On that historic day, the islands soaring above the Grand Line left behind countless legends. As The Fish-Man Island rose from the ocean depths and entered the sky above the sea, the bubble membrane encasing the island eventually burst.
Fresh air, so different from the enclosed environment of the ocean, rushed in, thrilling the island's inhabitants.
For the fish-men and mermaids, everything on the surface world was a marvel. The clouds, the sunlight, the birds flying overhead, and the vast sea with waves crashing rhythmically—all of it seemed like a dream.
Sea Kings would occasionally breach the ocean's surface, adding to the surreal experience.
For humans, this was a regular sight. But for the fish-men, who had lived their lives beneath the sea, it was magical.
Cheers filled the air as they were overwhelmed by emotions—joy, excitement, hope, and dreams of a brighter future. This was truly a new beginning for The Fish-Man Island.
Arthur had already carefully selected a location for the island. He decided to place it on the edge of the Grand Line, straddling the border with the Calm Belt.
This positioning ensured that the island was safe yet accessible and allowed him to monitor it as needed. With his powers over the electromagnetic field, Arthur could teleport to the island in an instant, keeping White Star, the future Sea King Poseidon, safe.
Relocating The Fish-Man Island wasn't a simple task. Arthur, Jessica, and Neptune had to move the island piece by piece, working meticulously to ensure its safety.
After hours of careful maneuvering, the island was finally positioned near New Sky Island. The relocation was completed just as the first rays of sunlight broke over the horizon, marking the first sunrise the residents of The Fish-Man Island had ever witnessed.
Under Arthur's direction, Dragon Palace was positioned in the air, floating majestically above The Fish-Man Island.
Arthur had decided to keep it elevated, using bubble technology from Visalia to create floating islands for the palace. This would not only reinforce the royal family's status but also keep White Star safe.
However, keeping the bubbles functional in a different climate required adjustments, including the installation of a large humidifier to maintain the right air conditions.
Arthur's next priority was to retrieve the Ark Noah, which had been left in the old location of The Fish-Man Island.
Alongside Jessica and White Star, he planned to move the massive ship while taking advantage of White Star's ability to communicate with Sea Kings. They were determined to ensure the island's protection, knowing that powerful forces in the world were still a threat, particularly those from Mary Geoise.
Arthur left the island discreetly with White Star, traveling through the ocean wrapped in giant bubble corals unique to The Fish-Man Island.
With Jessica's help, they moved quickly across the seabed, heading toward the old site of the island. The ocean, now more empty after the island's departure, awaited their arrival.
Arthur's mission was clear: protect White Star, safeguard the island's future, and prepare for the eventual storm that would come from forces unknown.
With determination, he pressed forward, aware that the decisions he made today would shape the future of The Fish-Man Island forever.
On that day, the removal of Fish-Man Island revealed the long-hidden Ark Noah under the light of the Sun Tree Eve. Luckily, no new pirates arrived after the island moved away, leaving the area relatively undisturbed.
Arthur gave the order to Jessica: "Jessica, go ahead."
"Understood," Jessica responded, as she maneuvered their ship toward the massive Ark. Upon reaching the Ark, she reached out from within their bubble and gently touched it.
The Ark trembled, shaking loose layers of mud and dust that had accumulated while it was anchored at the sea floor.
With Jessica controlling the Ark, Arthur used the bubble corals he had brought to form a protective film around the Ark's deck. As it began to move, Arthur turned to White Star and said, "White Star, it's your turn. Try summoning the Sea Kings."
"Can I really do it, Lord Arthur?" White Star asked nervously.
Arthur smiled and flew to her, gently patting her head. "Of course, you can. You're the Sea King, and all Sea Kings obey you."
Encouraged by Arthur, White Star gained confidence and attempted to summon the massive creatures. Meanwhile, Arthur extended his Observation Haki, scanning the nearby sea for any signs of the Sea Kings.
After searching through the murky waters, he finally sensed several powerful Sea Kings approaching, communicating with each other through radio waves.
As the giant Sea Kings appeared, they directed their gaze toward the three figures standing on the Ark. "Princess White Star, we have awaited your birth for so long. Now, can you summon us?"
White Star, though a little frightened, realized she could understand their language. "You've been waiting for me?"
"Yes," one of the Sea Kings confirmed. "Every few hundred years, a special mermaid princess is born, and she becomes our king. Princess White Star, you are the one we've awaited."
Arthur quietly listened to the Sea Kings' conversation, intrigued by how easily White Star communicated with them. As he observed their interactions, Arthur realized that through his Thunder Fruit ability, he was beginning to comprehend their radio wave language.
It was as if he could sense their conversations in a manner similar to how he understood regular human speech through electromagnetic waves.
After the exchange, the Sea Kings were informed of the relocation of Fish-Man Island to the surface and agreed to follow Arthur, White Star, and the Ark Noah to its new destination. They even decided to leave some Sea Kings behind to guard the former location of Fish-Man Island.
As they prepared to leave, the Sea Kings, communicating amongst themselves, noticed Arthur's strange understanding of their language. "Is this human learning our language?" one of them asked.
Though surprised, they remained focused on their mission. White Star, translating for Arthur, informed him of their decision to accompany them and guard the Ark Noah.
Arthur, reflecting on his newfound ability, began to wonder if learning the Sea Kings' language could unlock further secrets, perhaps even the Voice of All Things.
