"Is it really appropriate to worry about your house at this moment?"

"Kushina, kid, if you're so concerned about your house, why not take a look at your current condition? You've become a true Jinchūriki! We've become one!"

Unable to hold back, the Nine-Tails pulled Kushina's consciousness into the sealed space.

"Huh?"

Kushina was still preoccupied with thoughts of her ruined house when she suddenly noticed her hands. Golden chakra cloaked her entire body. She stared in amazement, realization dawning slowly. Then, she erupted into cheers.

"Shinki, I did it! I've merged with the Nine-Tails! We're one now!"

Her excitement was infectious as she dove toward Shinki like an eager child.

"Be careful, don't fall!" Shinki called out, smiling.

He couldn't help but admire the length of Kushina's reflex arc—so slow that it had taken this long for her to process her transformation.

When Kushina reached him, Shinki caught her effortlessly. Ruffling her hair, he said warmly:

"You're amazing, Kushina! You're officially the strongest and most perfect Jinchūriki in the ninja world! None of the ninjutsu out there can compare to your accomplishment."

This milestone was significant. For someone as young as Kushina to not only reach an understanding with the Nine-Tails but also achieve full mastery of its chakra was monumental. Compared to Naruto's arduous journey in the original timeline, Kushina's progress was astonishing.

The Nine-Tails in Kushina's era didn't harbor as much resentment as the one Naruto faced. Decades of being restrained, manipulated, and sealed had embittered the Nine-Tails of the future. In contrast, Kushina's Nine-Tails had not yet endured such torment and was relatively cooperative—especially after her display of resolve and power.

In the sealed space, the Nine-Tails puffed out its chest proudly, laughing heartily.

"Hahaha! I am the strongest tailed beast, Lord Kurama! This success was inevitable—of course, because of my genius!"

As it gloated, Shinki's consciousness entered the sealed space. The smile on his face made the Nine-Tails pause mid-laugh.

"Kurama, you're impressive," Shinki said. "I'll admit, I underestimated you."

The Nine-Tails puffed up even more.

"Of course! I'm the greatest among the tailed beasts! You should—"

Its words trailed off when it caught sight of Shinki's eyes.

A chilling aura enveloped the space. The faint glow of the Tenseigan emanated from Shinki's gaze. The Nine-Tails froze, its arrogance vanishing.

"Now, what were you saying?" Shinki asked with a smile.

The Nine-Tails gulped. It knew the Sharingan's power over tailed beasts, but the Tenseigan was in a league of its own. The Byakugan's evolution into the Tenseigan placed Shinki on a level the Nine-Tails hadn't anticipated.

In that moment, the Nine-Tails couldn't help but think of Hagoromo—the Sage of Six Paths. Shinki's presence and his Tenseigan were eerily reminiscent of the old man.

For a brief moment, Kurama's bravado evaporated.

The Nine-Tails coughed awkwardly. "I, uh… I was saying how easy it is to work with Kushina. She's done great mastering my chakra mode! Yes, that's it!"

Shinki's smile widened knowingly. "That's good to hear. I'm counting on you to work well with Kushina from now on."

Kurama nodded vigorously. "Of course, of course. Anything for Kushina!"

Back in the physical world, Kushina puffed out her chest proudly.

"Uncle Third Hokage, I've completed all of Shinki's training tasks. You can't keep me restricted to the village anymore!"

The Third Hokage's face darkened. He hadn't promised her anything like that. Kushina was Konoha's pillar of defense, and letting her leave unsupervised was too risky.

Sensing the Hokage's hesitation, Shinki stepped in.

"She still needs more practice. Until Kushina can fully master the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, she won't leave the village."

Kushina pouted but didn't argue.

Turning to the Hokage, Shinki continued:

"Deploy the Shadow Guard to work with ANBU and the Police Department to resolve the aftermath of this incident. All damages caused will be compensated by Kushina. Additionally, the village construction team needs to begin repairing the houses immediately."

The Hokage nodded, though he couldn't help but feel exasperated.

"I'll pay! I'll pay for everything! And I'll build an even bigger house—huge!" Kushina exclaimed.

For her, paying reparations and rebuilding homes was a minor inconvenience. The real victory was her newfound strength and freedom.

Kurama, meanwhile, lay quietly in the sealed space, sighing in resignation.

"All of this… for Kushina," it muttered.

Kurama may have been the strongest tailed beast, but even it couldn't fight the determination of its host—or the terrifying presence of Shinki.
