"You keep fighting.

"Come back for dinner after the fight."

"Just think of it as getting familiar with your own power."

Evan's voice suddenly rang out, causing the two Pokémon to freeze in place.

They both turned their attention toward him.

Evan waved at them with a calm smile.

Gallade and Empoleon exchanged glances, visibly exasperated.

Never mind...

Forget it.

Their initial desire to keep battling faded instantly.

They felt a little annoyed at the abrupt interruption, but neither of them protested. They both understood the situation—it was no longer appropriate to continue.

If they kept fighting, the forest below would likely be destroyed.

Even the nearby orphanage might be affected.

This area was too close to human settlements.

The aftermath of their battle was already significant. The once-clear patch of land below had been completely churned up.

The terrain had transformed into a bumpy wasteland.

Would they have to compensate for the damages?

Probably not.

After all, these locations were frequently used for Pokémon battles.

The two Pokémon sighed and finally decided to stop.

Then, they hurried toward the breeding house.

By now, Evan and Violet had already been teleported back to the breeding house by their Pokémon.

As the two Pokémon vanished from sight, the crowd of onlookers started to murmur.

"Who are these two people?"

"Are they Elites or something?"

"Isn't their power terrifying?"

They stared at the scarred battlefield, whispering among themselves. The destruction had left an indelible impression.

Some spectators, still awestruck, began uploading videos online.

They had already picked their sensational headline.

[Shocking! Two wild Elites appear in the suburbs, and this is what they did to the forest...]

This battle was sure to spark a storm on the Internet.

Meanwhile, the two girls who had earlier bought energy cubes from Evan stood frozen in amazement.

They had never imagined Evan was this powerful.

Too strong.

The two were now in awe of him.

They silently resolved to always purchase their energy cubes from Evan in the future.

Evan, however, was oblivious to the commotion he had caused.

He had arrived back at the breeding house.

Violet was busy transferring payment to Evan.

Just as she finished, Gallade and Empoleon returned.

Seeing them, Violet's face filled with curiosity.

"You're done fighting already?"

"Why are you back so quickly?"

Her questions came rapidly, but her confusion was evident.

Gallade and Empoleon exchanged weary looks and rolled their eyes at her.

"Empo! Empoleon!" Empoleon huffed indignantly.

Evan couldn't help but laugh as he interpreted for her.

"It said, 'If you're going to leave, why should we keep fighting?'"

"And, as their trainer, you're so irresponsible for running off and leaving them mid-battle."

Hearing Empoleon's words, Violet's face fell into a mix of guilt and sadness.

"It's obvious you're the one enjoying yourself the most," Violet said, folding her arms.

"They don't even listen to commands anymore."

"What am I even doing here?"

"Besides, I can't keep up with your pace. I need more practice."

She let out a deep sigh, feeling the weight of her limitations.

What could she do?

The sheer power unleashed by champion-level Pokémon was overwhelming.

Without special abilities, like Psychic powers or the ability to connect through aura, it was impossible to keep up. If she had those abilities, she could blend her thoughts with Empoleon's, clearly understanding its intentions and making swift decisions.

But she didn't have those skills.

That meant she had to wait for Empoleon to fully grasp her commands intuitively.

Once that connection was established, guiding championship-level battles would be second nature.

Of all her Pokémon, only Metagross currently had that level of synergy with her.

She could easily command Metagross in such high-stakes battles.

But Empoleon was different.

She had only trained it for less than a year.

Their bond was still developing.

"Empo!" Empoleon cried out softly, acknowledging her words.

It couldn't entirely blame its Trainer for the disconnect.

Violet understood without needing Evan to translate this time.

She smiled warmly and said, "Don't worry."

"I'll make sure to be ready. I'll lead us to victory someday."

"I'll take you to the Elite Challenge stage this year."

Her eyes gleamed with determination as she spoke.

Empoleon gave a firm nod.

It had unwavering trust in its Trainer.

"Empo!" Empoleon turned to Gallade, its eyes burning with competitive spirit.

It wanted to spar with Gallade again, picturing a future where both stood as equals in official battles.

Gallade was quick to respond, matching Empoleon's resolve with an unyielding gaze.

The two Pokémon seemed to reach an unspoken agreement, their rivalry reigniting.

Watching this from the side, Evan couldn't help but twitch the corners of his mouth.

These two are really showing off their partnership, he thought.

But then again, the future they're imagining might be a bit tricky.

After all, Evan had no intention of competing.

Participating in such tournaments required earning gym badges just to qualify for the national competition.

And the national competition wasn't just for show—it was a stage where even legends clashed.

Unlike the relatively tame battles depicted in the anime, the real-world competition was intense. It was a true test of strength, akin to an Elite-level war.

Anyone below quasi-Elite level didn't stand a chance.

"Competing at that level is exhausting," Evan muttered under his breath.

Not to mention, the level of competition was brutal. Trainers in the top ranks weren't just amateurs—they were seasoned professionals, rising stars from prestigious universities, or established champions from renowned regions.

With billions of people worldwide, the trainers who emerged from such a vast pool were nothing short of extraordinary.

It was hard to imagine breaking into that league, let alone reaching the finals.

In a place like the China Alliance, the competition is nothing short of brutal.

The sheer number of geniuses is staggering.

This is why the China's national competition is infamous for its "hell difficulty."

What's more, a slew of foreign trainers often joins the fray.

Each of these outsiders is a champion in their own country.

While they may not qualify to challenge the China's Elite Four, it doesn't stop their enthusiasm.

The China is, after all, a paradise for the strong.

The region is teeming with powerful Trainers.

You could take a casual stroll down the street and bump into a group of Elite Trainers out for a walk.

This strength and camaraderie even deter many evil organizations.

They know better than to show their faces in the China Region.

Any low-ranking member foolish enough to make a move would likely be handed over as a "bonus" by the locals.

Yes, handed over.

If a criminal from an evil organization dared to appear, it wouldn't be long before an entire town banded together to block their escape.

In the China, rogue operatives are considered walking jackpots.

Who wouldn't want to cash in on them?

The overwhelming strength of the China's Trainers has made it a no-go zone for many poachers and criminals.

This place has become a veritable restricted area for troublemakers.

Evan glanced at Empoleon and couldn't help but chuckle internally.

He said nothing as Empoleon seemed to challenge Gallade again.

Fine, go ahead and make your plans. Agree to whatever battles you like. Just don't expect me to join unless your Trainer pays me to.

Meanwhile, Violet interpreted the scene as Empoleon exchanging strategies with Gallade.

She smiled, genuinely pleased with the camaraderie between the two Pokémon.

Not wanting to interrupt, she struck up a conversation with Evan instead.

Before long, Sophia arrived back at the breeding house.

"Evan, Violet!"

"And Gallade, Empoleon! That battle was incredible!" she said with a beaming smile.

The children from the orphanage followed closely behind her, their faces lit with excitement.

They swarmed Gallade and Empoleon, chattering away enthusiastically.

For the kids, these two Pokémon had become instant heroes.

Watching this, Evan couldn't help but laugh.

After calming the children down, Evan got back to work.

He instructed Sophia and the others to head to Solaceon for a while.

At the same time, he called Isla over and asked her to stay behind to assist.

After all, given the battle that had just occurred, it was likely that curious Trainers would show up soon.

Sure enough, as Evan went to his room to organize the energy cube formulas and prepare for their registration, a crowd of Trainers started gathering outside.

Isla was immediately kept busy handling the influx of visitors.

The three assistants got to work introducing the services of the breeding house.

Here, business was booming.

Evan had already shared details about several energy cube formulas with the assistants, ensuring they could handle inquiries confidently.

One assistant explained, "We can create customized energy cubes tailored to your Pokémon. For example, we can mix single attributes like Normal or Grass, or combine types like Psychic and Fighting, or Flying and Fire."

"We also produce specialized cubes that cater to your Pokémon's specific strengths—whether they excel in physical attacks or special attacks."

"Our intermediate-level energy cubes are highly refined, and in some cases, even surpass typical high-level energy cubes in quality."

Isla, handling the growing crowd, could hardly contain her excitement.

With so many people here, there were bound to be a lot of orders!

As she shared these details, many of the Trainers began to show interest.

The ability to customize energy cubes based on Pokémon attributes and fighting styles was an enticing proposition.

And the certificates hanging on the wall—Evan's senior breeder license and patent certifications—were enough to quell any doubts.

Moreover, after witnessing Evan's powerful Pokémon firsthand, they had no reason to distrust him.

Some of the wealthier Trainers wasted no time.

"I'd like to place an order! Do you have high-end energy cubes available?"

"If not, I'll take intermediate ones. I've heard they're as good as some high-level cubes anyway."

Excitement rippled through the crowd as more and more people began placing orders, impressed by the breeding house's reputation and capabilities.

"Some," Isla nodded promptly. "We also have intermediate and advanced energy cubes."

"The advanced ones are more effective, of course. You can place an order if you're interested."

Hearing this, one of the trainers couldn't sit still. Without hesitation, he shouted, "I'll take intermediate-level cubes! A one-month supply!"

Isla blinked, momentarily speechless. She had assumed he'd go for the advanced ones.

Cut~!

Although mildly disappointed, she didn't dwell on it. Instead, she signaled Daniel to assist the trainer in placing his order.

Together, they began documenting the specifics—what kinds of energy cubes the trainers needed and the types of Pokémon they had.

By the time Evan came downstairs, Isla and the others had accumulated a sizable list of orders.

Each one was for customized energy cubes tailored to individual Pokémon.

Evan, who had been busy upstairs, was well aware of the activity. His phone hadn't stopped buzzing with notifications about incoming deposits. The total? Over a million already.

Isla and her team, now taking a break and sipping water, were surrounded by a neat stack of order forms.

"How many orders did we get?" Evan asked as he approached.

Putting down her glass, Isla straightened up and replied, "Brother Evan, we've got ten customers so far."

"I've documented the types of cubes and the Pokémon they're for."

"There are some duplicates—five orders for the same type of cube, each needing a month's supply."

"The rest are all one-offs, more specialized requests."

Evan nodded as he flipped through the stack. "Got it."

"We'll start working on these tomorrow."

"Are all the delivery dates set for this week?" he asked, scanning the forms.

"Yep, plenty of time," Isla confirmed.

"Perfect. Let's finish these on schedule," Evan said, noting that Violet's two-month supply was already sorted, leaving plenty of bandwidth for the rest of the orders.

As he reviewed the stack, he muttered to himself, "There sure are a lot of wealthy Trainers."

Traveling as a Trainer wasn't cheap, after all.

Of course, Evan also knew he wasn't catering to low-level orders. His refusal to accept them ensured that every client was serious—and willing to pay.

Isla didn't voice it, but she agreed. Low-level orders barely made any profit, and most of the effort went into grinding out basic products. It wasn't worth it.

After confirming the details, Evan nodded. "Alright."

"Tomorrow, we'll start making some samples."

"Once we've got the samples ready, I'll take them to register patents."

"I'll also teach you how to make these energy cubes," he added, glancing at the three assistants. "From now on, I'll leave all intermediate-level production to you. You'll get commissions for your work."

"I'll handle the high-end and top-tier cubes myself."

"Sound good?"

The three assistants lit up with excitement. "No problem!" they chorused.

"Definitely!" Isla said with a wide grin.

"Count me in!" Daniel added.

Evan smirked at their enthusiasm. Over time, they'd come to recognize his expertise, and their eagerness to learn was evident.

"Once these orders are done," he continued, "we'll head out to the wild together."

"There, we'll catch some Pokémon for you to train."

"Think of them as your assistants. You'll need their help for energy cube production, after all."

Evan believed that capturing Pokémon for his assistants was a practical solution. Without the proper support, the workload could easily become overwhelming.

The assistants, thrilled by the offer, nodded enthusiastically.

Evan was confident in their character. Not only were they reliable, but with the backing of trusted locals, they were practically family.

Besides, with his Psychic abilities, he could easily sense any shifts in their mentality.

Kirlia, standing nearby, also reassured him with its innate ability to sense emotions. If Kirlia trusted them, it was as good as a stamp of approval.

Excited whispers rippled through the trio as they realized what this meant.

They would finally get to train their own Pokémon!

For them, the opportunity was monumental.

Breeding had been their profession largely due to financial constraints. Had they been wealthier, they would have chosen the path of Trainers long ago.

Despite everything, they were deeply passionate about Pokémon.

The prospect of working alongside Pokémon as both breeders and Trainers left them more motivated than ever.
