Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 162: Raid Battle, Hollowstar Emissary

*Scraaaaaaaaa!*

The raid party heard the loud, jarring sound and turned in its direction as they watched the massive floor boss flying at them.

[Dreadnaught Wyvern Warrior]—Floor Boss.

-Rank: Special.

-Stats:

-Vitality: [100% / 100%]

-Mana: [500,000 / 500,000]

-Stats:

—Physical:

↳[Strength: 3500 | Health: 50,000 | Stamina: 50,000]

—Mental:

↳[Mana: 50,000 | Focus: 3000 | Perception: 2500]

The wyvern warrior dived towards the group, intending to just slam into them as the scales all over its body glowed.

The old monsters immediately used their skills!

A bunch of debuffs, control skills, and a huge shield-shaped projectile conjured over the party by Aarav Patel, along with a bunch of other shields from other Adventurers.

*BOOOM!*

Just as the boss slammed into the barrier and was stopped, Rudra, Silvester, and Hiroshi attacked.

Rudra's fist glittered with dimensional blue color, his mana techniques of the highest realm as the cracked aura around fists blurred and fissured the surrounding space.

Rudra shot like a rocket with the Hermes' Winged Sandles and punched the boss monster's head, slamming it away while Silvester and Hiroshi unleashed their blade slashes.

Viktor Volkov's axe struck the boss's right-wing, freezing it while Aamir Khalid unleashed a spear assault of synergized Sand and Wind technique on its left wing.

This close-range assault shaved away a total of 7% of the vitality of the boss.

Rudra's fist showed real stars to the boss, boosted by buffs on the debuffed boss as the Wyvern Warrior was slammed on the ground.

Taking that chance, the long-range attackers unleashed entirely of their Mana into their strongest skills while the close-range attackers distanced themselves lest they get caught in the bombardment.

James Smith conjured a giant plasma cannon as it beamed at the monster.

Bianca Morreti, who was floating with a pitch-black sniper rifle, aimed her shot at the Boss's head.

Liang Zhou conjured a wingless lightning dragon that unleashed its fury.

Theo Gabris conjured a meteorite made of multiple elements for an explosive impact and blast.

Rafael Chaves conjured a magical snake, poisoning the boss.

Annika Von Richter released all attack modes of her Mech, such as explosions of bombs and missiles.

The others also unleashed their attacks, but the strongest attack belonged to the one wielding the pure offensive, the strongest ancient artifact used by the master of Light and Fire.

Arjun Maheshvari pulled the bowstring of his ancient artifact, the Surya Astra Bow, unleashing a destructive, fiery arrow that alone dealt enough damage to shave away 9% of the boss' vitality.

*Roar!!!*

The Wyvern Warrior roared loudly as it jumped up, recovering from all the debuff and using its own skills as it flew up and spun while positioning its wings.

The defense masters immediately conjured shields against them, but this time they weren't enough against this powerful assault.

More debuffs and, this time, control skills were unleashed to stop the boss while Rudra and others quickly tried to defend themselves since they were closest to the attack.

All of them were moderately injured despite having Legendary gears and the boss being debuffed again.

The healers, led by Christina Lafayette, quickly played their role to heal the injured.

The Wyvern Warrior abruptly stopped spinning and showed insane speed as it maneuvered in the sky and attacked Arjun, targetting him for the infernal burning damage it was dealt that reduced its healing power.

Shiro-sen and a few others from guilds were on the lookout for additional troubles, and they did spot them—The rats!

Shiro-sen had very powerful ocular skills, allowing him to see everything clearly and spot hidden energy flows.

Liam and a few other guild leaders were informed by Shiro-sen.

Dylan Makana, the old monster, made his move to block these rats as he changed the surrounding terrains when Shiro-sen shared with him the location of the rats.

A total of 22 rats. All of them were blocked by spiking walls and pitfalls filled with Magma before they could approach the raid party.

Liam and other guild masters made their moves after that, doubling down on the rats.

Meanwhile, Rudra and other old monsters were managing to contend against the Floor Boss thanks to the artifacts and Legendary items they had farmed by going into the S-grade dungeons.

'Keep it up! The Floor Boss has entered its Second Phase now, but we just need one round of bombardment!' Rudra relayed to the people with his advanced Magic Whisper, his thoughts entering into everyone's head. 'Buff Arjun and James fully! Bianca, Aria, and the other defense reducers launch your penetrative darkness attacks after we slam down the boss again!'

'We will finish off this fast! No one must die!'

Everyone roared and fought with their all!

But nobody knew that a pair of mysterious eyes was observing everything from afar.

'Useless rats. They are subdued even before doing anything. But these eighteen people are quite powerful. Their mastery of mana in their respective areas is heightened, allowing them to wield powerful skills with flawless modifications done to them.'

'With how things are going, they will defeat this boss, especially because these useless rats failed in their task.'

The pair of dreamy dark violet eyes showed a hint of annoyance.

'It appears that I'll have to send some of my soldiers to this world physically and have them lead these rats. Useless as they are, they are the only ones on the side of Hollowstar here.'

'But this battle must not end with zero losses...'

The pair of eyes flickered briefly, affecting one of the rats.

All the rats have gotten a mark of Hollowstar, which granted them 10% bonus stats and allowed them to wield a unique power of Hollowstar, but it was actually a way for this emissary to control them and, if needed, use them.

Darius Vresvekov, one of the most brutal criminals pre-world break, produced drugs and firearms, distributing them to small countries.

He was buried in the magma with earth covering him, like other rats, as all they could do was defend themselves because Dylan and Shiro-sen were pressuring them with a few others, preventing them from breaking out.

But Darius suddenly felt an intense headache, on the verge of losing his control.

However, his mind went blank in the next second as his entire body's outer texture was painted pitch-black. Glowing gray star-like spots appeared all over his body along with two horns on his head.

His body size increased by twice as he burst out of the ground, screeching jarringly like a monster!
