A small boat sailed across a certain sea in the East Blue. Ian lounged leisurely on a soft chaise, basking in the sunlight. 

Beside him, Tashigi sat, preparing fruits and pastries for him. She seemed different from before; although her appearance hadn't changed, her aura and charm had increased significantly.

Ian had shared his soul's power with her, but during the process, he encountered a rule-like obstruction that prevented Tashigi's soul from transforming from an ordinary person into a Hollow, after all, she was still alive.

Fortunately, it still strengthened her soul power. For someone possessing the Clear-Clear Fruit, the enhancement of her soul also improved her abilities in multiple ways. Now, even a Marine Admiral would have to devote significant attention to defend against her powers.

Moreover, the strengthening of her soul power directly enhanced her Clear-Clear Fruit abilities. With her soul becoming stronger, Tashigi could better utilize the fruit's powers. Besides her Devil Fruit abilities, her Observation and Busoshoku Haki had also noticeably improved. 

Her physical strength and other attributes had all been enhanced. After all, Ian's powers inherently included High-Speed Regeneration and Hierro. Though she didn't permanently possess these abilities, she had become much stronger than before.

Now, even among Vice Admirals, she stood at the top. She could contend with the likes of Marco the Phoenix and Bartholomew Kuma. Even when facing a Marine Admiral, she could handle herself with ease and retreat safely if needed.

This level of strength was comparable to figures like Doflamingo of the Seven Warlords, Marco of the Whitebeard Pirates, and King of the Beasts Pirates. 

For this world, it was a massive shock. Creating a powerhouse like Doflamingo with ease, This News would cause tremendous upheaval across the seas.

But Ian didn't care much. He believed that no one would target him, except perhaps the World Government, those rulers blinded by greed.

"Ian, are you really okay?" Tashigi asked, a question she posed almost every few days. She showed no joy over her enhanced strength but looked at Ian with deep concern. After all, even someone as strong as him had shown a rare change in expression when sharing his soul.

"I'm fine. I've already recovered," Ian smiled at her, indicating that he was okay. Excessive soul consumption wasn't a concern for him, thanks to his ability to absorb souls and replenish his spiritual power. To enhance Tashigi's strength, he had sacrificed 2% of his fusion rate, not fatigue, but a bit of heartache. So they embarked on a leisurely journey.

From the New World to the East Blue, they spent several months, even Luffy had been at sea for quite a while by now.

Guilt filled Tashigi's face. She felt that if she hadn't been so weak, Ian wouldn't have needed to go to such lengths. She was acutely aware of the improvements in her own strength.

Seeing her worried gaze, Ian said, "Even if it did affect me, it's worth it for you. After all, you've become a pirate with me!"

"Let me rest for a bit."

Just as he was about to close his eyes... He felt as if his vision had detached from his body, seeing things he couldn't see before. Tashigi noticed something and asked curiously, "What's wrong?"

Without a sound or any visible change, Ian's gaze became sharp. Staring at the distant sea, he suddenly said, "In a moment, three small fish will jump out of the water."

As soon as he finished speaking, the sea surface rippled, and three small fish leaped out!

Turning to the astonished Tashigi, he added, "Next, you're going to ask me how I knew that was going to happen."

Realizing what was happening, Tashigi immediately thought of something, the pinnacle of Observation Haki!

She knew that when Observation Haki was trained to its extreme, one could briefly glimpse the future.

Ian looked at her, seemingly aware of her thoughts, and smiled. "If nothing else, this should be the ability to briefly predict the future, I've finally mastered it!"

Training Observation Haki to such an extent was more challenging than he had imagined. Ever since he defeated the Beasts and Big Mom Pirates, he had been honing his Observation Haki. 

Even though he had mastered abilities like Redfield's mind-reading and Roger's Voice of All Things, he hadn't been able to predict the future, after all, that bordered on time manipulation. His soul was powerful, unmatched in this world, yet he still couldn't touch time. It seemed that Katakuri was really Gifted!

His soul was inherently stronger than others', making his Observation Haki training more effective. By focusing all his thoughts on honing Observation Haki, he had finally glimpsed this domain.

And now, he had successfully mastered it!

Predicting the future... Few in the entire sea could train Observation Haki to this level. In the original story, besides Katakuri, only Luffy, with his protagonist's aura, had achieved it; others had not been shown to reach this level.

This wasn't something achievable through effort alone.

To train Observation Haki to its pinnacle and gain the ability to briefly predict the future required both hard work and innate talent.

Tashigi looked at Ian and teased, "Don't forget, you're the strongest man on this sea. Predicting the future is just a piece of cake!"

"It might be thanks to the Slow-Slow Fruit, allowing me to touch the arc of time," Ian mused.

For Ian, the laws of time had become extremely clear. In his eyes, he could see strange threads, not spatial forms but existing in a peculiar way within the crevices of space.

Previously, after obtaining the Slow-Slow Fruit, Ian had thoughtfully tried to gently touch these threads with his fingers. While he could feel them, he couldn't grasp or control them.

"Being able to see means you can touch; being able to touch means you can control..."

Ian smiled at Tashigi, casually picking up a teacup beside him. He crushed it into pieces, letting the fragments scatter on the ground.

In the next moment, his eyes flashed as he activated the power of the Slow-Slow Fruit toward the scattered fragments. The air hummed, strange ripples spread out, enveloping the powder on the ground. Tashigi watched this scene curiously.

Suddenly, she was shocked. The fragments on the ground began to twist and contract, reforming into an intact teacup, as if time had reversed!

If it were someone else, they might not believe this was a time-related ability. But as one of the Marine's rising stars and having recently met Ain, the user of the Return-Return Fruit, she was all too familiar with this kind of power, this was clearly time reversal!

"H... how? The fruit you obtained is the Slow-Slow Fruit, which can only slow down time. It doesn't have the ability to reverse time. Could the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia be wrong?"

Tashigi's face was filled with disbelief. The teacup on the ground flew back into Ian's hand. He crushed it again and restored it once more.

"Just because others can't do it doesn't mean I can't. While branches are part of a tree, seeds can grow into trees again. If you're strong enough, finding the source isn't difficult," Ian said casually, playing with the teacup.

Hearing his words, Tashigi's shock subsided a bit. Remembering all the incredible things Ian had accomplished, she showed an expression of realization. With him, nothing was impossible!

"Time reversal, time acceleration, time stop... As my power continues to grow, I'll fully master these abilities," Ian declared. With the Slow-Slow Fruit as a guide and his powerful soul, even a seed could grow into a towering tree!

"Still a bit limited."

Gazing at the rolling sea below, Ian murmured, "With my current strength, I'm still somewhat weak..."

He felt his power was still a bit missing!

"..."

Tashigi's expression froze!

Although Ian's voice was low, almost muttering to himself, she was strong enough to hear him clearly.

If she wasn't mistaken... Ian seemed not happy with his own strength. He was already standing at the pinnacle of this sea, and he still felt weak?

At this moment, Tashigi blinked her big eyes at Ian, a thought flashing in her mind: Could you be any more... inhuman?

Hearing his words, she couldn't help but take a deep breath, retracting her gaze from below, and said:

"With your strength, you still feel weak... Then what level of power counts as strong?"

A large island finally appeared ahead. As they got closer, they could tell it wasn't uninhabited; ships were docked outside.

This was a medium-sized island with many verdant peaks. There seemed to be numerous villages scattered across it. Many ships were docked at the port, it was likely Luffy's hometown, Foosha Village, and also the hometown of Zoro and others, the Goa Kingdom!

By now, Luffy had probably gathered his crew and was preparing to challenge the Grand Line.
