"Are you trying to kill me with the kunai throwing technique I taught you?"

Uchiha Itachi's voice held a mixture of amusement and disbelief. "I admit that you're not weaker than me in this respect. Unfortunately, such tricks can't kill me."

His eyes flashed with a moment of recognition as he continued, his voice turning cold. "My stupid brother... uh... sister, sister."

After a series of kunai and shuriken exchanges, Itachi had essentially confirmed Sako's identity. A brief flash of relief passed through his eyes, but he sneered mercilessly.

"Do you really think this is just a simple shuriken competition?" Sako's voice was icy as she raised her chin. "Chidori Stream!"

A triumphant smile crossed Sako's face as she softly muttered the technique's name.

In the next instant, the thunder-infused Chakra surrounding her body exploded, and the area littered with shurikens, kunai, and other metal weapons was immediately enveloped by Chidori-ryu.

Normally a technique only a few meters long for offense and defense, the Chidori-ryu expanded to over ten meters in range, amplified by the surrounding weapons.

Itachi, who was only about ten meters away, was instantly ensnared by the dry bird flow, paralyzing him on the spot.

"Chidori Sharp Spear!"

This was the moment Sako had been waiting for. With precision, the blue light of the long knife in her hand extended, and a Lightning Style Chakra surged forward, penetrating Itachi's chest.

He chuckled darkly before continuing, his words dripping with disdain. "Sasuke, don't you want to know why I kept you alive? The Mangekyō Sharingan gradually loses its light with each use. Only by exchanging eyes with someone of the same bloodline can the eyes retain their power."

A dark glint flickered in Itachi's eyes as he locked his gaze on Sako. "This is the true value of your existence. Sasuke, you are my spare eye. You always have been. Just let your eyes become my new light..."

Itachi's voice grew more crazed as he spoke, and for a moment, hesitation flashed in his eyes. But then, his expression twisted, and he roared wildly.

"No... No..."

Under Sako's astonished gaze, Uchiha Itachi, struck by Chidori, suddenly transformed into a swarm of crows and scattered into the air.

"Impossible! My Mangekyō Sharingan! It can see through all illusions... How could this happen…?"

Sako quickly dispelled the Chidori Sharp Spear, her pupils narrowing in disbelief. She stood there, warily scanning the surroundings.

"Are you there, looking for me?" A voice, almost like a demon's whisper, echoed in her ear.

Sako, on high alert and guarding her surroundings, froze in place as the voice sent a shiver down her spine.

"The Uchiha clan was always a cursed family. We killed our friends and even our own brothers in pursuit of Mangekyō Sharingan and eternal pupil power. From the moment you were born, you were caught in this cruel reality."

The voice of Itachi, wild and manic, echoed in Sako's ear. "We are each other's spare eyes. Come, my dear sister..."

At the same time, Uchiha Itachi's hands stretched straight toward Sako.

"Is that so..."

Sako looked at the approaching fingers, her trembling body suddenly calming down. She spoke calmly, without fear.

The Mangekyō Sharingan in her eyes trembled violently, and Uchiha Itachi's figure faded into nothingness and disappeared.

"Just now, it was Uchiha Itachi's illusion!"

"Your pupil power is really something I look forward to. I really want to have your eyes more and more, Sasuke..."

In Sako's sight, Uchiha Itachi's figure appeared more than ten meters away, and he spoke with crazed excitement.

Sako thought back to the interpretation of the Mangekyō from the Second Hokage and the fact that her father had willingly donated his eyes. She looked at Uchiha Itachi proudly, sneering.

"You bastard, now is not the time to be stubborn! Fire Style—Great Fireball Technique!"

Uchiha Itachi coldly snorted in disdain, instantly completing the hand seals and launching a massive Great Fireball.

"Amaterasu..."

Sako saw the flames closing in on her and, feeling the intense heat, activated her Mangekyō pupil technique without hesitation.

Sako, now confident that her eyesight would restore itself, used her Mangekyō technique more freely than before.

The monstrous black flames met the raging Great Fireball in an instant, swallowing it whole in the blink of an eye, before rushing toward Uchiha Itachi with unrelenting force.

"What? Sasuke's pupil technique is also Amaterasu!"

Uchiha Itachi looked at the black flames surging toward him, exclaiming in shock. Blood and tears flowed from his left eye as he activated his own Mangekyō Sharingan.

"No way..."

The black flames from both sides collided violently, devouring each other.

Seeing the same Amaterasu, Sako was momentarily stunned, but then seized the opportunity and activated the pupil technique in her right eye.

The purpose of Inferno Style Flame Control is to manipulate Amaterasu.

Sako released a large amount of pupil power, instantly controlling all of the Amaterasu flames, shaping them into a circle around Uchiha Itachi.

"You can control the shape of Amaterasu? Is this another of your pupil techniques?"

Uchiha Itachi stared at the circle of black flames, his eyes lighting up in awe. "This is a terrifying combination of pupil techniques!"

"Uchiha Itachi!"

Sako raised her head, full of confidence. "Now you are already in my palm. Tell me—who was the masked man who acted with you back then? Was he the one who initiated the Nine Tails Rebellion twelve years ago?"

She asked, recalling the misunderstandings between the Uchiha clan and Konoha.

"You even know that person!"

Uchiha Itachi responded, his voice laced with confusion. "It seems there's something happening that I don't understand. Sasuke, do you think... can you defeat me?"

As he spoke, his sharp eyes locked onto Sako. With a calm sigh, he murmured under his breath and activated another technique.

"Pupil Art—Tsukuyomi..."

Sako froze in place for an instant as blood and tears streamed from Uchiha Itachi's left eye.

In the Tsukuyomi space, what happened between the siblings was unclear.

A second later, Sako, once standing tall and proud, suddenly half-kneeled to the ground, weakly supporting herself.

Uchiha Itachi, who had activated Tsukuyomi, was in a similar situation.

Sako, with her Mangekyō Sharingan, felt a stronger backlash from Tsukuyomi than the usual Three Tomoe Sharingan.

However, her current strength and willpower weren't as strong as they would be during the Shippuden period, and the power of her Curse Seal II had also diminished.

The two siblings exchanged glances, panting and trying to regain their strength.

The Amaterasu black flames surrounding Uchiha Itachi began to devour each other and die out due to the mental strain Sako was enduring.
