When Kenji Tanaka saw the world again, he found that he had become a baby who had just been born. At this time, he was being held by a middle-aged woman with a ponytail. She moved towards a young man with blue eyes and blond hair.

Minato used his teleportation technique to take Kenji home, placing him on the bed and saying, "It's safe here. I will save your mother." Then he left the room to rescue Kushina.

Kenji, left in the room, felt hatred for his own helplessness. The actions of his parents made him understand the greatness of their love. At the same time, he felt frustrated that he couldn't protect them. His heart was filled with pain and hatred for the masked man.

Time passed quietly in Kenji's pain and self-blame, and suddenly the space in the room fluctuated. Minato appeared, carrying Kushina, and placed her beside Kenji. "Don't worry too much. Stay with Kenji," Minato said.

Kushina held Kenji, whispering to him, while Minato looked at his wife crying in front of him, filled with anger. Minato opened the wardrobe and took out his Hokage cloak. Kushina said, "Be careful."

After putting on the cloak, Minato softly said, "I'll be back soon." Then he disappeared. Kushina held Kenji tightly, with no hatred, only love and care.

Kenji was deeply moved, knowing that Kushina had been separated from the Nine-Tails, and jinchūriki usually die when a tailed beast is extracted. Yet, she focused on her newborn son, filled with warmth and maternal love.

Minato returned soon, bringing Kenji and Kushina before the Nine-Tails. Minato was exhausted from the battle, with little chakra left.

Minato said with difficulty, "We need to set the barrier quickly, my chakra is almost gone." After setting the barrier, Kushina said, "I'll bind the Nine-Tails with the little chakra I have left."

With her hands on the ground, large chains were released to bind the Nine-Tails, preventing it from moving. "This is all I can do, so that I can die peacefully. But at least it can delay the Nine-Tails' return. Thank you for loving me," she said.

Kushina turned to Minato and said, "Sorry, I talked too much."

Minato laughed, "It doesn't matter. Kenji, what your mother said is what I wanted to tell you. Then I'll seal my chakra into you with the Eight Trigrams Seal."

Minato finished his hand signs and sealed the Nine-Tails with their chakra into Kenji.
