"For an important reason, why I called all you here, Elder Brennan," I answered.

"It is all about the 'Siblings', Elder Catalina." I replied before I look at to the last person I wanted to meet. "And you already knew what I mean King Harkan."

Catalina Blaze the elder of the Edelweiss Clan and has the same position with Brennan and she also knows the truth.

Harkan Meinir the King of the Manu Clan and he also knows the truth of the past.

"There is nothing to talk about." Harkan answered and was about to leave when suddenly someone blocks his way. "What are you doing Duke Norward?"

Norward Sage one of the Duke of the Manu Clan, Uncle of Haimon and he solely raised him alone since his parents died in the war.

"We need to listen to Princess Navina." He answered before he stares at me. "And we all knew what you want us to tell."

"Yes, indeed." I spoke. "And you cannot prevent it no matter what you all do." I added.

"I don't have time to listen to what you have to say. So let me go!" Harkan commanded that I just calmly listen.

"No!" he disagreed quickly. "I will not allow them to be together."

"Why? Are you afraid of repeating the past?" I suddenly asked that keep him quiet. "You know that's just the beginning. That no matter what you do, you can never prevent what is supposed to happen because that is their destiny."

"Destiny?!" Harkan smirks. "I do not believe in destiny! If we are able to alter the reality, we will also be able to change the destiny you say! And this is my decision!"

"Harkan!" I speak in a full voice. "It does not mean that you are the King of your Clan you can make a decision because no matter what you all do, what is set will happen and will happen in time and no matter what avoidance you do, it won't be avoided. "Sorry, but I just got curious when I saw you gazing thoroughly to these flowers. And I really thought that they will soon melt if you continue to gaze at them."

"Ahm," I shyly smiled.

"So, what are you thinking so deep?" out of the blue she asked me.

"Huh?"

"I know you were thinking of something so tell me, what is it?"

I don't know if she was serious to know since her face doesn't change but this is my only chance to say it so I'll take it. "Please accept my resignation."

She intently looks at me but still her face looks the same, she's still calm and unreadable. "Is that what you want?"

"Indeed." I honestly answered and quickly added. "There is a personal reason why I will leave the job but that is not the reason I will say because that just means I am just forcing myself to resign when I choose that reason."

"Then what is your reason this time?"

I smile before I answered. "The reason will be I wanted to protect the man that I love most. And I don't want to be the cause of his downfall if I continue to work here." To work as a different person, because I want to be myself as Siara not as Liraz and I can only do that if I start fresh and giving up my job as Liraz is my first step. "That is why, I want to sign a new resignation letter and I hope this time you'll accept it."

It took long before she answered me. "Alright, see you at my office once you're done with your new resignation letter." She said and left me behind.

What? Did I hear her right? "Oh!" I felt so excited and happy because she finally agreed to let me resign although, I won't deny it. I am also loving my job and not only that I also love my boss and my co-workers even if there are only five of us working here and only Amy is the only one super close to me, I can say that I will also miss my other colleagues once I leave my job. But what should I do, it seems I much deeply in love with Haimon and I couldn't just let him get hurt. I wanted to protect as the best as I can, I will and always will.

"Is that your final decision?" I worriedly asked Siara after she told me that her boss finally accepted her resignation letter.

"Uhm," she said and nodded. "And besides, I don't want more people to see us together as Liraz. I want us to be seen as Siara, your one and only girlfriend."

"Are you trying to protect me?"

"Yes, I am!" She replied and smiled at me.

She always makes me speechless but what else I can do I love her so much I'll just let her surprise me even more. "Alright, you win! You can also protect me while I'll always protect you."
