Chapter 130: Departure! Valley of the Gods

Watching the ships slowly leave the port, the Sword of Gibek led the way, followed by nearly a hundred pirate ships. Most of these belonged to the large fleets of Golden Lion Shiki and John, while others were from pirates who had pledged their allegiance to the Rocks Pirates.

The sheer size of this fleet was unprecedented, dwarfing even the legendary Whitebeard Pirates of later generations.

Looking at the countless ships behind them, the officers felt a surge of pride in their hearts. Ambition burned brightly in their eyes, a fire fueled by the promise of conquest and wealth.

"I'll form a massive pirate fleet of my own one day. I've already decided on the name—the Flying Pirates. I'll use my Float-Float Fruit to create a fleet like no one has ever seen!" Golden Lion Shiki declared, standing beside Charlotte and gazing at the armada that blocked out the horizon. His eyes sparkled with fervor.

Charlotte glanced at Shiki but remained silent. He knew Shiki's ambitions would come to fruition in the years to come. The Flying Pirates would be established, and Shiki would crown himself the Pirate Admiral. If not for the disastrous storm that changed the course of history, who knows how things might have turned out?

Pushing aside his thoughts of the future, Charlotte redirected his attention to Rocks. This was likely the last moment of glory for Captain Rocks.

"This is your final chance to shine, Captain Rocks," Charlotte thought silently as he observed Rocks with a mix of respect and disdain.

Rocks, standing near the helm, surveyed the fleet with pride swelling in his chest. To him, this was only the first step toward global domination. Once he acquired the legendary weapon known as the King, the entire world would kneel before him.

"Wahahahahaha! Wahahahahahahaha!" Rocks' booming laughter echoed across the ship, sending a ripple of unease through the crew.

Everyone reacted differently to Rocks' laughter.

Whitebeard Edward Newgate frowned deeply. Without a word, he resolved in his heart, This will be the last time I assist you, Captain Rocks. Whitebeard had made up his mind to leave the Rocks Pirates. Ever since adopting orphaned children who called him "Dad," he knew his place was no longer on this ship.

Golden Lion Shiki, meanwhile, kept his head low, his cigar burning dangerously close to his lips. His expression was dark and unreadable.

Charlotte Linlin sat silently, her dessert untouched, a rarity for her. She stared coldly at Rocks, while Kaido and her chef, Bread, stood silently behind her.

Ochoku, John, and Silver Axe exchanged glances, their thoughts hidden behind stoic expressions.

Charlotte, sitting off to the side, watched Rocks with subtle disdain.

At the same time, Mary Geoise on the Red Line was bustling with activity.

A fleet of ships prepared to depart, carrying a multitude of Celestial Dragons. Each ship was loaded with slaves, treasures, and guards.

The Five Elders wearing hats stood at the bow of one of the lead ships, observing the chaotic scene with a frown. Despite his immense power, even he found the arrogance and inefficiency of the Celestial Dragons frustrating.

Beside him stood Vice Admiral Garp, wearing his navy coat of justice. Garp's fists clenched in anger as he watched the Celestial Dragons mistreat their slaves. Whips cracked through the air, and the occasional lifeless body was carelessly tossed into the sea.

The CP0 agents tasked with guarding the Celestial Dragons kept a wary eye on Garp, ready to intervene should he lash out.

The Five Elders finally broke the silence, their tone cold. "Tell them to hurry. If they don't move faster, the gold tribute from their regions will be reduced by 50% next year."

The warning spurred the Celestial Dragons into action. Their servants hurried them aboard, explaining the consequences of delay.

Soon, the ships were ready to set sail.

"Depart!" the Five Elders commanded.

The fleet began to move. Twenty ships carried the Celestial Dragons, while the remaining ships held treasures, supplies, and naval escorts.

Although the fleet was vast, it was no match for the Rocks Pirates' armada, which boasted nearly 50,000 pirates.

Meanwhile, on Island 13 of the Sabaody Archipelago, Roger's Pirate Ship, Oro Jackson, was docked.

Roger stood at the bow, holding a log pose in his hand. "Thank you, Shakky! We'll stop Rocks' plan, and when we return, we'll owe you a great debt!"

Shakky waved him off, cigarette in hand. "Save your thanks for after you kill Rocks. That will be enough for me."

Roger nodded, his expression serious. He turned and rejoined his crew. Rayleigh, walking behind him, gave Shakky a playful wink before boarding the ship.

Shakky smirked before returning to her newly opened bar on Island 13, which she had named Shakky's Rip-Off Bar.

Onboard the Oro Jackson, Roger drew his blade and shouted, "To the New World, men! Set sail!"

For once, Roger's cheerful demeanor was gone, replaced by a grim determination.

The crew responded immediately, their faces mirroring their captain's resolve. The ship dove into the depths, heading for the New World.

---

This day was far from peaceful.

The world's most powerful forces were converging toward a single destination: the Valley of the Gods.
