Naruto: Uchiha Izuna with system

On a nearby hilltop at Mountain Pass, Uchiha Retsu and others observed the distant battlefield. Though they couldn't see every detail, the earth-shattering sounds of battle, constant explosions, and plumes of smoke rising into the air told them all they needed to know: the fight was fierce.

"Is the deputy chief... okay?" a nervous Uchiha jōnin asked, wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead.

"If something goes wrong, the deputy chief has the signal flare," Retsu responded firmly. "He wouldn't let himself fall into a desperate situation."

Turning to the others, Retsu barked an order, "Set up the formation and prepare to intercept any enemies who try to flee. If the deputy chief's signal goes up, we'll charge in full force."

On the battlefield, the two-tailed beast, Matatabi, a fire-attributed tailed beast, retreated several hundred meters under the relentless pressure of Senju Kawaragi's S-class water attack. The beast growled, its flames flickering, and looked up at Izuna seated cross-legged on its head. "How much longer?"

"Just a moment," Izuna replied calmly, his eyes closed as he meditated to replenish his chakra reserves.

Matatabi gritted its teeth, its green-blue flames flaring as it unleashed a barrage of Fireballs of Fury. The flame projectiles moved with unrelenting speed, each one homing in on the retreating Senju ninjas.

As the Senju ninjas pulled back, the Uzumaki sealing team stepped forward. "Barrier Technique: Triple Staff Encirclement!" they chanted in unison. Massive iron rods descended from the sky, creating a protective barrier that absorbed and deflected the fireballs.

The coordination between the Senju and Uzumaki was near perfect. When Matatabi launched wide-range attacks, the Senju troops fell back, allowing the Uzumaki sealing specialists to take over with their defensive barriers.

This strategy had been effective against Izuna and Matatabi in their past skirmishes. One team attacked, the other defended—rotating seamlessly to neutralize every move.

"Damn it! If that's how they want to play, we'll use the Tailed Beast Bomb!" Matatabi growled, preparing to gather energy.

"Hold on," Izuna said suddenly, opening his eyes and rising from his meditative position. "I'm ready."

"About time," Matatabi muttered, its feline pupils shifting to glance upward at Izuna.

"Do it now. Use that move," Izuna ordered, his Mangekyō Sharingan flaring to life.

Matatabi opened its maw, gathering a massive blue flame in the air above it. The flames swirled and coalesced into a single, colossal fireball. Izuna extended his hand, his left eye tightly shut as his right Mangekyō glowed.

"Amaterasu!" Izuna commanded.

The inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu merged with Matatabi's blue fireball, creating a monstrous projectile of green and black flames. Together, Izuna and Matatabi unleashed the fused attack—Amaterasu-infused Oni Fireball—toward the Uzumaki barrier.

The immense fireball slammed into the barrier, instantly putting the Uzumaki sealing team under immense pressure. For several seconds, they struggled to hold it back, but the overwhelming force broke through, shattering the barrier and sending the team reeling.

Though weakened by the barrier, the fireball retained enough power to burn through everything in its path. Kawaragi, observing the situation, shouted, "Water Release is ineffective! Switch to Earth Release—now!"

Under Kawaragi's orders, the Senju ninja quickly formed hand seals. "Earth Release: Mud Wall!" they chanted in unison, raising a series of massive earthen walls to absorb the attack.

The flaming projectile collided with the mud walls, sending shockwaves across the battlefield. Just as the flames seemed to be contained, a silver chakra blade shot through the weakened defenses, carving through the remaining walls and splitting the battlefield.

"Susanoo…?" Uzumaki Guanghai muttered in disbelief.

Another silver chakra blade followed, cutting through the defenses effortlessly. Matatabi, now partially cloaked in Susanoo armor, roared and charged forward. The beast's two tails, clad in the same chakra armor, wielded enormous swords of energy, sweeping aside everything in their path.

"Is Izuna using his Susanoo again?" Senju Yujian exclaimed, watching as the armored beast wreaked havoc. "He's never pushed himself this hard before. What's going on?"

The answer lay with Izuna. Every ounce of chakra and eye power he expended brought him closer to achieving the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. This battle wasn't just about defeating Senju and Uzumaki; it was about reaching his ultimate potential.

"Seal Matatabi's movements!" Guanghai commanded. The Uzumaki sealing team sprang into action, coordinating their attacks.

"Earth Release: Clay Rainfall!" A dense cloud formed above Matatabi, unleashing sticky, chakra-infused mud that fell over the beast, restricting its movements.

"Sealing Technique: Vajra Bind!" Dozens of golden chains erupted from the ground, wrapping around Matatabi's limbs and slowing its advance.

"Impressive teamwork," Izuna muttered, his voice calm. "But you won't win this." He raised his hand. "Matatabi, spin!"

Matatabi roared, twirling its tails like spinning blades. The Susanoo-clad tails cut through the mud and severed the chains, scattering the Uzumaki team.

"Don't think you've won yet, Uchiha Izuna!" Kawaragi shouted, leaping high into the air. His right arm glowed with chakra as he formed a triangular blade of water. "Water Release: Vortex Water Blade!"

Izuna's Sharingan tracked Kawaragi's movements as the Senju leader descended toward him. "You're the one who shouldn't get comfortable!" Izuna countered, leaping from Matatabi's head and forming a Rasengan in his right hand.

"Great Rasengan!"

The two A-rank techniques collided mid-air, sending shockwaves across the battlefield. The sharp water currents and spiraling wind chakra created a storm of energy that cut into both combatants, leaving gashes on their skin.

Izuna's left eye glowed ominously as he activated a genjutsu with his Mangekyō Sharingan. Kawaragi froze momentarily, his movements halted by the illusion. But within seconds, Kawaragi broke free, shaking off the effects of the genjutsu and countering with a kick to Izuna's chest, sending him back to Matatabi's head.

Behind Kawaragi, two Senju elites—Tengha and Takema—joined the fray, charging at Izuna in perfect unison. Izuna gritted his teeth, summoning more chakra into his Susanoo armor.
