Although humanoid, the monsters used both hands and feet to move and let out low growls as they charged at the team.

Zhu Xiong commanded calmly, and the warriors holding Spiritual Energy rifles immediately pulled the trigger, firing bullets rapidly that pierced through the bodies of the monsters at the forefront.

In an instant, two to three hundred monsters fell, but even more surged out from the fog.

The rattling sound of gunfire continued without any hint of panic despite the monsters drawing closer.

Four hundred meters, three hundred meters, two hundred meters...

Thousands of monsters were killed by the bullets, and soon, terrifying roars erupted from within the fog; suddenly, three monstrous creatures, five meters in size, charged to the very front of the monster pack.

The monster's barrage of Black Thorns suppressed the firing; the lesser monsters immediately charged, their thick arms quickly growing new Black Thorns as they took large strides towards the troop.

Zhu Xiong's eyes narrowed, and a smile suddenly spread across his face: "One Second-order Superior and two Second-order Intermediates, Old Guo can handle it."

Before Guo Gang could react, Zhu Xiong said, "You look after the team; I'll take out their leader."

Zhu Xiong stood up, his body now enveloped in Bone Armor, and with the addition of plated armor, his entire figure appeared even more imposing.

The Book of Blood Spirit flickered, and both the Glutton and the Bone Armor Giant Pig appeared beside him.

He swiftly mounted the Bone Armor Giant Pig, and when his Talent activated, he formed a Spiritual Energy shield in his hand, shaped like a triangular head, shouting: "Crush them!"

The Bone Armor Giant Pig charged into the monster group with its massive size and speed, flipping over the obstructing Black Thorn Gigantic Beasts one after another, over a hundred in succession, then headed straight for the three Second-grade Monsters.

Upon seeing the Bone Armor Giant Pig's charge, the Black Thorn Gigantic Beasts roared and quickly surrounded it, but before they could get close, the Glutton swung its arms, sending them flying.

Though their arms were tough, not all of their black fur was made of stabs, and while they occasionally launched a couple, they couldn't penetrate the Glutton's defense.

'It seems the Second Order enhances the ability of the stabs.'

With just one glance, Zhu Xiong had guessed as much, and his face grew even more pleased because what he wanted was the stabbing attack capability of this Black Thorn King Beast.

Being humanoid like him and having a ranged method of attack, it might compensate for his own Glutton to some extent.

With this thought, the Bone Armor Giant Pig had already recklessly crashed into the midst of the monsters, sweeping aside those Black Thorn Gigantic Beasts, hundreds in a row, then directly lunged at the three Second-grade Monsters.
