Upon hearing Ye Chen's inquiry, the five Two Tribulations True Gods level "Skypiercing Clams" that Ye Chen had grasped in the void all trembled over their entire bodies.

In a flurry, they answered, "We report to you, sir, that every person who enters the 12th floor of the Undersea Divine Palace will encounter an attack, but the attacks vary."

"They vary?" Ye Chen frowned and looked at the "Skypiercing Clams", "How do they differ?"

A Two Tribulations True God Skypiercing Clam responded, "Sir, within the 12th floor of the Undersea Divine Palace, aside from our 'Skypiercing Clam' clan, there is the even more powerful 'Skyscraper Wall Gecko' clan."

"The strongest among our 'Skypiercing Clam' clan are the Three Tribulations True Gods, whereas the 'Skyscraper Wall Gecko' clan even has True Gods of Five Tribulations!"

"Our two clans are responsible for guarding the 12th floor of this Undersea Divine Palace."

"Every Martial Artist who intrudes into the 12th floor of the Undersea Divine Palace will encounter a random number of 'Skypiercing Clams' or 'Skyscraper Wall Geckos' besieging them."

"The luckiest Martial Artists might only face an attack by one or two One Tribulation True God level 'Skypiercing Clams'. If lucky, even a Three Tribulations True God might only face one or two One Tribulation True God level 'Skypiercing Clams'."

"This random allocation begins as soon as you enter the Undersea Divine Palace. A mysterious power from the ceiling of this palace will then transport us into the 12th floor battleground to fight against you."

"As for whether we'll be made extinct? Sir, this Undersea Divine Palace is incredibly peculiar. Both our races, exiled within it, won't be exterminated. Even if many of our clansmen die, they can still revive after the next great purge calamity arrives!"

Regarding what the "Skypiercing Clams" said about the assignment of opponents being completely random and unrelated to power or realm, Ye Chen could only nod.

Ye Chen looked at the five "Skypiercing Clams" and asked, "Besides fighting with me, have you encountered any other Martial Artists?"

All five Skypiercing Clams shook their heads in unison. "No, sir. Each batch of Skypiercing Clams or Skyscraper Wall Geckos faces different Martial Artists in combat. We have no idea about the fights of others!"

Ye Chen felt disappointed with this answer.

He had hoped to gather information about Jiang Yao, True Phoenix, and Mu Lan True God from these "Skypiercing Clams," but now it seemed they knew nothing.

When Ye Chen looked up to the sky, he was startled to see, in the vast expanse of the thirteenth layer of the Undersea Divine Palace, over five thousand flame True God creatures densely packed.

The weakest of these True God creatures were at the Three Tribulations True God level, and the most powerful were even at the Six Tribulations True God level!
