woke up due to the voices, and turned around to face me as well.

"Vaughn? What are you doing here?" Rex asked. 

"I knew you had lost the second you were brought onto the arena, general. So I didn´t join in the attack, and I now serve in the Zygerrian Slaver Guards." I said, and they both looked at me astonishingly.

"Either way, General Skywalker serves as the Queens Bodyguard, she's using the threat of your safety to keep him loyal." I said, and Kenobi chuckled.

"He cares more for us, than everyone else." He said with a smile, and I nodded.

"But I'm sure he´ll break away, soon after. But I´ll continue to serve as a guard, and help where I can, alright?" I said, and both nodded.

And with that, I turned around and walked off.

The next morning, I was surprisingly brought to the Head Jailers Command Centre, my mandate was to guard him under the meeting with Obi-Wan and Rex. 

And I did, standing by the door as the 2 men were brought in, both of them spotted me, but quickly looked away. 

They were brought to kneel infront of the fat Zygerrian on his flying chair, and he spoke. 

"Someone wishes to speak with you." He said, before flying to the side, and the Holographic projection of Count Dooku appeared. 

"Obi-Wan Kenobi, in chains once again, I see." The Count spoke up.

"Count Dooku, still afraid to get your hands dirty, I see." Obi-Wan responded.

"I would gladly make an exception in your case, my friend. I wanted to say a proper farewell, before Keeper Agruss puts you to death." Count Dooku said, and the fat Zygerrian was rubbing his hands, like a true villain.

But everyone was brought towards one of the screens, as it showed an unscheduled landing.

"Keeper, the slave ship Tacora is making an unscheduled landing on platform two-four." One of the Zygerrian Guards said.

"Skywalker...." Count Dooku said.

"Blast them to bits!" The Keeper exclaimed.

However, they of course missed, and Anakin got to the entrance.

"Kenobi, tell young Skywalker, if he does not surrender. The slaves will be terminated in his name." Count Dooku said, and Obi-Wan complied, and began talking to Skywalker.

At the same time, I checked our situation.

There were me and 2 guards by the door, another 2 behind Rex and Obi-Wan, and lastly we had 4 by the various control screens. 

I heard "Who said I was alone?" from Anakin, and the next second, the entire building began shaking. 

And I knew that was my que. 

I turned my weapon around, shooting the guard beside me with my right hand, he was standing at the other side of the entrance, and the third stood between us, slightly forward. 

I spun around, before slamming my weapon into the thirds head, sending him flying away.

Obi-Wan and Rex was fighting the 2 Zygerrains with electro-staffs, so I turned towards the 4 men at the command-pads, and began shooting.

8 shots rang out, 7 hit their marks, leaving 4 dead bodies. I had long been an excellent marksman in medium range, even against moving targets. And when they sat still, it was even easier. 

However, I couldn't stop the Keeper from activating the slaver-holding.

About 250 or so slaves were currently in a room, which had a moveable floor, and when It went entirely in, the slaves would fall into the pit under the building. 

And the walls were electrified, so they had no escape there. 

The keeper got back in his chair and was spinning around happily while laughing.

"Hahaha, there's nothing you can do now, Jedi." He said with a laugh, but I had enough already. 

"Shut up, fatass." I said, before shooting him 3 times, deactivating the chair and him at the same time, and he fell straight down.

Instead of into the controls as he did in the original, which would cause the entire base to fall together.

However, I barely turned around as the door opened, and I was shot at, it was a single Zygerrian with a blaster, and another with an electric-staff.

The electric-staff guy engaged Rex, while I jumped out of his laser, rolling on the ground before turning around, and shooting a single shot.

I missed my mark, but I still hit his weapon disabling it.

As I got up, he was already on me, sending a punch towards my head, which I grabbed, using his momentum to spin 180 degrees and redirect him forward, sending him past me.

Which gave me enough time to get a proper defense up, as he turned around to face me again. 

He threw a weak right hook, which I easily dodged by simply moving my head, before slamming my own right fist into his stomach, lifting him from the ground slightly. However, I didn´t give him a chance to recover at my left elbow smashed into his face, sending him staggering back.

And before he could respond, I grabbed the Zygerrian Blaster Rifle and shot him 3 times, all of whom hit as he was less than a meter away. 

I turned back towards Kenobi and Rex, to see them having dealt with their opponents as well. 

"Let's get out of here." Obi-Wan said as he began running, Rex and I followed him.
