Chapter 8: General
Yamcha glanced at the system notification, anticipation building as he awaited his rewards. "So, Cultivation System," he muttered with a slight smirk, "what's my reward?"
The system's familiar text appeared in front of him.
[Mission Rewards:

Demon Essence (Consumable): Increases cultivation potential by a small margin
Skill Upgrade: Wolf Fang Fist (Enhanced) - New Special Move unlocked: 'Wolf Fang Gale Strike'

Yamcha's eyes widened as he read through the rewards. "Not bad! This Demon Essence could give me a serious boost," he thought aloud, already imagining how these upgrades might improve his chances in future battles.
He focused on the newly unlocked move in particular. 'Wolf Fang Gale Strike' caught his attention, and he quickly checked its description.
[Wolf Fang Gale Strike: An advanced version of Wolf Fang Fist that infuses ki into each strike, creating shockwaves that knock back opponents. Effective for crowd control and dealing with multiple enemies at once.]
"Now this is going to be useful," he murmured, clenching his fist in excitement. With this new move and the cultivation boosts, he felt more ready than ever for whatever challenges lay ahead.
"oh what is this the loser lost"
Everyone looked up too see someone flying, he looked less humans then the other demon, almost aliens, he has sickly green skin, with that of red eyes and a black armour, this was Ginger one of Garlic Jr top tear hench men
Ginger looked at the Z fight. "No matter, this doesn't hender how Demon lord Garlic Jr at all, he has reach the 5th stage of Demon Cultivation, and once he co-"
He was cut of as punched send him flying, all the Z fighter saw who did as it was Yamche
The Z fighters stared in shock as Ginger went flying through the air, crashing into a nearby boulder and leaving a sizable dent. Dust filled the air, but through it, Yamcha stood there, brushing off his fist like it was nothing.
"What? He was just floating there, looking all smug," Yamcha said, shrugging casually.
Goku chuckled, giving Yamcha an approving nod. "Nice punch, Yamcha! Looks like all that training is paying off!"
Krillin grinned. "Didn't even give him a chance to finish his speech! Classic move, Yamcha."
As the dust settled, Ginger staggered to his feet, his sickly green skin bruised and a look of pure rage on his face. "You… insolent humans! How dare you! Garlic Jr. will make you suffer for this humiliation!" He snarled, raising his hand to gather a dark, swirling energy around his palm.
Yamcha smirked, unfazed. "Oh yeah? Let him try. I'm not the same guy I used to be." He took a fighting stance, ready for whatever Ginger had in store.
Ginger launched himself at Yamcha, firing a series of energy blasts in rapid succession. Yamcha dodged each one, weaving through the attacks with newfound agility, surprising even himself with how quick he felt.
"Alright, Yamcha!" Tien cheered, impressed by his friend's speed and skill.
Ginger's frustration was evident as he powered up, unleashing a wave of dark energy. But Yamcha held his ground, his confidence unwavering.
Yamcha grinned, looking back at his friends. "Guess it's time to send him back to where he came from."
With a burst of ki, Yamcha launched himself forward, landing a solid punch to Ginger's gut, sending him sprawling again. The Z fighters watched in amazement as Yamcha effortlessly handled one of Garlic Jr.'s top henchmen, showing that he wasn't someone to be underestimated.
Tien just looked at all the Z fighter. "I now we haven't been in contact for a while but how the hell did Yamcha get so strong".
Goku looked at him and then spoke. "He started to do Something called Cultivation"
Tien raised an eyebrow, surprised. "Cultivation? That sounds like something from my homeland. A path of spiritual and physical refinement... but I never thought Yamcha would be into it."
Goku nodded, looking at Yamcha with admiration. "Yeah, he's been training hard. I didn't know what it was at first, but whatever he's doing, it's working."
Krillin chimed in, crossing his arms. "It's like he's unlocked a whole new level. I mean, he took down Ginger like it was nothing."
Yamcha, hearing the conversation, walked over with a smirk. "You guys really didn't think I'd be slacking off, did you? I wanted to find my own path, something that would give me an edge."
Tien nodded thoughtfully. "Cultivation can be a powerful tool if done right. The training we did together before, that was just the beginning of what's possible."
Yamcha grinned. "Well, there's still a lot I don't know, but it's helping me get stronger. And if it means keeping up with you guys—and taking down guys like Ginger—then it's worth it."
As he spoke, the group felt a sudden surge of energy in the distance, a dark, oppressive ki radiating from the horizon.
Goku's expression grew serious. "Looks like we'll need that strength. If Garlic Jr. is as powerful as Ginger claims, this fight is far from over."
Yamcha clenched his fists, feeling a rush of excitement and resolve. "Bring it on. We're ready."
The group started to fly where the Ki, was ass they did they saw Piccolo, as everyone looked at him
Piccolo looked at them. "Don't look at Me, I am here trying to stop they demon no one takes over this planet other then me"
Goku just gave him a grine. "Thank do joing us Buddy"
Piccolo just sighed. "Yeah yeah what every"
The group of four arrived infort of a floating castle in the sky, as Yamcha just looked at it
Yamcha just spoke. "Does he think his self to be an anime villain"
Yamcha tryed not to laugh at the irony, here he was reborn in name, talking about someone being an anime villain, as he spoke again
"Do you think he compensating for something".
Goku laughed, completely missing the irony. "Maybe! I mean, look at that place. It's got that classic evil lair vibe."
Piccolo crossed his arms, clearly unimpressed. "Focus, guys. We have a job to do. This isn't some joke."
Yamcha shrugged, still grinning. "Come on, Piccolo. Lighten up! You have to admit, the theatrics are a bit much."
Krillin looked at the castle with wide eyes. "Do you think they have traps? Or maybe a dramatic throne room where Garlic Jr. is waiting for us?"
Tien shook his head. "Whatever the case, we need to be prepared. If Garlic Jr. is really as strong as Ginger claimed, we can't underestimate him."
As they approached the castle, the atmosphere grew heavier, the air thick with malevolence. Yamcha felt a chill run down his spine.
"Alright, let's do this," he said, his playful tone fading as he steeled himself for the upcoming battle. "We take him down together. No more holding back."
Piccolo nodded, his demeanor shifting to that of a determined warrior. "Agreed. We'll show him that he's not the only one who can put on a show."
As they landed at the castle's entrance, the heavy doors creaked open, revealing a dimly lit corridor lined with eerie decorations.
Yamcha took a deep breath, his heart pounding with adrenaline. "Alright, team. Ready or not, here we go."
Yamach them looked at everyone. "Let's go".
They had flied up as they released that this place was very big, they split of Tien Shinham and Krillin when there own ways and Piccolos and Goku to the left, as Yamcha when to straight, after walking for a while he stopped as he looked at a door
As he kicked opned the door as he was ready for a fight, he looked around and found a whole table and walls with shelves with a lot of things
Yamcha looked around as he spoke. "Is this what I think it is"
[ Yes, it looks this whole room is full of Cultivation items ]
Yamcha smirked. "Alright time to take all of them"
As he then started to everything, starting with the pills, then ending the flowers and scripter, he put all in the inventory of his Cultivation system.
Yamcha smirked as he then relished. "Did I just do something similar to a Cultivation Novel protagonist"
[ Yeah pretty much host ]
Yamcha chuckled to himself as he rummaged through the treasures of the room. "I can't believe I'm actually doing this. Just like those protagonists who stumble into a treasure trove of cultivation goodies!"
[ It appears you have found a rich source of resources to aid in your growth, host. ]
He nodded, excitement bubbling inside him. "Imagine what these pills and herbs can do for my cultivation! If I play my cards right, I could really catch up to Goku and maybe even surpass him."
After stuffing his inventory full, Yamcha turned to examine the shelves more closely, noticing an ornate scroll that caught his eye. He reached out and unfurled it, revealing intricate designs and symbols that hinted at powerful techniques.
"Now this... this could be useful." He quickly added it to his inventory as well, feeling like he was truly becoming the protagonist of his own story.
Just as he was about to leave, a noise echoed from the other side of the door he had kicked open. Yamcha tensed, his senses heightened. "Looks like I'm not alone," he muttered, peeking through the door.
His heart raced as he saw a couple of lesser demons entering the room, talking amongst themselves.
"Hey, did you hear about Ginger getting knocked out? Garlic Jr. is not going to be happy!" one demon said.
Yamcha smirked, remembering how easily he had dispatched Ginger. "Sounds like my reputation is already spreading," he whispered, preparing himself for a surprise attack.
With a quick rush of adrenaline, he launched himself at the demons, fists flying as he shouted, "Looks like you've stumbled into the wrong room!"
The demons barely had time to react before Yamcha engaged them, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks, empowered by the cultivation items he had just acquired.
As he fought, he thought to himself, This is what I was meant for. No more hiding in the shadows—I'm going to be the hero of this story!
Yamcha darted forward, his fists blurring with speed as he engaged the lesser demons. They stumbled back in shock, unprepared for the ferocity of his assault.
"Get him!" one demon yelled, trying to rally the others.
Yamcha smirked, relishing the challenge. "You're going to need more than numbers to take me down!" He launched into a series of fluid kicks, each one connecting with precise accuracy. The demons, caught off guard by his strength and agility, began to panic.
One demon, a bit bulkier than the rest, charged at Yamcha, swinging wildly. Yamcha sidestepped effortlessly, allowing the demon to overextend. He retaliated with a swift knee to the stomach, sending the creature crashing to the ground with a grunt.
"Is that all you've got?" Yamcha taunted, his confidence growing with each successful hit. The thrill of battle surged through him, fueled by the cultivation items he had just acquired. Each blow felt more powerful than before, as if the items were enhancing his innate abilities.
The remaining demons exchanged fearful glances, realizing they were no match for the fierce human before them. They began to retreat, but Yamcha wasn't about to let them escape.
"Not so fast!" He unleashed a series of energy blasts, each one aimed with deadly accuracy. The blasts struck the ground near the retreating demons, sending them tumbling and forcing them to regroup.
As they struggled to regain their footing, Yamcha focused his energy, channeling it into his fists. He could feel the power building within him, a sensation he had only experienced during intense training. "Time to finish this!"
With a swift movement, he leaped into the air, gathering energy for a signature move. "Spirit Ball!" he shouted, launching a swirling sphere of energy at the demons.
The Spirit Ball exploded upon impact, sending shockwaves through the room and knocking the remaining demons off their feet. Yamcha landed gracefully, surveying the scene. The lesser demons groaned on the ground, defeated and dazed.
"Looks like I've made my point," Yamcha said, a satisfied grin spreading across his face. He couldn't help but feel a rush of pride at his newfound strength.
Just then, a loud crash echoed from the doorway. Yamcha turned to see Goku and Piccolo charging in, their expressions a mix of confusion and surprise.
"Yamcha! We heard explosions!" Goku exclaimed, his eyes wide. "What happened?"
Piccolo, his brow furrowed, scanned the room. "You took on an entire squad of demons by yourself?"
Yamcha shrugged, trying to downplay his triumph. "It was nothing, really. Just a warm-up."
Goku grinned, admiration shining in his eyes. "That's awesome! But we should keep moving. Garlic Jr. and his forces are still out there."
"Right," Yamcha replied, feeling a renewed sense of purpose. "Let's go take the fight to them."
As they moved deeper into the castle, the tension in the air thickened. They encountered more demons, but with the three of them working together, they made quick work of their enemies. Yamcha felt invigorated, his confidence soaring with every battle.
After clearing several rooms filled with demons, they finally reached a grand hall. The walls were adorned with dark tapestries, and at the far end, a large throne sat empty, draped in shadows.
"This must be where Garlic Jr. holds court," Piccolo said, his voice low and cautious.
Goku nodded, his expression serious. "We need to be ready. He's probably not going to take kindly to us crashing his party."
As if on cue, the air shifted, and a figure materialized before them—a tall, imposing figure with sickly green skin and a malicious grin. It was Garlic Jr., his presence radiating darkness.
"Welcome, Z Fighters," he sneered, his voice dripping with mockery. "I see you've made it this far. But your journey ends here."
Yamcha stepped forward, his fists clenched. "We're not backing down, Garlic Jr. This time, we're taking you down for good!"
Garlic Jr. laughed, a chilling sound that echoed off the castle walls. "You think you can defeat me? I have ascended beyond what you can imagine! I'm at the Fifth Stage of Demon Cultivation!"
Yamcha felt a flicker of doubt, but he quickly dismissed it. "We'll see about that. Together, we can take you down!"
With a fierce battle cry, Yamcha charged at Garlic Jr., ready to unleash everything he had learned in his journey. Goku and Piccolo flanked him, their own powers flaring as they prepared for the showdown against the demon lord.
This was it—the final confrontation that would determine the fate of their world. Yamcha could feel the weight of his newfound strength, and he was ready to fight for what was right.
