Lu Yanbai, frightened by past abandonments, was still a bit insecure, "Really?"

Jian Si swore earnestly, "I promise, I'll be there within an hour. Mommy has made chicken soup for you, and it tastes really good."

Seeing her serious expression, which did not seem deceitful, Lu Yanbai could barely bring himself to believe her.
