Minecraft X Genshin Impact: The Godly Catalyst Of Teyvat

Chapter 5: Chapter 4: The Sweet Rain Cuts Through the Clear Sky — Witness My MC World's Floating Magic

Liyue Harbor.

In a secluded courtyard nestled at the base of Mt. Tianheng, Kanzaki Yuzuki sat comfortably, sipping tea. Across from him, Keqing and Ganyu sat frozen — still reeling from what they'd witnessed earlier.

To be fair, Kanzaki couldn't blame them.

After showing Ganyu the portal back at the Chasm, Keqing had returned shortly after. Once Ganyu explained what she'd seen, Keqing was naturally curious.

Then she saw it too.

Now, both of them were still in shock. Even after arriving safely in Liyue Harbor, they followed Kanzaki back like dazed puppets.

For Kanzaki, dragging two stunned women through the streets of Liyue like a tour guide herding lost tourists? Not exactly how he'd envisioned his day.

And to make things worse...

Teleportation waypoints require elemental energy.

How was he supposed to use that?

His so-called Pyro Vision was literally just an AK-47.

After tinkering with the waypoint for ages, Kanzaki had tried asking Ganyu and Keqing for help, but they were too spaced out to respond.

Desperate, Kanzaki finally jabbed the teleportation waypoint with his Enma Sword.

Miraculously... it worked.

Turns out the waypoint wasn't purely elemental technology — it must've been tied to spatial power as well. Since the Enma Sword wielded spatial energy through Dimensional Slash and Phantom Sword, the connection somehow activated the waypoint.

Kanzaki had his suspicions. Teyvat's space-based abilities seemed tied to the mysterious powers linked to Khaenri'ah and the Abyss. Whatever ancient magic lay at the heart of these waypoints, Kanzaki figured it had roots in those same forgotten forces.

But honestly? He didn't care.

Whether Abyssal forces or forgotten gods — it didn't matter. If they tried to mess with him, they'd just end up getting smashed into the dirt by his fists.

Steve's fists could shatter mountains, after all.

Even if they were immune to physical damage, he'd just punch them so hard their souls would get knocked loose.

But for now... who cared? Kanzaki didn't go looking for enemies — they'd have to come looking for him.

And when they did, he'd be ready.

For now, he was content inspecting his new place.

The house Keqing offered him was perfect. Tucked away beneath Mt. Tianheng, it was private yet close enough to civilization. The courtyard was spacious, complete with a small pond, pavilion, and a modest vegetable garden — practical and efficient, just like Keqing.

The place even had four or five guest rooms, each with a cozy, antique charm.

For someone who'd spent the past year surviving on stolen bread and apples, this felt like luxury.

Satisfied, Kanzaki set down his tea and glanced at his still-shocked companions.

"Still stuck in a daze?"

No response.

He tapped the table lightly.

"Oi! Snap out of it!"

Finally, Keqing and Ganyu blinked back to reality.

Their expressions were complicated — somewhere between disbelief, awe, and confusion.

They'd always known Kanzaki as a laid-back drifter. A bit mysterious, sure, but nothing this crazy.

"Kan—... I mean, Kanzaki…" Keqing's voice was hoarse. "That world… that portal… what is all that?"

"My world," Kanzaki said with a casual grin. "Pretty neat, huh?"

"So... that's why you refused to come to Liyue Port all this time?" Ganyu muttered softly, still looking dazed.

"You said you were handling 'personal business,' but... you were building an entire world?"

Kanzaki shrugged.

"Yeah, well… you know how it is. Had to set up defenses, stabilize my base, deal with monsters. Same old grind."

"But why?" Keqing asked. "Why trust us with this?"

Kanzaki leaned back in his chair, arms crossed.

"Because I need help."

They both froze.

"I've got the basics down, sure," Kanzaki continued. "But that world's huge. There's no civilization — no real structure. If I want to build something lasting, I'll need more than just brute force."

"Eventually, I'll need people who can help me set up defenses, build infrastructure, and manage resources."

"That's why I'm inviting you two in. You're smart, capable, and most importantly... I trust you."

Keqing's eyes lit up with excitement.

"You mean... we'd be helping build an entire civilization from scratch?"

"Pretty much," Kanzaki smirked.

Keqing practically slammed her hands on the table.

"Count me in!" she said firmly. "I'll start drafting plans tonight. First, we'll need a survey of the land, then resource assessments, and—"

"Whoa, whoa... slow down," Kanzaki laughed. "You're thinking too big too fast. Let me show you what this world can really do first."

He reached into his inventory and withdrew two wooden blocks — simple birch planks.

"Alright," Kanzaki said, placing the two blocks on the floor. "Watch this."

Keqing and Ganyu sat up, eyes focused.

Kanzaki knelt down and struck the lower block with his fist.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

The bottom block broke, shattering into a tiny floating birch crystal.

But that wasn't what made their jaws drop.

The top block remained suspended in the air — perfectly still, defying gravity.

For several moments, the room was silent.

"...What."

Keqing stood up so fast her chair nearly tipped over.

"How… how is that floating!?"

"Magic," Kanzaki grinned.

"This... this breaks every rule of elemental energy!" Keqing's voice rose. "There's no Geo support beam, no Electro mechanism… not even wind currents!"

Ganyu stared at the block like it was some divine relic.

"It's just… floating…"

"And that's just the beginning," Kanzaki chuckled.

"You see, in that world... physics are optional."
