Mineta In MHA with a Second Quirk!

Chapter 2: Chapter 2:Meeting Ochaco!

The day of the U.A. Hero Course entrance exam had finally arrived. Mineta Minoru sat quietly on the bus, the gentle hum of the vehicle barely audible over the chatter of other passengers. He leaned against the window, his fingers idly scrolling through his phone. To anyone else, it looked like he was just checking social media or watching a random video, but in reality, his focus was elsewhere.

He wasn't looking at his phone at all. Instead, his attention was entirely on the interface of his second quirk, the Absolute Hypnosis System, which only he could see.

Mineta's eyes scanned the stats with a mixture of pride and impatience. 'It's a decent start,' he thought, his lips curling into a subtle smirk. 'But this is just the beginning. I've barely scratched the surface of what I can do with this power.'

Over the past three days, he'd been busy testing his second quirk, though his results had been… less than thrilling. He'd focused on the residents of his apartment building—men who were mostly office workers living alone, with no family or close friends to notice any changes in their behavior.

It had been an ideal testing ground, but Mineta couldn't deny his disappointment. 'No women,' he thought bitterly, his fingers tightening around his phone. 'I need to test this on a girl at some point, but I can't rush it. If I slip up, someone could find out. And if they do…'

His mind conjured an image of All For One, the shadowy villain he now knew more about than anyone in this world could comprehend. The thought sent a shiver down his spine.

"All For One would kill to get his hands on this quirk," Mineta muttered under his breath, barely audible over the din of the bus. "Literally."

He wasn't willing to gamble on whether All For One could steal the Absolute Hypnosis System. He suspected the quirk's origin—born from the failed transmigration attempt—might protect it, but he wasn't about to take that risk. Keeping it a secret was his only option.

'Play it smart, Mineta. Slow and steady wins the race,' he reminded himself, his grip relaxing.

During his tests, Mineta had permanently hypnotized all twenty residents of the building, including the landlord. The command was simple but effective: each month, they would give him five percent of their income, no questions asked. It wasn't much per person, but combined, it provided him with a steady source of cash.

'It's not glamorous, but it's a start,' he thought with a shrug. 'At least I won't have to rely on my parents for money anymore.'

He had also implemented another rule: under no circumstances would the residents talk about him beyond stating that he was just a teenager studying for his future. They wouldn't question his actions, nor would they involve themselves in his life.

'This is perfect. Now all I need to do is ace this entrance exam and secure my spot in the Hero Course.'

The bus came to a halt, the sound of the doors hissing open snapping Mineta out of his thoughts. He stepped off with the some other students, blending into the crowd of hopefuls heading toward U.A. High School.

The sight of the massive gates looming ahead made him pause for a moment. It was intimidating, even for someone like him who knew exactly what was coming. He took a deep breath, forcing himself to stay calm.

'This is it. No turning back now,' he thought, clenching his fists. 'I've got the knowledge, the power, and the plan. All I need to do is play my cards right.'

As he walked through the gates, Mineta slowed his pace, letting some of the other students pass him. His eyes scanned the area, searching for a very specific moment he knew was about to happen.

And then he saw him—Izuku Midoriya, the protagonist of the story. The nervous green-haired boy was muttering to himself, completely absorbed in his own world. Mineta smirked. 'Right on cue, Deku.'

His gaze shifted to the path ahead, where a cheerful brown-haired girl with rosy cheeks was walking. Mineta recognized her immediately: Ochaco Uraraka, one of the future girls of Class 1-A.

'Perfect,' he thought, his smirk widening. 'This is where it happens. Deku trips, and Ochaco saves him with her quirk. Their first meeting. But this time… I'm going to make sure I'm part of it.'

Mineta moved off to the side, positioning himself near the gate but out of the way of the main crowd. He pretended to do some deep breathing exercises, appearing like he was just calming his nerves before the big day.

'Can't let that annoying rat of a principal get suspicious,' he thought, his face carefully composed. He knew Nezu was far sharper than his cute, small appearance suggested. Anything out of the ordinary could draw unwanted attention. He will have to stay away from that rat until he has an opportunity to hypnotize him.

Inside, however, Mineta's mind was racing.

'I need to establish myself with both of them right now. Midoriya, because he's the key to surviving everything that's coming. And Ochaco… well, she's going to be my first target.'

A dark chuckle echoed in his thoughts. He could already see it in his mind's eye: by the end of the day, he'd have an excuse to talk to her, maybe even walk home with her as the excuse of going to the same direction. And once that happened…

'The Absolute Hypnosis System will take care of the rest,' he thought, his heart pounding with anticipation.

For now, though, he simply waited, watching the scene unfold with a patient smile.

The exam grounds were bustling with students, all with their own anxieties and aspirations. Among them, Izuku Midoriya was barely holding it together. Bakugo's sharp words from earlier still echoed in his mind, amplifying his fear of failing the entrance exam.

'If I mess this up… I'll disappoint All Might. The quirk he entrusted to me… what if I'm not worthy?' His thoughts spiraled as his steps quickened.

Lost in his head, Izuku tripped on an uneven section of the pavement. His heart leapt as he braced himself for the inevitable fall, but to his surprise, he didn't hit the ground. Instead, he found himself floating in midair.

"Whoa," Izuku muttered, looking down to see what had happened. That's when he noticed a short boy, no taller than 108 centimeters, with purple, ball-like hair standing near him. The boy's hand was outstretched, holding Izuku steady.

Izuku blinked, his brain struggling to process the scene. Then, a cheerful voice spoke from behind him.

"Hey, are you okay? You were about to fall, so I used my quirk!"

Izuku turned to see a bubbly brown-haired girl smiling warmly at him. She had a kind expression, and her rosy cheeks seemed to glow under the morning sunlight.

The purple-haired boy chimed in with a grin. "Oh, so that's why this dude was so light when I grabbed him. Nice save!"

The girl giggled, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "Thanks! I didn't want him to get hurt before the exam even started."

The boy turned to Izuku and extended his hand. "Name's Minoru Mineta. Nice to meet ya!"

Izuku stammered, his face turning red as he struggled to find his voice. "I-I'm… um… I-Izuku M-Midoriya!"

"Don't sweat it, Midoriya," Mineta said, patting him on the back. "No need to be so nervous. We're all in the same boat here."

The girl smiled and added, "Yeah, I was nervous too, but now that I've talked to you guys, I feel a little better."

"Exactly," Mineta said, his tone cheerful. "Good luck to both of you. The exam's about to start, so let's all give it our best shot!"

Ochaco gasped, her eyes widening. "Oh no, you're right! I better get going!"

With that, she hurried ahead, waving goodbye to Mineta and Izuku. Mineta gave her a casual wave in return, then glanced back at Izuku.

"You'll do fine, man," he said before following after Ochaco.

Izuku stood frozen in place, his heart pounding. 'A girl just talked to me… and she was nice! And that guy, Mineta, didn't yell at me or make fun of me like Kacchan always does… This is the best day of my life!'

His thoughts quickly shifted to the exam, and with renewed determination, he ran inside the U.A. building. He couldn't afford to waste any more time.

Meanwhile, Mineta walked at a leisurely pace, keeping some distance between himself and Ochaco. He let his cheerful facade slip, his lips curling into a perverse grin as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a black mask, slipping it over his mouth.

'No one's paying attention,' he thought, his gaze fixated on Ochaco's figure. Her short skirt swayed with each step, revealing glimpses of her thighs encased in long black stockings.

'Soon,' Mineta thought, his eyes dark with desire. 'Soon, that sexy body will be mine.'

His grin widened beneath the mask as he walked forward, anticipation building with every step.
